I wish I could leave a 0 star review on this. We had a really bad experience renting a car here on 11/26/2023. Enterprise was higher in price among other choices but in order to have reliable service, we booked it. At the counter, they said they gave us a free upgrade. However, the first car we got was in “transfer mode” and the AC would not turn on. We drove back and changed another one. The second car showed a warning signal after >10 min driving on the dashboard. We went back and changed again. A total of 2 hr and 3 cars later, we finally got a “drivable” car and every time we changed, the car went a level more basic. We also book an infant seat for our baby but they brought out a toddler seat. We eventually asked compensation for the time we lost and the efforts we had to make but they said they already gave us “the free upgrade” so there is nothing they can do. Using “the free upgrade” as a compensation for the mistake they made afterwards does not make sense. After arguing, they said our trip would need a full tank of gas but we could bring it back empty without a fee. However, we eventually found out the entire trip only cost less than half tank and we got tricked again. I would not rent any car from this office again and would not recommend any of you to do so.

Service is exceptional. I only suggest confirming what time you can return your rental without incurring additional fees. It should be easy without any hassle in returning but sometimes they make you go through the back and forth so they don’t add additional fees and have them discount the extra to get back to the original amount billed at the beginning. I do appreciate them working through it though and not making it harder than it needed to be. I recommend when getting the rental have them put the latest time to return you can return without incurring any additional fees. That will help when returning it so you can return in either before or that time. Check with your credit card to ensure they cover third party liability since that charge pretty much doubled the cost of the rental. Overall I’d rent again with enterprise. They make it easy to rent and their customer service is exceptional. Def recommend.

Quite literally the best rental car experience I’ve ever had. Luis worked extra time on a saturday night to help resolve an engine problem with my car while I was 2 hours away in Tepotzlan. He found a replacement vehicle and had someone come and swap the cars so we could make our flight back to the US the following morning. Just a 10/10 experience and would never rent a car from anyone else in mexico city

Suprisingly easy and helpful. Luis was amazing. I've never had service this good at a car rental company. After Fox rentals who operated across the road told us they didnt have a car after we booked.. Luis at Enterprise was extremely helpful and personable. Really couldn't have been given better service. He gave us a grace period and was really helpful with everything. Zero complaints. Zero.

Excellent service. I was able to get a rental on Christmas! Karla went above and beyond to ensure everything went well and that I was satisfied with the car. Luis ensured a seamless check out 3 days later. Thanks again for helping me explore so much more of Mexico with a car!!

This was our first time renting a car in Mexico and Luis and Michel went above and beyond to make us feel safe, comfortable, and protected. They offered us driving tips and beverages, were very kind and professional, and got us on the road quickly! Would highly recommend.

They were great and willing to accomodate me being there late to pick up my car. They refunded me for bringing the car back with some fuel still in the tank and were all in all very easy to work with.
