I chose Eezi to move my household contents across the country based on their competitive pricing, and positive reviews. My experience of Eezi Move was anything but easy or pleasant. My experience was characterised by confusion, a lack of professionalism, last minute changes, and myself and family having to drive around Cape Town looking for boxes, tape, and mattress covers, change our flights, find interim accommodation and find another courier company to ship the many items left behing by Eezi Move. If i were to move again, i would defintely not use Eezi Move, and instead pay the premium for professional service elsewhere. Moving is stressful, Eezi move comprised most of our stress! (i previously used Elliot, they were truly amazing!). Communication and instructions could have been clearer. On several occasions when i tried contacting the call centre agent, i was told "only email correspondence was being accepted". Who does this? The Eezi move team allocated to pack my contents were forced to rush the job due to being allocated another job whilst still busy on my job! (with some team members having to suddenly leave whilst packing) This was particularly unprofessional. The team had to rush off abruptly, resulting in items left unpacked, which i had to then pay another moving company to courier across the country. My correspondence indicated that the team would have extra boxes (additional to the amount charged) available in case extra were required. With more boxes being required, and additional boxes not being available, we had to instead make multiple rushed trips to find additional boxes to pack items prior to the truck leaving! The loading team arrived even before the packing team finished half my work, this meant i had to supervise both the packing and loading teams simultaneously. I did flag the insufficiency of time between the scheduled arrival times of the packing and loading teams in my correspondence to Eezi move, this was ignored. Eezi made the move way more stressful than it should have been. Next time Elliot!

We used Eezi Move for our last move and they are definitely not easy at all. Our furniture was damaged as their staff are careless and not well trained at all. They are not careful and do not carry or handle things properly. We decided to use Eezi Move as they have a good reputation and they are supposed to be professionals but they are actually not. They just rush to get the job done as they have so many jobs booked for a day. The staff are tired and the attitude is not great. They were using our pedestals as chairs which is disgusting and so unprofessional. I complained and it took 26 days for me to receive a condescending email. No phone call, no apology, just an email saying that moving is risky and that it is not their fault. If I had unhappy customers, I would definitely try and sort the problem out but no responsibility is taken by Eezi Move. Worst service, unprofessional, no responsibility, bad attitude They have no bad reviews on their Facebook Post as there is no where for people to leave a review. They only show all their happy customers.

We, as a company wanted to move furniture and equipment from our Gauteng based office to our KwaZulu-Natal offices. From the start we had excellent and professional service from Marli at EEZY MOVE. Even solid advise and options re costs were given to us. We accepted EEZY MOVE's quote as of their professional and speedy communication. The gents that came to do the move were just as efficient and professional. All was carried to truck safety and also all was wrapped for extra safety even though we had already done our own wrapping. Constant feedback re planned arrival in Natal was given and till the end all were kept informed. VERY impressed. Will, and actually am busy with them again to do another move for us yet again.

Eezi moves understand the true definition of customer care. They have very friendly staff who are always willing to assist. The two gentleman who were supervising the move (Isaac and Patrick) ensured that everything was in order before they left. The team was very efficient and arrived early which assisted with me having the remainder of the day attending to my other admin. The dispute resolution processes of the company are quite impeccable and I have not witnessed it in my adult life. It makes makes the company ethics to be measured way above the rest! No moves are the same but what cuts different is how one is treated at the end. I will definitely use Eezi Moves for my next move in the next few months :)

I am so impressed with my moving experience that I had on the day of my move in Port Elizabeth on Saturday, 13 August 2022. Not only was Mardi Stander fantastic with arranging my booking and accommodating me with my changes, they even offered to do my move on a public holiday with no change in the price. My time that I requested was also accommodated as well. On the day it was raining and my move was expedited in 2 hours and nothing was damaged!!! I was moved by Eezi Move on 02 Nov 2022, I must say I had such an amazing service starting from when I was asking for a quote up to the day of the move. They sent a very reliable team, they came on time and really made sure that my move was seamlessly done. I did not experience any breakages, the guys made sure to bring all the protective blankets etc. I am still going to use Eezi Move again when I move my stuff from the storage facility to my new home. Fifth time I've made use of Eezi Move and each time the service has been excellent. I've never had anything damaged. Because they do part moves the prices are very competitive. Arranged a vehicle to remove items from a complex with height restrictions which weren't high enough for the truck and then loaded onto the truck outside. Immediate responses. I required a duplicate invoice as I had discarded mine - they e-mailed them to me about 15 minutes after I requested them. Thumbs up to Eezi Move.

From the beginning of the process dealing with Jacky and Zelda in the office who patiently provided me with many answers and advised me thoroughly, to the regular communication prior to our move and finally with the excellent services provided by the moving team- I would recommend no one else. Care is taken with your items, and the team was friendly and efficient. This was my 3rd move with Eezi Move, and I’d recommend for local and interprovincial moves. Very good quality and good value.

Poor communication and feedback in general. Items delivered to incorrect address at a time not agreed upon. Lack of ownership of their mistake or personal responsibility. My personal items including expensive furniture delivered damaged with a feeble attempt to sellotape parts back together. Staff noted to sit on box wrapped items while packing the truck. Some of my items noted to have water damage which is concerning for improper storage at the depot.

Both my mother and I were recently moved by Eezi Move. On both occasions the crew arrived promptly at 8h00 in the morning. They worked quickly and efficiently. Both moves were carried out without delays. I needed my wine collection packed and the bottles were very proficiently wrapped with zero breakages. Their price was also reasonable. Eezi Move was a great help. The movers are professional and friendly. We had a major setback and Letitia made sure to sort us out last minute! They moved a load from Jhb to Salt Rock, but didn't tell us that the load goes to some warehouse in Durban, from where our furniture and boxes were sent in an open truck to Salt Rock in the middle of the heavy rains, last April! They were very well priced and easy to work with, but they sent only 4 guys. I felt bad for them - it took about 12 hours to complete the job with almost no breaks, and my wife and I were helping too. Our move definately needed a bigger team, that's my only gripe.

The majority of my items were damaged, there are clear signs that none of our items were handled with any level of care. They refused to take any of my complaints over a call and they have not replied to their email complaints process.

They are very affordable. We have wrapped most of our items ourselves with bubble wrapping/shrink wrap and good double pallet boxes. Some items were damaged during transit although they used a 3.5 tone truck and trailer to transit

Eezi Move has conducted themselves very professionally, and while I there were a few issues on arrival, Eezi Move assigned somebody to my case and it was resolved by Josias in a very professional and efficient way.

Staff is good, but they broke a few if my items by crushing boxes and I never got a call from customer service as promised after my complaint. As a note, this was a move from Johannesburg to Durban.
