First of all Jasmine the team lead is super nice. I came in this morning to order 6 dozen donuts. As Jasmine was getting the assorted dozens ready there started a line behind me. The manager comes out and says to Jasmine "tell them next time they have to call the order in", as i am standing right there. Nicely and not so rude Jasmine suggested i call the order in next time. She also came back out and told her she had to pause doing my order to take care of the lone. Hmm so my $55.73 order is what not important, so i waited manager suggested i take a seat i said i would wait. So if you want to spontaneously treat your team to donuts you better think about it the night before and call ahead or do NOT go to this location they cannot handle big orders. I have never been so embarrassed, especially as those in line apologize to me as they are getting taking care if ahead of me Your trade mark is America Runs on Donuts... apparently not this location in JAX

I would like to give a huge shoutout to Ben and Cody for always giving me outstanding customer service 5 days a week, sometimes 2x a day. I have finally found a Dunkin who does it right. The service is always top tier and they go above and beyond to make customers feel important. Dunkin is a very important part of my day, every single morning before work. I’ve been to every Dunkin in town and this location by FAR has the best customer service I’ve ever received. It’s so nice to pull up to the speaker/window knowing that you will receive nothing other than positive energy and smiles. This team by far beats the rest when it comes to time efficiency, quality and customer service. I have nothing but good things to say about this location and its employees. I appreciate you all so much! ❤️

Worst service! I come here because at the time I come through this is the only one that's open I came in this morning and the girl working behind the counter was very rude. I asked for my coffee and when she brought it to me it was lukewarm at best ask for cream and sugar it had cream in it but no sugar needless to say that was a waste of money I ended up throwing it away and stopping somewhere else after 5.

Don't order on uber eats! 3 stars because the price for food and beverage is way too high compared to in the store. Paying $10 dollars for a large flavored coffee or almost $3 dollars for a mini snack wrap is almost criminal. You order one small breakfast sandwich and you're already -$10 the prices online are a joke!

These guys are amazing and I drive out of my way to come by there restaurant. They know my order when I pull up to the drive-thru, always smiles on their faces and lovely service. Really hard to find this kind of service these days

This is attached to the gas station, so don’t expect anything other than a grab and go. Has a kiosk for self ordering. The gals working here were very nice and called me “hun”, which I actually appreciated at 7am on a random Wednesday. Got an oatmilk coffee here that was honestly on par with Starbucks. I was very happy with it.

This location has really turned around in the last 6 months. Ben is an exceptional employee and always so personal! My drinks are always made to perfection and the food is always hot and delicious!

Donuts were fresh and delicious. They didn't have the donuts displayed on the menu board which was sad, there wasn't even a spot for them so I don't even think that location had them at all but other than that, great little store. I like the donuts and really tasty. Enjoy!

The working definition of a mixed bag, depending on the day. A substantial amount of time, they have a different order pulled up when I get to the window or quote me a price I know to be incorrect. They don't appear to do this out of any

This is the best Dunkin in the entire city of Jax and surrounding areas (PVB, Atl Beach, Jax Beach). My guys at the window are AMAZING and now know our order when we pull up (sometimes 2x day, lol). The order is PERFECT every. single.

Please make sure to have your employees put a straw an napkins in each bag especially for delivery pick up orders. They can't open the sealed bags to make sure its in there. Really sucks to drink an Ice Coffee with no straw . …

Just came in at 8PM and got a frozen coffee with chocolate and pumpkin, it looked and tasted great! Will definitely come this location more often for a late night coffee fix

This is probably the best Dunkin' I've been to in Jacksonville. They are efficient, friendly, and professional. Don't let the fact that it is inside a gas station fool you!

They didn't bother to even make my drink. They used someones drink that did not get picked up and just stuck my label over the top. Didn't even try to add hazelnut! Tried to call and resolve but only got the dial up tone

Wow, there is a real Dunkin' donuts integrated into the circle k. I was looking for a standalone. Staff was great. I've been driving by this place for 4 or 5 years this Dunkin has been here and I never knew.

Coffee is good but it seems the drive thru people have a hard time getting orders right. This has happened several times. I guess I will need to stay at the window and taste my coffee before I drive off.

Great Donuts and I love the coffee just as good as Starbucks but a lot cheaper , plus it's a Circle K so you can get gas and other things if you need it and they're open 24 hours a day ! :-)

What a fun stop! Such a friendly staff! Sounded like they had a shockingly busy Sunday but were smiling and working right through it! ~the fam with the kids with 'beautiful eyes'

There closing hours should say 10 pm. They have no donuts after 10 pm. I have been numerous times at around 10:15 because it's on my way home and that's when I get off work.

Nobody pays for atmosphere at Dunkin. We pay for good donuts. Good service, and great coffee ☕️
