Would never go here again, posting my experience for awareness. I booked a pregnancy massage to enjoy a day out with my sister and mum. At the time I was around 36 weeks pregnant. My sister called in advance to ensure they had the pregnancy pillow available for my treatment which they confirmed. When arriving for my treatment I asked about the pregnancy pillow, the masseuse abruptly told me she does not use that pillow as it is unsafe. When I questioned what was unsafe about it, she couldn't answer the question. She then went onto explain if I wanted to put my unborn child at risk I would have to sign a wavier and that she was only looking out for the safety of my child. I was horrified as I felt like she was implying that I was selfishly putting my unborn child at risk to simply get a relaxing massage and use a pregnancy pillow that is an approved practice at Endota. I was made to feel like an inadequate mother like asking to use the pregnancy pillow was equivalent to smoking or drinking alcohol. I was so upset I was holding back tears throughout my treatment. After the treatment my sister asked how it was and I burst into tears. I waited outside whilst my sister spoke to the manager about the incident and paid for the treatment. I'm extremely disappointed that no one from the spa has followed up to discuss the incident and formally apologise for making a heavily pregnant person feel venerable and stressed. If the masseuse does not agree with practices approved by the franchise such as using a pregnancy pillow this should be raised with their management and not pushed onto clients paying for a service. This masseuse should not be treating pregnant people.

I went there recently. I hadn’t gone there for years. I’ve always gone to other locations and have had very good massages and experience. But I was crunch for time and this is closest to my home. The place was clean. I went there 15 mins early and filled out the iPad info. and then had to wait for a while until at exactly my time to start, the therapist (Anna) came to get me. I had requested the custom massage because I wanted certain areas to be worked on more than others. However, after spending ten minutes of my massage time (because she didn’t come to get me sooner from the waiting area) included the consultation telling her what areas I wanted and type of pressure, the therapist started massaging and it was as if she hadn’t listened to anything I had said and requested. I had to keep telling her, “not this one”, “not too much pressure”, “not too much here” “don’t do here”. She went into autopilot! Then she was doing my face and instead of massaging upwards. she was forcefully pulling my face and skin downwards! This massage was not relaxing at all. I came out angry and had wished I had never gone to this location! Waste of my money and time!

Nahuel - at Norwood Endota Spa- he is a great masseur and I try and book in with him each time. I have had many masseurs and he is great. Can tailor the session to be as firm as you need (and with my sore back and hip I need it firm) and also stretches and gets the limbs moving again. My back if often tight and immobile but after a session with Nahuel my back clicks in and it feels looser and relaxed. Endota spas are relaxing welcoming and I love the tea before the session. The Norwood one is easy to get a park. I look forward to the sessions and often think 60 minutes isn’t enough!!

Got my intense renewal facial done on Tuesday at 4:30pm and it was the worst treatment I got. No facial massage I dont see any change after the facial either. I ended up wasting my $115. I dont give reviews and that is why waited for a day or two to see the difference in my skin but seriously I don’t know what I paid for. Neither I enjoyed the process nor I felt any different. Hard earned money wasted with no result. Would never go again! I wish I read thé reviews before booking! Wont suggest to anyone.

So I got the organic infusion treatment but I did not get a hot stone on me and they did not use the rollers on me too.The treatment was nice but what they say in the treatment on there website they should do or if they have changed it make sure you tell people before booking on your website. I’m not saying that it was bad and all it was good I loved it I feel amazing. Im just confused on that you advertise all of what I said that I didn’t get so why is that?

Ive been a few times in recent years for treatments and Margie is a gem. Lovely and friendly like all the staff in Endota Spa Norwood. Excellent facilities and I've even bought some of their special oil for my diffuser at home, as well as other products which are all fabulous. I was lucky enough to book in for a massage and facial package with Jess and it could not of been better. Jess was very passionate about her work and you could tell she takes great pride in providing 5* treatment. My massage and facial were top notch and I fell asleep in the facial I was so relaxed and that doesn't happen very often in my life :) Thank-you, I will be back for another treatment!

Absolutely LOVED everything about my experience at Norwood Endota. I’m usually a Glenelg patron, but they were fully booked so I was a first time customer at Norwood (on Friday 23 Sept ‘22) and my massage therapist Donna was wonderful, faultless, I enjoyed my experience SO much and Bernie was also a delight. Had the Surrender Spa Treatment today which was gifted to me by my daughter for my birthday… it was an amazing experience starting with a relaxing body massage complemented with hot jade stones and then a fabulous facial addressing my sensitive dry skin. Donna was great and attentive to my needs throughout and would love to go back for more. Definitely give this a go everyone!

Last month I had a 2 hour pamper with Margie, a customized massage and facial, and I left the spa on cloud 9! Margie is attentive, warm and hit all the right places with her massage. If you’re looking for a 5 star experience, I can’t recommend her enough. I had literal tears in my eyes at the end of my session, you can feel her genuine desire to treat you like a queen

My rest and restore massage with Donna was, hands down, the best massage experience I've had. I left feeling physically revived, but also mentally refreshed. Donna was fantastic at working out knots and aching muscles, and the Endota atmosphere is calming, creating an all-round experience that I will continue to come back for. I love Endota Norwood. I have 3 serious autoimmune illnesses and need regular massages. Bernie is a superstar. She always makes me feel so comfortable and applies just the right pressure for my body to not hurt more. She should win Adelaide's best massage therapist because I've had many massages over the years but I keep coming back to her ❤️

I had a one hour relaxation massage treatment with Shabnum and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The spa feels luxurious, clean and comfortable and the massage treatment was fantastic. Donna treated me to a much needed and perfect 90 minute massage and organic facial - it was heaven. Donna found the perfect balance between getting rid of tight knots in muscles and not too hard so not to tense up. And my skin feels like it’s met an oasis. Bliss is mine :).

Fabulous. I had the High Performance Facial with a clinical peel. Wow! I was worried that I would leave looking like I had gravel rash. My skin was luminous and bright and showed no sign of redness at all. Highly professional and worth every cent.
