I would rate no star if that option was available. My friend and I used the Scoopon for a 3 hour massage deal at Eassa Day Spa last week.We were expecting it to be a blissful experience. But to say that the experience was an utter disappointment would be an understatement. Upon arrival, the staff appointed us to waiting area and continued talking amongst themselves. The communication was horrible. We were expecting they will run us through with what service will come first and what comes after that. But there was none of that. We were quite shocked when they asked us to have a shower in the middle of a 3 hour session. The room had only one shower and there was no privacy! That was something we have never encountered before and we have been to quite lot of spa sessions. Even then, had they communicated with us beforehand, this would have been expected and not quite shocking. The majority of 3 hour session was us just lying on the massage beds. Out of 3 hours, only about 50 mins was spent on body massage and 10 mins on facial. The rest of the time was them making us shower, them cleaning and changing the bed covers and us lying on the beds waiting for them to come back. The massage itself was erratic and there was no pattern or coherence. One moment, the therapist would be massaging my shoulders and the next moment, she will be on my lower back. No pattern at all. And no enjoyment. Terrible service And experience. It was not even worth the half price deal we got with Scoopon. Will never go back again!!

Enquired online about easter trading hours, got 4 responses it became annoying. Booked a 30 minute head massage online for my wife, paid online. On arrival i said my wife is booked at 2pm and they said "what you like?" pointing at the price list. Had to repeat myself 3 times. They had no name next to the booking, for what was booked, nor confirmation of payment. Speaking to eachother in Chinese for a moment they took my wife and i thought great we got there, i left her for a while. Despite already being paid for they still charged her when she left. I had to go in an spend 20 minutes speaking to the 2 girls who couldn't understand anything i said, having to phone their boss to come in to to store to assist, then debating with the boss that I'd already paid through PayPal. They tried to offer me a gift voucher which was just offensive. Again speaking Chinese to eachother for a while eventually that was sorted. My wife said the head massage (which she would usually love) was so rough and hard at some points she thought her scalp was going to be ripped out. They didn't understand when she said do it lighter. Following 20 minutes of that they moved to her shoulders and chest (yes chest). This was yesterday, today her shoulders are so tender she can barely turn her head. Will never ever book her here again.

Before making my way to the spa I called to enquire regarding taking off acrylic nails to which they said they could do. As soon as I got there I could sense they might be confused and I asked them again if they could do it and they said yes. However I spent most of two hours helping them and watching the technician behave cluelessly. Then after two hours she refused to finish the job and remove the acrylic or tidy the nails as she was tired and couldn’t be bothered. She was then exceptionally rude and insisted I pay her full price for an unfinished job. I payed her and left however I still have nails with acrylic on which are now painful to use. Worst experience in Adelaide since I got here as a British tourist. Avoid at all costs.

I did quite enjoy my experience here, however, on entering the treatment room instructions were a little unclear. It was also confusing when I realised hands had changed during the back massage. I have a back problem and didn't fare well after treatment finished. Despite one attendant's help to dress me, she was called away and another male attendant was hovering outside the door to escort me out - it seemed as quickly as possible - which made me feel a bit uncomfortable as I was not given the opportunity to check how I looked before leaving! I do not believe I had a full 90min. treatment. It was a gift from my daughter which was lovely, but after-care was disappointing.

What an experience! I was just waiting to have experience with LaserClinic to compare, and It is de fi ni te ly not the same. My first experience with Eassa was crazy, I could just not endure the pain, I was sooooo painful I could not stop to move and even I kicked a little bit the girl, I was so ashame but now I understand why, the girl burned my skin because they did not ask before your skin type and they just have one machine so maybe a strong one. What a shame, with Laser Clinic it was less expensive and sooooo nice, I felt really nothing, no pain at all, wonderful. The laser clinic in Townsville is really professional

Creepy and unclear. Booked an online appointment for 9am and received a SMS message asking to switch to 10am. When I arrived at 10am, the place was locked up and closed. The quality of the treatment was average, but there was a rushed preparation with the room being cold, the hands being cold and at one point, the therapist being a little inappropriate. When the appointment was completed, several times I noticed one staff staring at me changing, with her face right up against the frosted door which was so unprofessional, unclear and very weird. I'm going to make a complaint to my health insurance provider.

Lovely spa, clean, spacious and classy (despite the location). The Groupon voucher for a massage, facial and foot spa is good value, but I wouldn’t return for a facial. The first cleanse was some type of exfoliant and wasn’t cleansed off properly, and the whole experience was gritty and scratchy from start to finish. I even noticed after I got home that the exfoliant cleanser they used was through my hair too. The foot spa wasn’t much to write home about either. The massage was lovely though and very relaxing, and the staff were professional and kind. Overall a wonderful atmosphere.

If I could give no stars I would. Booked treatment online and rang to confirm. Turned up and they told me I would have to wait 40 mins for my treatment. After waiting 10 minutes for the receptionist to speak to someone on the phone and argue the price, then to my horror was told the non English speaking receptionist would be carrying out my treatment. My feet were boiled, cooked and generally mistreated by this girl who obviously had no training or idea what she was doing. This whole ordeal took 2 hours, for a pedicure............

I booked for a basic manicure and pedicure at 10 am and come out from the shop at 12,10 (on the price list this is advertised as a 55min job all together) Service felt unprofessional, the women that did my nails may have been the manager and had to pick up phone calls and welcoming customers too. It really felt like she usually does not do nails and they just accepted the booking and try to make it work with the only person that was free at that time. I do not recommend the nail service from them.

May be a good place to get a massage but definitely would not recommend for any other services. Got my underarms waxed here and it was an awkward experience from the start. Front desk lady ended up being the one to do my underarms and she lifted my left pit before figuring out how to do it on the right. She also got some stringy wax on my face. Very unprofessional. Left my armpits with some hair still on them and did not talk to me the whole time! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

This is the worst place to go. Me and my friend were literally insulted at this place by the receptionist. We were actually harassed here. I had made a payment which was declined by their machine but was approved from my side. They didn’t listen to my query and 2-3 ladies came so hard and strong on me that I cannot explain. They literally yelled at me and were very rude. If you guys want to get a massage from there be prepared to be insulted.

3 of us booked a 2 hour pamper package at very short notice during the Christmas/New Year break. We arrived and we're greeted at reception and offered types of oils to use during our treatment. We were then taken upstairs where we were pleasantly surprised by the decor. The place was lovely and the whole treatment was so relaxing!! Refreshments offered also. Very impressed and staff very attentive. 5 stars ladies;!!

What a little gem hidden on Hindley Street. Doesn't look like much as you enter but once you go upstairs it is beautiful. Very tastefully and nicely decorated. Treatment rooms are lovely and large. Staff were very friendly and professional - massage was fantastic! Products used for facial were good quality. The whole experience was just lovely. Will definitely return - especially with good voucher specials.

Poor service. Called to book an appointment for a Groupon, and was informed that it would be cheaper for me to have a normal massage and claim it on my health insurer. Was advised that my health insurance was covered, only to discover after paying that it was not and the owner refused to give me a receipt. No refund offered. Very poor customer service. Be wary of what you’re paying for before you go.

I booked an hour facial for relaxation.The therapist was pressing roughly on to my face and was rushing. I had to tell her off immediately. I can hear her sniffing continuously. The products were just being splattered to my face,not being massaged/applied evenly. The last 30 mins was LED therapy,I did not finish the whole session. Receptionist is aware of my feedback. Poor Qualit facial all in all.

Super friendly and nice staff, great tolerance for kids, looked after our pram whole we were having a massage. The masseuse was entertaining my kid while massaging me which was amazing. $40 for 30min was pretty decent price for their service. The rooms are comfortable and well air-coned. Most of the rooms having a bathtub and shower built in for after oil massage clean up.

Received a Cudo voucher for a 1-1/2 hour treatment. Called the next day to book and was rudely told Eassa will not honour Cudo vouchers and to go back to Cudo and get a refund as they canceled the offer. 2 weeks later I see that Cudo are still advertising the offer with an expiry date of 21/11/18. After reading some of the poor reviews here, I am glad I didn't go to them!

The afternoon itself was lovely. I had a foot pedicure and my gel nails on my fingers removed and reapplied. Absolutely gutted that this is day three and they're so badly chipped. I've had gel nails for 5+ years and this is the worst application for durability. My first chip happened on day 1 . I spoke with the spa and the rectified my complaint. Very much appreciated.

Nice place and set up. Booked for 90mins special package, staffs looked and felt rushing. No explanations or proper welcoming, staffs didn’t wear proper spa uniform, the execution of my treatments was rough and fast, therapist nowhere to be found when finished. It’s a good place with good products but not good management and not good quality therapist.

Great atmosphere. Great lady behind counter. I went there to get vouchers for a Christmas present and ended up having a panic attack and burst into tears. I don’t like packed public transport. The lady sat me down, gave me glass of water, showed me the room and really cared about me. Despite me apologising profusely

Facial was good and relaxing. However , the foot massage was terrible. They didn’t even wash our feet to begin with , chair were uncomfortable and unhygienic, and the ladies looked warm out which then reflected on the quality of the massage . The foot massage was definitely not worth $80 wouldn’t recommend!

My wife and myself have been here two times and both times had a massage together in the same room and really enjoyed a quality massage in a nice modern clean facility both times. I have seen a few negatives comments, and yes the reception process needs some improving but overall we really like it here.

If you are claiming health insurance you need to keep you receipt forever because they don't keep any record of your stay whatsoever. If you get audited and you don't have the receipt on you they will tell the insurance company that you never came and you will need to pay the insurance company back.

Just come back from a massage and cupping session. 2 different ladies (unfortunately I didn't get either of their names) for the separate treatments and they were both amazing!! The massage pressure was spot on and both hit the spots where my pain was coming from. Definitely coming back again!!

Can't say this is the best massage that I have. My partner and I got Groupon deal and I was happy with my therapist but they got my partner's session shorter than mine and started his facial therapy. It was meant to be 30 mins body message for both of us. Overall, it is an average service.

In love with this place , a little expensive but I would say worth it . I did 1 hr full body massage and felt so good . The last 15 mins a new person came in called FRANTINE . She was just amazing! Literally the best person . Perfect pressure and super sweet . Love it .

I had a body polish and 60minute aromatherapy massage. Lovely setup inside, and a wonderful service - in particular, listened to when I asked for a soft massage as I have arthritis and a firm massage can cause pain afterwards, so bonus points for that! Thank you!

Eassa Day Spa offer good quality services at affordable prices. The massages and facials are divine and their rooms are elegant, relaxing and cleanly! I'd give 5 stars but only giving 4 as their bathroom (toilet) does not meet cleanliness standards.

They were accommodating when I booked it but I had to cancel. I was hung up on when I asked to cancel the booking, if they had have asked I would have rebooked it for a different time. Disappointed in the customer service, I wont be rebooking now.

Tried the 2 n a half hour pamper package for my husband's birthday and loved every bit of it! They made us feel like a royal couple and we both felt so rejuvenated and relaxed after the session was over. Could not recommend this place enough!

Fantastic, dont hesitate to go here. Relaxation massage left my sister and I feeling like different people, my sister fell asleep for first time ever in a massage. Also had a facial, skin hasn't been this clear since I was 10yo!!
