I have not encountered many businesses that put their mission into practice with such genuineness and excellence in service. It is not a tagline. When I call Ellen at Windsor Pharmacy, the answer genuinely is always, "Yes!". I know with ease of mind that my prescriptions will be filled quickly, even during supply shortages, and I can rely on their help finding supplies that seem impossible to locate. Windsor Pharmacy offers unparalleled service and is an absolute must-know pharmacy in New York City.

The friendly staff actually seems to care about the people that come in to this store. Huh? Also they remember your face and don't treat you like another bum buying meds. I take the path and the subway from Jersey City to get my meds here. Its a bit pricey compared to duane reade or other chain pill pushers but if you don't want to wait for more than 5 minutes than come here and support this small town pharmacy in the middle of NYC.

Ever since my doctor told me I need maintenance medicines for my hypertension, I knew I had to find a reliable pharmacy. A good friend recommended Windsor because he had good experience with the people there. Thank goodness I listened to him! The prices of the medicines here are reasonable and I can feel that the staff truly cared for my well-being. I haven’t looked for another pharmacy since I visited this place.

As a clinician myself, I’ve referred a lot of my patients to Windsor pharmacy to fill their prescriptions. In a world where corporations have taken over healthcare and seemingly every other industry, it’s refreshing that there is still a store where personal care and superb service matters. Windsor goes out of their way to help their customers. I will most certainly continue to send patients their way!

I had to do an assignment for communication class in St.Johns College of Pharmacy, and I has to interview a pharmacist, so I called him (Dr.Joe) and he was very friendly and kind. He took the time to answer my questions. Its hard to find someone who is willing to take their time to speak to you. This goes to show that the pharmacist is very passionate about his job.

Delivers for first couple months on time and then late deliveries and hi prices. Do not care for patents well being or need to deliver life saving medications on time unless you want to pay $250.00 for FedEx delivery costing $20.00. Ruthless, undependable and 4x the price of other pharmacies. $20.00 for a $3.00 prescription.

Windsor is the most reliable and personable pharmacy I've ever been to. They go out of their way to serve their customers. I would not go anywhere else. Their tooth brush section is in the top 3 worldwide! With Duane reade's on every other block Windsor is in a class all by itself.

The staff is incredibly helpful, and they really get to know you over time. If my wife or I come in alone, they always ask how the other one is doing. If they run out of stock they'll order something for you. And if you're in a time crunch just call and they'll deliver.

This pharmacy is over priced in my opinion. I went in on a rainy day looking for a small pocket umbrella and they had them for $18. There was a Duane Reade next door that had them for $9. Also, the staff seemed offended that I walked out without purchasing something.

They are the best. Before I return home from a doctor's appointment where a prescription was called in, they already have the prescription delivered to my home. If there is something they don't have in stock, it is delivered within hours or by next AM.

Found in one visit everything I needed and also what I wasn’t looking for but thought of getting. Nicely placed merchandise, clean and staff is polite. Will go back. They close at 12:00 am. Amazing

Prepare to be stared at and followed around when you come in here. Staff treat all customers like potential thieves. Much more expensive then Duane Reade down the street.
