Dreadful service. People is utterly condescendent and rude, lazy and unwilling to help. They have managed to get the worse reviews of all embassies, North Korea Embassy has a 3.2 Rate, well ahead of us. I wonder if they just don’t get paid at all? Why is Spain so obsolete in important matters like these? Is it really so hard?

Took few weeks to get an appointment and got an email about cancellation just a day before the appointment date. Tried to call, puy on hold for a long time and been charged about £50 as it's a premium number. Had to cancel my plans to go to Spain because of not getting an appointment and due to the whole experience!
