Have been twice recently, once for an emergency and again for a general check up and I could not reccomend both Dr Ritu and Safinah enough. As some one with anxiety and a severe fear of dentists who had avoided going for years, I was truly put at ease by both doctors not only letting me know what they were doing but checking in regularly to see how I was feeling. I felt super informed and given choices and all options where fully explained. The whole experience was the opposite of what I was expecting. Im going back in tomorrow for a filling and can honestly say I'm not worried in the slightest. Thanks so much guys!

walked in on a Friday afternoon my tooth had fallen out and had a wedding next day the dentist took me on and made sure my front tooth stayed there for the wedding l decided from then they are going to my my dentist l have really bad teeth and the treatment process is amazing and cheap but highly graded l had my tooth out they called to say how arr tou feeling who does this one off the best customers service l had ever encountered l really recommend this place 200 per cent the staff even the atmosphere ihas a great energy about it so if you need a dentist make an appointment you will not regret it

The dentist spent a whole hour on one very difficult filling, I had not much tooth left and have left with it all sorted. She was really gentle and patient, gave me extra anaesthetic when the drill went in deep. She filed the filling down perfectly so I didn't have that grindy grindy effect, my regular dentist never succeeds with that. They have a cancellation list so give them a call, most dentists are booked out till the New Year but I got in quick smart.

I've visited this dental clinic quite a few times for consultation and treatment. Staffs from reception to support and management to dentist have been amazing every single time. Dr. Ritu is very friendly, knowledgeable and equipped with professionalism. Whenever she treats, I have been informed about the basic knowledge about procedures and made comfortable before treatment. Especially, I'm afraid of injections but she ensured it in very non-painful manner. Highly recommended for all dental related treatments. I am extremely happy with my teeth now. Thank you

Been here a couple of time in the last few years. Always been great. No massive upsell. Just fixing problems and general advice. Also, upfront about costs. Only clinic I have visited where I didn't have to say, "OK, that all SOUNDS like a good plan... but how much is it going to COST?" They spelt out my options clearly, without me having to enquire exactly how much that's going to set me back. It's a little thing, but appreciated. I will be back. I mean, I have to. In two weeks. For a general checkup. But that aside, I will be back in future...

I had called the dental surgery for an urgent appointment for a broken portion of a tooth and was seen on the same day at a convenient time. Dr Ritu was so warm, friendly and professional throughout the appointment and explained everything she was doing along the way. She repaired the tooth, removing an old filling and moulding it in such a way that you cannot even notice. Can't speak highly enough of Dr Ritu and her friendly staff.

Had my first appointment with Dr Nihal to repair a broken filling on my wisdom tooth. Highly recommend! Dr Nihal was very thorough with checking the condition of my tooth, with explaining everything to me and with the repair of the tooth. Very gentle and verbally guided me throughout the procedure step by step. I’ve recommended this dental clinic to a work colleague of mine who’s also looking for a good dental clinic.

Dr ritu!! What a shame. We waited 20 mins past our appointment to be seen. Appointment was for check up and clean. From sitting in the chair to getting up was a total of 10 mins. Was charged $176 for the ten minutes. And when I questioned the amount the response was ‘I worked so hard’ with a smirk. Completely unprofessional. Have reported her to Medicare and cancelled all future appointments. Disgraceful.

This is the best dentist in reservoir. I take my autistic son here and it’s such a wonderful experience. I have had a root canal and tooth extraction and have not felt a thing with each and I was in and out so quickly. They are so caring and reassuring. They also walk you through the cost beforehand so there’s no surprises. I saw the accept afterpay also which is so great. I recommend everyone come here.

OMG! I can’t thank enough. Dr. Ritu is the best, I went in today with a tooth ache, she looked into it, and was so calm and composed and explained what she was going to do. And did it with out any stress, my stress just went off once she got me on the chair for the treatment to start, she is the best. Thank you soo much Dr. Ritu and the dental assistant who helped. The dentist is lovely. Very understanding of my anxiety around dental visits. She checks in that I am ok and offers to take a break if I need it. They are very thorough and clearly explain what work you need done. They are also helpful in discussing payment options. I'm really glad I found this dentist, it has taken a lot of stress out of getting my fillings done.

This place is absolutely amazing, Almost nil wait time, thorough examinations and all done in a very professional manner.
