One of the most significant issues I encountered at Eaglemont Station was the frequency of train delays. It seemed as though there was never a day when the trains arrived on time, leading to constant frustration and inconvenience for commuters. This lack of punctuality was not only disruptive to schedules but also showcased a lack of efficiency and commitment to providing a reliable service. The station's platform standards were far from satisfactory. Peeling paint, litter strewn around, and inadequate seating options created an unwelcoming atmosphere for passengers. It was disheartening to witness a lack of maintenance and attention to detail, which further contributed to the station's overall dismal appearance. But the most alarming aspect of Eaglemont Station was its safety concerns. On more than one occasion, I witnessed troubling incidents that left me feeling uneasy. Seeing a homeless man dealing drugs from his van on station premises raised serious security questions. The fact that such activities occurred without intervention suggested a concerning lack of security measures and monitoring at the station. Moreover, the tunnel connecting the platforms has become an intimidating passageway for commuters. The presence of individuals known as "eshays," who engage in intimidating behaviors, has created a sense of fear among passengers, making the journey through the tunnel an unpleasant experience. The lack of proper lighting and security personnel in the tunnel only exacerbates these safety concerns. Adding to the distressing environment, instances of racial abuse and slurs have been directed at passengers. This is absolutely unacceptable and showcases a lack of respect and inclusivity within the station's community. Public spaces should be safe and welcoming for all individuals, and Eaglemont Station clearly needs to address this issue urgently. Lovely small station on the Hurstbridge Line. Has a car park out the back of the shops but no parking all day near the shops. Not all trains stop there so watch for the express trains.

Good station. Covered area to stand. Very safe, well lit. No issues at all. Easy to locate and get around.

Rated as one of the safest stations in Melbourne. Always clean and offers a good regular train service.

Quiet small station. Wish the trains were more frequent.
