Really bad wax - strip used on same spot over and over (7x) - brusing, redness and rash - and when I got home and checked half the hair was still there!! Decided to give spa another go and made an appointment. They ended up scheduling for a different week than what I asked for. When I arrived at my requested appointment time, no apology was given. Indignant and arrogant therapist answered the phone and all she could say is “I don’t have a solution for you and it’s human error!!” - with a massive attitude. If you can get a therapist “Cashmere” she is wonderful but on the whole I wouldn’t recommend the place and chances are they won’t get your appointment time correct anyway... Very disappointing.

Terrible experience. It’s a big spa and ticks all the boxes of looking elite. However, it provides basic massages. The therapist herself was complaining about the job and her pay. My massage was rushed through with a lot of irrelevant talk, was uncomfortable because the therapist could never get friendly with me and felt like a hell of an experience. Even though I spent a gift card on it, I still regret the money gone! Please go to a decent massage parlour, they’ve learnt this traditionally and aren’t modern day replicas charging at 3x

Visited on the 6th of January. I had the Organic Infusion. My consultant was Jess and she was very friendly and helpful with suggestions to maintain my skin. I really liked that I had a choice as to how much verbal contact there was during the facial and loved I could just lay in silence and relax. I was lucky enough to have been given a voucher to attend and due to the pricing I would only go again as a special pamper as it is quite expensive for the time frame. All in all it was a lovely experience though.

After a huge day of appointments walking around with my cane, I hobbled in there almost seizing up before trying to head home and got an hour full body massage, I saw Malee, we had a nice open chat while she worked her magic.. She was sensitive to my surgery scar and related trauma responses and I managed to walk out of there fully able to move and felt 1000 times better and could manage to get home without cramping up. Definitely going back to see her!

I had the most incredible experience at Endota Spa in Rundle Mall. All the team were so lovely and welcoming upon my visit. I must thank the lovely Sanaa for her incredible skills and professionalism. She offered great advice and after the full body massage I received I felt reborn and brand new! Was given a voucher for hour massage decided to use it today and what an experience . Mel was fantastic and concentrated on exactly what i asked for. Mel used the right amount of pressue not hard or too soft just right felt great afterwards. I decided to get evebrow coloured she did a great job im very happy with result and with only 20 dollars wont be going anywhere else. Overall fantastic experience today definately going back thereagaon

I had been to Endota Rundle mall branch, did not like the service. The therapist did not clean the face after exfoliation, I had to ask for the head band and in the beginning she just left a basket, did not say anything. Even when I call the receptionist to ask about getting in there, they were not there. I think they should employ experienced people. If there was a negative rating, I would have given that, such a waste of my time

My wife had a massage, facial (not sure which type) and a pedicure as a birthday treat from her sister. She would have given them 5 stars but they asked which colour polish to put on her feet after the facial or massage (so they had to turn the lights back on) and she had to sit up to try to see the colours. She did love it though and I think she will want to go back again. Not sure who treated her though.

I’ve been going to Endota Rundle Mall for many years now for both pedicures and massages, but the custom massage I received just recently from Malee was definitely worthy of a special mention! She absolutely nailed the pressure and seemed almost to have some sixth sense to find the spots that needed attention. I won’t hesitate to request her as my therapist at the next visit. Thank you! Booked a Rejuvenate Spa Package for Two (footbath, body scrub, shower, massage, facial or extra massage time) for our anniversary trip in early October 2017. We had the best experience with Demi and Elyse. Felt so relaxed and at ease in the towel/blanket cocoon by the end. If we lived in Adelaide we'd visit often. Can't recommend these two therapists enough. A very worthwhile indulgent treat!

Even though this spa is in a shopping centre - don't be fooled - it is a little oasis. Behind the door it has a lovely calm, quiet atmosphere. Just sitting there before my massage helps get rid of the tension. The therapists are all excellent and genuinely want you to walk out feeling better than you came in. They take the time to find out what you want and need and they deliver.

My husband & I enjoyed a lovely relaxation massage. The shop front is deceivingly small, behind the scene is a quiet waiting area and therapy rooms. The therapists were polite, friendly, and the massages were relaxing. Our booking time had been changed and we were concerned it was going to be a problem but it was all resolved before we arrived. We'll be back next time we visit.

endota spa is a true and great experience. I treat myself to full body massage every 4-8 weeks - it is amazing, couldn’t recommend it more. for someone who is constantly lifting and spends all day on their feet at work, I tend to have knots in my lower back, shoulders and neck. my therapist, Sanaa, is amazing! her hands are magic, couldn’t recommend her more! book yourself in✨

Had a lovely treatment today with Julia. I had the ‘rest & restore’ massage, and Julia explained everything to me prior to the service and the type of products that would be used. I felt calm and relaxed throughout the entire massage and left feeling on the cloud, plus can definitely feel the difference in my muscles and have relieved some of that tension.

Jenna’a gentle and genuine welcome immediately put me at ease. The room and bed were exactly the right temperature which added to my comfort. And the massage!!! By far the best massage I’ve ever had. Went here with my S.O. for a spa treatment each, and it was amazing. I got a detox and added a deep recovery massage while we got her the rejuvinate treatment. Good quality massage. Great location, very friendly, helpful and knowledge staff. The massage was just right with the masseuse reading my body well. A couple of cons - it's pricier than similar massages available elsewhere and the rooms don't have a lot of ambience.

Very poor facial, low quality products and inexperienced staff. Applied only 2-3 masks and I left feeling very clogged up and needing to wash my face. In addition, the staff was unaccommodating to my condition (pregnancy), judgmental and completely lacked empathy.

It was a horrible experience. From entry to exit, relaxation was the last thing offered. Despite being a multimillion spa business, their rooms were cramped and barely allowed the therapist to move around with fluidity. Hey, I guess that’s a business tactic.
