Great store, great shoes and boots and great prices. I've bought some casual boots and dress boots at the Bayshore ECCO store and I love them. I would have to say they are the most comfortable footwear I've got. They have cushioned soles and even abit of grip on the bottom unlike most dress shoes and boots you slide around in. Good quality leather and the employees were very helpful. Definitely going to buy my next pair at that store.

I love Ecco footwear! I have purchased hiking boots, winter boots and even running shoes. And have never regretted any of my purchases because the staff will ensure that you have the right fit before you leave the store. The employees are pleasant as well as helpful. The shop is well merchandised especially the purse section. I love this store but dislike the parking.

Poor customer service at this location. I was neither greeted nor asked if I needed help by the saleswomen. After I approached them to get a size I was met with a flat tone and the feeling that I was being an inconvenience. Two stars for the shoe quality and store aesthetic.

The store is very well kept and clean. They have the best sales staff. If you're looking for an attentive and very helpful sales associate make sure you ask for Sarah!

We went to the store ro pickup an order on August 27th the store was closed at 6pm when advised on the web that they open until 7pm.
