What responsive and professional administrative process constantly keeping me up to date from my request for a quote right up to when the truck arrived at my door step. Reassuring correspondence and attention to detail to every single item I had listed and even noting duplicated mentions and discussing them with me. When the team arrived it was such a bliss to work with them and they are extremely detail oriented and friendly staff who did their work with great care and precision. They wrapped my belongings with caution and took great care of carrying them to lifts and down flights of stairs and checked if they have all and everything that needed to be moved. I received whatsapp updated of when they are leaving the pickup address with a live location pin of where they are and repeated on route to assure me they are on their way as well as when they arrived at the delivery destination... A collaborative working team clearly noticeable in how they interact with each other and with me as they were offloading and ensuring each item is placed in the right room and unwrapped... A smooth and clean moving job and experience for me. I would recommend them to my friends and any one any time and am certainly using them again to long hall my goods from KZN to the Western Cape and Eastern Cape when I move stuff to family... These guys are an absolute Godsend. As I am physically disabled, MKQ took the nightmare of packing, wrapping & disconnecting all electricals, including computer, everything carefully & fast, upon themselves. Then they unpacked & reconnected everything the way it was & made sure everything was clean. But what blew me away, was how the owner helped me out the car & into my wheelchair. Oh, I forgot to mention, they were available at short notice. Every cent was well spent. They get my 2 thumbs up stamp of approval.. Thankyou Msi for making my 6th move a breeze.

I really appreciated the professionalism we received from Mkq Movers, the owner was very responsive. We moved from Hillcrest to Durban, and the day before the move, they messaged to us to confirm time that they will be coming through, when they were running late, they sent us a live location as well as video to show us they were on their way and was stuck in traffic. I was really happy with the constant updates, so I knew they were reliable. They then moved all our belongings very carefully. I was very happy with the service provided.
