1 out of 9 visits my order has been correct. My orders are simple and without altering. Quit hiring staff that isn’t detail oriented! If you don’t have something upon pick up, clarify so the customer can make changes. The first time I made an order they weren’t even open, they were standing outside.. so I left (they saw me). I didn’t have time to wait for them as I already waited 10 min. Came back the next day and explained… when I pulled up one of the staff was running her mouth about the situation and said I should have come back that day. Common sense is dead these days I guess. Two stars because of location and quality of premade food.

Even though this is a tap house location, if you choose to use their lot and do a walk up- the only way out is through the one lane drive through so you’re stuck until someone lets you through or you try to exit out the wrong way where the line backs up.

great location to get you're coffee and donuts in the morning. great help from shannon and fast service. if only i could sit down and read the paper it would be perfect.

The WORST & AWFUL standard Glazed Doughnuts I've eaten. Seriously How could you fail at this Dunkin? Especially $3 for 2. What we received was 2 doughnuts with a Watered down Glazed topping that appeared to be "melted" of some sort & then poured on at the time of Order. And of course this made for a Messy chewy NOT so sweet cake Treat for myself and Grandson's evening. Afraid to try anything else. From this location food quality is JUNK! SERVICE: The young lady was Extremely pleasant with taking my order. However, it took some work for comprehension. With a basic "?" ask do you have "single" plain Glazed doughnuts for sell? She countered do you want a Dozen? Well I must say this most likely WHY? There hasn't been a Buzz since the opened.

I order ahead on the app (when I'm approximately 5 minutes out), and they ALWAYS HAVE MY STUFF READY TO-GO!!! And they are NEVER to BUSY for a PUP-CUP❤️, even when I forget to ask... they offer!!! Great place, great team, great service, and FOOD!!! P.S. I definitely recommend the app (even if you don't go every day, BUT IF YOU DO... YOU BETTER! Even if you're NOT AN APP PERSON- whether you don't like them or inexperienced...it's easy to use, you can still order and GET POINTS...open the app and have them scan, especially if you GO EVERYDAY! Definitely won't be going back after today. Waited 5 mins at the ordering menu to be acknowledged. Young lady there was pleasant as always so wasn't too upset get to my destination start eating my meal and notice something stringy in my mouth spit it out examined it and it was 2 strains of hair. So I look at the sandwich and noticed 2 more strains needless to say the sandwich was thrown away immediately along with everything else I brought from them that was $15 I'll gladly give them aside say farewell after being a regular customer.

So excited this DD is open and so close. It has been super great experiences every single visit and I love to visit. My Sweet Cream Cold Brews are perfect every single time!. Super kind customer service always with a smile. I put the app on my phone once I knew it was being built and visit at least twice a week. They almost know me by name :) Great group of folks. Super clean, super convenient and super nice. Hope one day you expand to have a few booths on the inside so we can use it for meetings and a great catch up place. Happy it's in our neighborhood and hoping for a DD gift card in my stocking this year!!!!

This is my go to Dunkin’ to get my iced coffee every morning before I head into work. I always use the mobile app and just pick it up at the window. The staff is always so friendly and most of them remember me without having to ask my name. Keep doing your best guys! Thank you for opening this store that’s closer to my home!

Worst Dunkin I have been to. I never know what to expect when I go here. One day they only have one person working so line doesn't move, another day they are only taking mobile orders, another day they don't open till 7am. It's hit or miss. I went one day and it was 5 stars, great staff and I was in and out. There was also hardly any other customers there. I went again a few days later and I waited about 15 minutes. The lady didn't know how to use the Dunkin' app, so that was frustrating and we had to repeat our order about 5 times.

Ive lived in many states, and this is by far the worse dunkin donuts I've ever been to in my life. Every day I order the same thing, med coffee with creme and 5 sugars that's all, sounds simple right!? They manage to mess it up every time.

Staff argued with me when I asked to fill my large latte that was half full of foam and whipped cream and could have easily fit into a medium cup. Very rude and u professional.

I love Dunkin but the prices have definitely increased. I’ve been twice to this location and found myself sitting in the drive through for way longer than I anticipated. I haven’t had an issue with any of my coffees from here.

Expect it to take way too long to get a water and donut because the person running the drive thru is spending more time texting than anything else.
