I’m writing this review to rave about the dentist and especially Yulia, the dental assistant at this clinic. My son is 8 years old and was terrified of going to the dentist for a check up and clean. We’ve taken him to a dentist a few days before and he had a horrible experience. We decided to try again, but this time with Yulia who came recommended. Yulia truly was amazing. She took the time to talk to my son and explain everything that was going to happen. She showed him all the tools that would be used. She also made sure to give him plenty of breaks, and she let him know that he could stop at any time if he wanted to. As a result of Yulia's kindness and patience, my son actually endured the clean until the end and came out happy and proud. I’m so grateful to Yulia for making my son’s dental checkup and cleaning a positive experience - I’m sure he will be ok to come back again! Thank you very much!!

Dr. Lisa is magical! My top right wisdom tooth has regularly been getting infected for years now while I wait for it to be removed by a surgeon inbetween lockdowns - other dentists have told me that they’re not able to. My most recent infection landed me in ED in so much pain, unable to swallow or open my jaw so I spent the next morning looking for same day dental appointments. I came across ‘Centre Dental’ who were able to fit me in the same day but did not expect the dentist to remove my wisdom tooth given past experiences - was just hoping for some stronger painkiller. Dr. Lisa numbed the affected area and pulled my tooth out in less than 10 minutes - I couldn’t believe it! The dental assistant and other staff were also soo lovely and accommodating. Will definitely be returning for removal of my other wisdom teeth, especially with such affordable prices too

Biggest thank you to superstar dentist Anuradha! I’m so grateful for the quality work and care she provided me with. Anuradha removed both my lower wisdom teeth, one of which was a quite complicated compared to the other. Nevertheless, I could not have been looked after with more care. She guided me through the entirety of it, checking in on me throughout the procedure, thoroughly explaining everything she saw on the X-Ray through to thoroughly explaining the after care and the importance of it, and not to forgot being checked up on post procedure the very next day. I couldn’t have felt more cared for and comfortable throughout something as painful as wisdom tooth extractions. Anuradha, you’ve been absolutely incredible and I will be returning to you for all of my future dental needs. Thank you so, so much!

Had an amazing experience with Dr. Matlub. Came in for a consult and was the last appointment for the day and everyone was sooo lovely, and the facilities are top notch. He ended up doing the work on the spot which was awesome and did an extra filling even though it was nearing closing time. The work he did was flawless and I'm so happy with it, really made a difference in my smile. The pricing was so reasonable, and they took my insurance (AHM) no problem. And on top of all that while getting my work done my partner's car battery went flat and Dr. Matlub helped jump start his car after my appointment - so yeah if you need any kind of dental work done and are a stickler for fantastic service this is the place to go! I visited bentleigh e dentist on very short notice as an emergency referred from the dandenong site. They took me in with no notice! Dr Meera went more than above and beyond for me, she spoke me through everything, the whole emergency procedure and afterwards while I was recovering. She’s definitely not afraid to crack a joke either which made me so comfortable. I left crying happy tears as she has no idea how amazing she was to me tonight, I appreciate her work so much. She 100% has the most upmost care for her patients. I felt respected and well cared for. I will definitely be using edentist from now on for any of my dental needs. After an emergency visit to the Dandenong clinic due to pain in a front tooth, Dr Laith Matlab was very informative regarding what was going on. As we discovered from past injuries the teeth were starting to break down and in need of major work. Laith discussed several options with pros and cons and I decided the best way forward was to have 4 teeth extracted and an implant fitted. It will be a long process and today was stage one, extraction and a bone graft. If I said a wasn’t a little nervous today I’d be lying, but honestly Laith and the team were fantastic and very professional on all levels. I can highly recommend Edentist and especially Laith for any teeth work needed. He’s a legend

As with most people we all dread going to the dentist, me included. As l was in severe pain l made a booking online and was attended to within 24hrs! (My original, now previous dentist told me l needed to wait for 6 weeks). Too long of a wait. The team at EDentist could see l was in pain and understood my concerns and acted swiftly and professionally (tooth was cracked, nerve dead and infection kicked in). I went in with pain and left with no pain, maybe only pain was in my back pocket . Dr Raquel for your professional care, explanation and understanding, thank you. Please also thank your assistant. Your team has won me over as a customer! I highly recommend this clinic. Well done.

First time I've written a review but I just couldn't resist. Last Saturday, I came to this clinic because of a broken tooth and I had to do a filling . The doctor who accepted me wasn't nice Or polite. For 20 minutes aggressively and painfully, he put the ring around the tooth with So much frustration (Usually takes 3 minutes). Than he rubbed my tooth until I had almost no tooth left. The feeling in my mouth is uncomfortable and I'm still in pain from the cuts he made to my gums. And all this treat cost me $350 for simple filling That took twice the time in suffering and pain Sorry But I don't know who authorized him to treat patients. Disgusting experience, I will never go back there

Been to a lot of dental clinics and dentists but seemed to have the same standard costly service without any positive results. Finally got Dr Lisa Miller on google, highly recommend by other clients, and thought I'm going to try it! In my first appointment yesterday, I was impressed with her service. Lisa was very helpful and transparent as she thoroughly goes through with me in detail - what I didn't get from other clinics. Highly experience, top quality service, very professional. I cannot commend the exceptional team at eDentist enough, they squeezed me in for an emergency wisdom tooth / abscess removal this morning ( a Sunday) when I couldn’t wait any more for 2 other upcoming appointments. Dentist Anuradha was exceptional making sure I was comfortable and it was quick, with the assistance of the lovely Pomo (I think a dental nurse/ assistant). Instant relief. Receptionist Ksenia was patient with me when I had to transfer funds from savings to pay for the (unfortunately very costly but oh so worth it) procedure. Will be back in future for teeth whitening and cannot recommend this amazing team enough - iris

Dr Lisa is absolutely amazing. I spend the night at emergency due to severe infection in my root canal and had to find a dentist who was open first thing on a Sunday. Up until that point this had been the most stressful experience but Dr Lisa and her team have made it so easy and made me feel so relaxed. She talked me through all the steps and made the whole process a really good experience. I highly recommend her and will be continuing my treatment with her instead of my normal dentist. Also loved the high end feel of the rooms and equipment. Really fancy but the most competitive on pricing. Thanks again!

We have been very disappointed with their service. Our impression was that they see us first as ATM then as a patient. Priorities were: 1. Consultation fees $65 2. X-ray fees $55 3. Prescription fees $50 4.Referral fees $53 and as result was: "we can't help you but we'll write referral letter for you" Very questionable dentist's experience. After this appointment we went to community dental centre, paid $30 fees and had consultation with very knowledgeable dentist, full x-ray, prescription and problem solved and no need for referral to see specialist.

I had a clean and check-up appointment and was a new patient to the practice. Had a fantastic experience. The practice is really well setup. Super friendly, clean and welcoming. Right from the start Raquelle was great. Very engaging and explained everything. Gave me options and answered all my questions for some follow up work. She is very knowledgeable and has a great approach with patients. My appointment was all done before I knew it and am very happy with the result. Definitely going back. Terrible dentist. Told is to come in for a free review 2 days later. They then want to charge us for the 'free' review. This is disgusting behaviour and people need to be aware of this. Avoid centre dental at all costs unless you want to be scammed! As to your response we did not come on a Sunday it was a Wednesday during office hours and we had an appointment. We paid in full on the day so the money you are trying to scam out of us is for the apparently "free" follow up appointment. Dont try cover it up as that's worse then scamming us.

A very high tech and the most professional team I’ve ever came across in a dental surgery. Knowledge, advice and solutions towards my dental issues were solved in a minute. I’m afflicted with Paradontose! I’ve been offered a solution for my treatments which includes treatments for you to be asleep while it’s being done. Plus other treatments during that time while being without Local Anaesthetic! I highly and especially recommend this surgery for exactly the team that is the most capable I’ve found in a very long time!

This is a honest review about Meera. I am so lucky and fully blessed to have a wonderful experience with Meraa. Meera is so special, she is one of the best dentists from my experience . I had composite veneer for my lower and upper teeth. I am so happy with the result. Had to attend EDentistry today (Easter Monday) for a tooth ache that would not wait until tomorrow... Peter could not have been more helpful getting me in quickly, first appointment was at Canterbury, had a last minute change to Bentleigh East for an earlier appointment. Dr Simon was easy to relate to and very thorough, had the first half of a root canal done, to be finished off next Monday. Would highly recommend EDentist to anyone looking for a dentist around Bentleigh East, Canterbury, or Dandenong. A+

Terrible experience. I had an implant job done by Dr. Miller. The temporary dentures didn't fit at all, and lasted maximum a week. The result- half a year I lived without the lower teeth. Dr. Miller refused to make a refund. I advise everybody to check the instalments you pay. I was overcharged 2 times for $3000 each time and charged $1000 for the job i never asked to do. I was asked to sign documents after taking sedative medication . Afrer my complaint to AHPRA, Dr. Miller was punished.

DON'T bother going to this place! They are rude and don’t have the patient’s interest at heart. Got 2 teeth knocked out, called the reception who said I could come asap to get it treated. Drove 50 mins all the way from the city. When I got there the receptionist then told me they wouldn’t see me without a booking! She kept repeating that the clinic would be closing and wouldn’t see me, despite my emergency situation. Selfish and unprofessional! I now have 2 less teeth thanks to them!

Best experience. Made an appointment for a clean and filling, they were able to book me in that same day. As soon as I entered the energy from front desk was amazing. The receptionist were so lovely and beautiful. Dr Meera was absolutely amazing dentist. She’s was so helpful with all the questions I had and explained the procedure to me clearly. They have extraordinary services and updates technology. I will definitely be coming back for another clean and whitening.

They where open in public holidays! They saved us! We where on holidays in Melbourne and my son started with strong pain in a tooth, after calling so many other places that where closed and these super kind people answered and said WE ARE OPEN you are welcome to come! We where super happy! After arriving there, we found out this super cool clinic (clean and modern) with these súper nice doctor and receptionist that took great care of our son. I recommend them 100%.

I called on an Easter Monday and was happily accepted for an appointment. The front desk was fantastic, Dimitri was a great host offering refreshments as well as Netflix and was very comforting. As this was my first consultation I didn’t expect any special treatment however the surgeon, Dr. Lisa Mila, saw to my wisdom teeth straight away pulling two within 20 minutes and PAINLESS!!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a positive experience at the dentist.

Highly recommend! Went for my first visit with wisdom tooth causing some pain and the dentist did an x-ray then just popped it out on the spot! Took two seconds, no pain or discomfort, all the staff were so nice and very helpful. I was calmed by the “relaxing views of Dubai” video playing on the ceiling tv. Love that I was given written instructions for aftercare - they were very thorough. Large amounts of slay. I’ll definitely be making this my regular dentist

This is a new place with Europe quality and technical support, a nice place where everything is like at home, from reception to stuff attention to details. I needed and emergency dentist appointment and I contacted Edentist today (Sunday) and was able to get fitted in straight away, I am a new patient at the dentist I was greeted with the lovely receptionist Dimitri as he was able to help me complete my form. My Dentist was Lisa she was brilliant at advising me what was the best way to go forward with my needs. Professional and caring. So happy that I chose Edentist. :)

We needed a dentist urgently on a Sunday afternoon and found that many dentists advertise 24x7 when in fact they are not. We were lucky to find Centre Dental who were not only open, but were also very professional in all aspects. It’d been 12 yrs since my last visit to a dentist. I had just recently endured a very bad toothache where which I required immediate treatment. Dr Meera and her wonderful assistant certainly got me out of trouble. They were polite and informative at every stage of the process making it a pain free experience. I had an excruciating pain on Saturday night . Called practice to make an appointment in the morning. Managed to come to see a dentist on Sunday morning. I was impressed how person in pain can come to see a dentist for an emergency treatment that fast. Very clean practice, experienced and supporting staff and knowledgeable dentist. I booked an appointment on a Sunday as I had a bad toothache and my regular dentist does not open on Sundays. The dentist that served me was very nice and after checking me said we just needed to change the filling I had. The filling cost me $590 and the pain did not go away. I had to get a root canal a couple of days later. This time I went to my normal dentist.

As a new patient I had an extremely positive experience at this clinic - all of the staff were extremely attentive and went out of their way to ensure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible. My husband got his infected wisdom teeth removed with last minute appointment. The environment was clean and relaxing. Staff was really friendly and Dr Lisa was really good and well experienced. I can’t recommend this place enough! For years I was stuck with a smile that I thought couldn’t be fixed because I missed using braces when I was younger. But at edentist, with one minimally invasive procedure with no pain at all, I was able to achieve the smile I’d only ever dreamed of. Beyond happy with my results!

It is absolutely not a dentist who doesn't fix your teeth at all but manipulation is at their best. They are dodgy people who steals my xray and included does not give me my mouth guard. This is absolutely needed to be shut down. I would report this to government who will shut down this absolute bribery build clinic.

Dr Raquel was amazing with fixing a chipped tooth but also extremely kind and caring. She was able to provide me with useable no nonsense advice, which is highly appreciated. The front end staff working today were also lovely and great to deal with, I will certainly be going back and referring my friends and family.

Can't rate the guys at edentist bentleigh East highly enough, I've been in twice at late notice for emergency dental work and both times they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy and comfortable. This will be the only place I come to from now on for any ongoing dental work in the near future. 10/10

What a great find! We had two recent dental emergencies in the family and both times we got an appointment very quickly and both issues were solved perfectly. Dr Meera Garara is wonderful, very gentle with children and has alleviated my kid’s anxiety very quickly. I warmly recommend this dental practice.

They were very quick to get the operation done, very clear on management of the condition at home, very attentive to me both during and following the procedure, and very friendly as well. Needed an emergency input on a badly inflamed tooth. Received appointment straight away, was given couple of treatment options, medicine prescriptions and had a successful tooth extraction there afterwards. I would recommend the practice for any emergency procedures.

The admin staff and dental team were amazing…I had an emergency chip that needed to be repaired and from the very beginning, they made me feel comfortable and heard. The tooth looks great and assured me to come back if I had any concerns. Highly recommended

My partner had excruciating wisdom tooth + rear molar pain and an appointment was made for her within 3 hours. The entire extraction procedure / x-ray was completed within an hour. Staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating.

Love coming here and I am not a fan of dentists. I moved here after a less than stellar experience at another major local dentist and the result of this happy accident is our family now have a new dentist we are very happy with.
