I had a serious tooth ache on a Saturday morning. I called many dentist’s and all suggested they were fully booked for weeks or were not open on weekends. I called EDentist Dandenong and was met with a very friendly response and suggested they have a few appointments open for emergencies each day. I was able to be seen in 15min of my initial call. I was super grateful ! The receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Once I got the bill he talked me through my next appointment options and the most cost effective ways to proceed. The dentist, she was so friendly and made me very comfortable in my state of discomfort. She spoke through all my options and pricing attached ( I’m always scared to get to the counter when I go to the dentist since I never know what to expect) I was able to make an informed decision and proceed with the procedure. One of my wisdom teeth has to be removed. The dentist removed it after the initial check up. I’ve heard stories of wisdom teeth removals and pricing attached. I was amazed that on a Saturday, 45min after my initial call my tooth was basically out and I’m on my way to recovery. The prices were very fair compared to a few other places I have been. The dentist kept checking on me and made sure I was ok during the procedure. She was very caring and respectful. The dental technician was so friendly and cleaned me up, she was very happy and was ready to help where she could. The whole office is super clean and welcoming. If anyone needs a dentist, I could not recommend this place any higher. It was an amazing experience. I would give you 10 stars if I could. Thank you all again!!

Can’t recommend Dr Miller highly enough! I’m absolutely terrified of dentists and am extremely reluctant to go to dentists but two weeks ago I was in such sever pain I had no choice but to see one. Being the weekend eDentist was one of the few clinics open. This was the most calm and least stressed I have ever been at a dentist in a very long time. Dr Lisa Miller was brilliant at keeping me calm while doing a root canal. She talked me through the whole process constantly making sure I was ok and also fully explained the entire process. So yes, I know I have to go back to get the root canal finished and yes I’m still reluctant but yes I will be going back with a little less hesitation than before. Baby steps!

Today we needed to take our 6-year-old daughter to seek medical attention for a knocked-out tooth. I rang up quite rattled, I was very worried and needed to get in straight away. I called having never been to this dentist and the lovely receptionist got me in within the hour. Dr Adren Alinejad was the dentist we saw and he was extremely professional and took all X-rays to give us peace of mind that everything was going to be ok. The receptionist Tanya was amazing, and the dentist Dr Adren Alinejad was fantastic, we honestly cannot thank you enough for how you looked after us. Rebecca.

Excellent Dentistry! I can't speak highly enough about EDentist Dandenong. I had an emergency and they were so amazing to accommodate me on the same day. The staff are so friendly, professional and they made me feel really comfortable. The clinic looks great, they are using high quality equipment and everything looks super clean. My daughter required emergency assistance due to some pain. We went to Edentist in Dandenong who made my daughter - who really doesnt like dentists- feel as comfortable as she could feel that day. We then scheduled some work and it was a different set of staff. They too were incredible. Both my daughter and I are grateful for the kind, caring nature of the staff involved. Dr. Laith was absolutely amazing ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I seriously can't thank Dr.Laith enough for the emergency removal of my wisdom tooth! I was so nervous going in, as I'm not a big fan of dentists, but I was reassured that it was going to be ok - and after the procedure, I walked out laughing I won't go to any other dentist now. Also, the dental assistant and receptionist are very lovely!

I had extreme tooth pain on a Sunday and found this clinic online as my normal dentist was closed. The receptionist Shakila was extremely helpful in getting me an urgent appointment that same day. Dr Laith was extremely professional and thorough and nurse Asenat was really comforting. Great experience overall and would recommend!

Fast emergency service on Easter Sunday for my son who took a massive chip out of his front teeth while playing basketball with his brother. Lisa was calm, quick and gentle. I would recommend for emergencies. We are planning on returning for our normal check ups too!
