Hello east village farmacia owner. el empleado de ,el departamento de farmacia( El FARMACÉUTICO) tiene un grave problema hoy día 1ro de julio, llamé para asegurarme qué mis medicamentos para controlar mi presión estuvieran listo, llego por mis pastillas y la joven del mostrador me dice que el las dejos bajo llave a el le molesto que yo le dije que yo vivo retirado del lugar ES muy grave jugar con la salud de una persona adulta mayor, ese señor no puedes trabajar para seres humanos le recomiendo que vaya a trabajar a una veterinaria con animales, talvez se asemejan a él la Empleada llamó a la encargada y me las entregó, gracias a los dos trabajadores del turno ellos fueron excelentes chicos y me ayudaron, por favor, revise ese empleado, tiene, graves problemas, no se puedo confía en una persona que se compromete tan extraño.

This is an old school "real" community based drug store. These folks have helped me get through some difficult circumstances, dealing with some erratic behaving insurance companies. They've always made sure I was covered, with my meds. or explained what it was I needed to do, or who to speak to, to make sure I was taken care of. They're courteous and have gone out of the way for me, without really knowing me that well. They have a good spirit and a caring heart

LOVE THIS PHARMACY - PERSONABLE...AND THEY ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU GET IT AT THE BEST POSSIBLE PRICE, CHECKING YOUR INSURANCE, CHECKING IF THERE ARE "COUPONS" THEY CAN APPLY FOR YOU. I FIRST FOUND THEM WHEN A NEARBY CHAIN PHARMACY WANTED ME TO PAY $200+ FOR AN RX ...THEN I TRIED THIS ONE ( FIRST TIME ) AND THEY CHARGED ME SOMETHING LIKE $30. I WENT BACK TO THE CHAIN ONE AND THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN WHY THE OTHER PHARMACY WAS ABLE TO CHARGE THAT MUCH LESS.

I've been trying my hardest to support local as opposed to ordering from Amazon but the last 3 times I've gone into EVP there's someone without a mask. Today it was right when I opened the door, a man who seemed to be an employee was walking around without a mask. It's a shame that a business is making it hard to support them by not enforcing such a simple policy.

Great neighborhood pharmacy What is so great about it? Having a family and needing a bunch of prescriptions each year, there is no better feeling than going into a place that is comfortable and an integral part of the neighborhood I like to call this place my "pharmacy family" because it feels so personalized and friendly and service is amazing

Convenient pharmacy but I’m getting tired of having to call to refund for refills I never asked to fill or pick up. They charge your insurance regardless of whether you ask to refill. Are they hoping I won’t notice since it’s the insurance company that gets billed? Not sure. But please stop filling prescriptions no one is asking you to fill!

One of the few remaining independant pharmacies in the city. The servies is always fast and friendly. They also cary a lot of brands that are not avalable at chain stores.

None of staff wearing a mask! Why? They are essential workers. Even the pharmacist preparing the prescriptions was mask free! Don’t go here.
