2nd visit today, on time, professional, standard price, friendly, but feel like not enough information to take away, something is missing. 1st appointment was clean and check up, then 2nd appointments for filling as per check up results, when I asked Dr Michael to review my wisdom tooth which he commented on 1st appointment looked ok, he replied and reminding today’s appointment is for filling…feeling pretty uncomfortable to use as family dentist, a bit irresponsible not caring enough? And, I have to Google how soon I can eat after a filling?

Michael's expertise and experience is delivered in a caring and gentle manner resulting in a relaxing and stress free visit. My family has been attending his clinic for many years and we remain very confident that our dental health is being well looked after while in his care. I had major dental/cosmetic work done. The end result is amazing! I wish I had gone ahead with it earlier. Michael is a very gentle man and an excellent dentist. His staff are also brilliant and understood that I was extremely nervous about the procedures. They kept me calm and made the whole experience pretty painless. Attended the clinic for the first time on Monday and saw the dentist Sam. He is a fantastic dentist, absolutely lovely. I've been searching for a great dentist for a while now and so glad I tried out this place. All the staff were kind and professional. I will definitely be bringing my kids here for their dental checks. Highly recommended

Would recommend Michael and his team to everyone! Gentle and caring! After years of horror, I was so frightened of the dentist. I found Michael when he was working at another clinic and I had my mum holding my hand on my first visit near my 30's. I walk in now and feel so comfortable and looked after! Fantastic at what he does!

This clinic is by far the best dental clinic my wife and I have ever been to. Michael and Sam are so careful and sincere. My wife has a lot of anxiety with the dentist but this clinic is so great she doesn’t feel worried at all. We’ve been going for close to a decade now. We always leave there smiling …

Dangerously incompetent! I have receding gums and had an appointment today that was only 13 minutes. Woefully undertrained dentist. I have given them multiple chances and they have progressively gotten worse. Shame on you. I would highly recommend you try anywhere but here

Good but expensive. I called in for a tooth extraction which I mentioned while making the appointment. Charged me 135 just to tell me that I need a tooth extraction which i knew already. Sent me home without extracting it so i can come back to pay more for extraction.

I recently had a crown and other dental work done and am about to have an implant done. I have been very happy with the friendliness of and the professionalism of Michael and the team.Most of all, I am thrilled with the way my teeth look. Recommend? Absolutely!

I totally like this dentist. Michael is excellent. Caring and gentle personality. Easily the best dentist I've found in the region. Far happier with this dentist than the one at Lower Plenty.

Sam was the most gentle incredibly sweet dentist I had ever seen. The reception ad nursing staff were kind and understanding. I suffer from Dental anxiety and would never go anywhere else.
