I go to the one off of 4th and griegos I like this place and would give 5 stars but now I'm starting not too. My boyfriend and I dropped our clothes and blankets off to get washed. We went to pick them back up and my boyfriend asked the lady to reweigh them because it didn't like a our clothes are there. She rudely said no! I told my boyfriend I'll check the clothes at home. As I went thru all our bags I notice all our sons pants were missing so now my boys have no pants for school ... We went back and the same lady didn't even bother to checkshe went in the office looked where our clothes were and said they don't know so we asked if they could call the owner she said they didn't have a phone. If they were my clothes I wouldn't care but these are my kids clothes I spend good money here for them to wash and for them to take care of our clothes. I would give 5 stars to get this resolved and speak to the owner and would continue to go back

I don't know where to begin. Perhaps a story would help: so, I am minding my own business watching as my laundry spins in the washer. As I wait, I hear a man who has come in and is moving from person to person asking for money. When he finally gets to me, I say, "No, I've got nothing". He does not react well to this and just launches on me ....tells me (at the top of his voice) that I'm scum and that I should help him. I tell you this because the man working there did nothing to help me! I was really upset by the experience. Many of the washers leak. The dryers often take your money but don't get your clothes dry! Homeless are often out front and wandering in and out.

A decent place to do laundry. I've never had any problems. I do wait for my clothes there and wouldn't suggest leaving your load unless you're meticulous on time. I can fit 1-2 wks worth of laundry in 2 HE double loads. The attendants are nice & will clean any leaking washer. The place has no AC and the swamp cooler does nothing, but it's safe and clean despite being on central. The have change machines and attendants on duty. The prices are: HE double: $1.25 Triple: $4 Giant: $8 Drier is 25 cents for 10mins Wash and Fold Service: $1 per lb. $1.25 for blankets $5 minimum Pressing: 1.50 per item. 2.00 single item

They have a nice selection of large machines to get your laundry done quickly. There is rarely a wait to use a machine...even during busy times. They are open for business most days. There is a ramp for those in wheelchairs. They are not busy at all on Wednesday nights with lots of machines available and you almost have the entire place to yourself. They also do a good job of marking which machines are out of order so that you don't lose your money.

Terrible awful disgusting place! I got my clothes stolen and instead of being helpful and showing me the footage so I can see who stole my clothes, they keep taking my number and not getting back to me. I was told it’s because they aren’t “liable”, not trying to blame anyone but would like to know what happened to HALF of my clothes. A worker probably stole them and know they’re covering for them.

As EZ Wash is close by??? I go there for my laundry needs. The machines are average price. They keep it clean inside and out. Whenever I need use of a machine or dryer they are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beware of thieves. A husband and wife team will try to take your clothes, as they tried to take mine. They will take no responsibility for clothes lost or damaged.

It could be better if the guy that works there didnt look at the customers like criminals I was just doing laundry and he just kept on staring at me it's very dirty whenever hes there I've never seen him clean. I like the lady that works there on Friday nights, she's very sweet and is always doing her best to speak and understand people even though its not her first language.

I usually give this place 5 stars because its our favorite one in town,,but now they have raised the washers from .75 a load to 1.25 for cold was only, the price goes up if u want warm or hot wash,,the bathroom had no soap, no paper towels,, so disappointed,,,now why bother going to this one, there is no difference than the one in ur neighborhood....

I had a good experience, the attendant was very helpful in selecting which washer would be okay for a sleeping bag I had brought in. He saved me $4 because the next one up would have been $8. The facility is nice and spacious, they have snacks available, and they have seating and table areas which they keep very clean.

Half way through our Colorado trip we needed a Laundromat, as the ones at our hotel was joke. This one has plenty of machines that did a excellent job. The parking lot is small & could be an issue at busy times. The inside was clean & pretty darn quiet. We didn't take advantage, there was a drop off service if needed.

We loved it here as it was the best place with the best price. But today we found that the washing increased in price, and the large dryers (on the right side of the room) are now 25¢ for 5 minutes instead of 8 min. Very disappointed, caught off guard, thought we had enough and now we dont by at least a dollar.

9/5 Customer with children running around including one screaming. When asking parent politely to have the child stop the yelling yields no result, I ask the female attendant twice to speak to the parent. >>> The attendant does nothing !<<< 6/15/23 7:20 P.M. closed with no sign explaining early closing.

Great customer service, they barely speak English but I admire their tenacity to try & their eagerness to help. It's clean, huge variety of washers & dryers & great prices. Wifi is tops, seating available & snacks/drinks. They do Ur wash too for reasonable fee. Plenty of parking in back & front.

I've been here a few times, it was very clean in the afternoons, I usually go in the evenings because of work. The lady who works most of the night shift is very nice, she is always cleaning after everyone. She's a very hard worker I love talking with her, when shes not busy of course.

75 cent, $1.25, $3.50, or $4.00 washers. I had a large amount needing washed so i got them all done in 2 of the $4.00 washers and still had plenty of room. They washed great. Dryers are 25 cents for 10 mins. 3 quarters gets them dry. I love this place. I will come here for now one.

Prices are way more. Driers ate $10 and clothes were still wet- so like $12 total for 3 loads. Asked assistant to mark them as broken and she looked at me crazy. Didn’t offer any money back after wasting money and time. Always people outside asking for money. Hate it here!

Clean, lots of machines available for a fair price, and COVID safe-masks required. Only thing was one of the coin machines was out of order and the other was a little fickle, but it worked eventually. Will be back to do my laundry!

They have HUGE dryers for 25¢ and they at least have chairs and TV's. They have washers for 75¢ and they usually have pretty chill workers there. I always do my laundry here And I feel like it's worth it.

The prices are affordable, plenty of folding tables, and a iron pressing machine. Show up 1 hour prior to the close time. They're closing time appears to be their expectation of customers being done.

Very nice staff. One of the washers ate some of my coins and the staff was able to refund the money! No weird loiterers asking for money (I have had issues with that at other laundromats in Abq).

This laundromat is friendly and easy to use. I had washed at the one near the downtown areand honestly, it was like being in the hood. This place was friendlier and in a nicer area.

This is our neighborhood laundromat. This place has small washers to 4-5 load washers with great employees so far. The clientele vary widely. I feel safe here and like the location.

Friendly service, always clean. I go outta my way to wash there. Even though there's another laundromat near by where I live. It's a mom and pop kinda place to wash at.

This place is fantastic. The employees are friendly and the machines all work well. Definitely my choice for laundry in the university area.

Don’t go here! The lady that works here let her homeless friend steal our clothes from the washer! She did nothing about it!

I have been going to this place for more than 2 years and had no problems. Only some people come in to ask for money.

2 dryers didn’t put out hot air wasted a dollar, and the washer I used leaked water, get it together E Z wash

I go here regularly. They have the 75-cent washers in the rear,and that's cheaper than my regular laundromat.

Side washers are great. Big dryers are hot. Best to go when they are not busy can get crowded on the weekends
