Stock on the floor seems quite nice if you are after that style of furniture. We walked in to purchase a bed and when we walked in the staff said hello. After finding what we wanted we assumed someone would come and assist us. We were the only people in the entire store and after 5 or 10 mins from waiting we walked past the checkout and one person was reading a book and the other was on the internet. We simply walked past looked at a few things as we exited out the door. In some ways it's nice to walk around without being hassled but to be entirely ignored cost them a sale as we drove to a nearby store and purchased one as they took the time to serve us. Hopefully they find some motivation to serve people soon.

What a beautiful store! I came in with a friend to simply look around and we were met with a beaming smile by Julie Ann and then who could resist buying anything! Both my friend and I bought something. I bought a small side table (I really didn't need!) all because of the service and professionalism that Julie Ann provided. It is the people of an organisation that represent it, that makes all the difference. I can't speak more highly of not only the merchandise in the store, but the customer service received by the staff! Thank you so much!

Messy store and items that already looked damaged?? Mirrors and tables with chips?? I approached this with the store manager who didn't seem to care to be at work? Just sat at desk and didn't get up to greet me. Not a welcoming experience especially as a new store !

Love this store. So very happy to see it open in Tassie after using it often when living in Qld. Lots of interesting and different goods and of good quality. After visiting in store this week enjoyed their wonderful customer service here as well.

Good range and pleasant service. Bought some side tables... have to wait 2 weeks to actually get em, which is a pita, but seems to be the norm these days. Shame that. Will return.

Always love early settlers range of furniture and accessories, great selection too of lights, bathroom fixtures and hardware. Excellent parking. Good prices.
