DO NOT I repeat DO NOT do business with these people. It is the worst Enterprise I have ever done business with. I have rented vehicles in the states and I have never paid so much for a vehicle rental. I had a quote of 189 dlrs. and I was expecting to pay a little extra for the insurance. when I got there to pick up the vehicle they price tripled with hidden charges. They gave me an older model vehicle with suspension problems, and I paid for a full coverage insurance that does not cover you fully. When I told the enterprise representative (Korina) my frustration she replied "This is how we do things in Mexico" I would not give to this Enterprise retailer not even a star but I had to in order to post my review. NO haga negocios repito NO haga negocios con estas personas. Es la peor empresa con la que he hecho negocios. He alquilado vehículos en los estados y nunca he pagado tanto por el alquiler de un vehículo. Tenía una cotización de 189 dlrs. y esperaba pagar un poco más por el seguro. cuando llegué a recoger el vehículo el precio se triplicó con costos escondidos del seguro. Me dieron un vehículo de modelo antiguo con problemas de suspensión y pagué un seguro de cobertura total que no te cubre por completo. Cuando le dije a la representante de la empresa mi frustración (Korina) ella respondió: "Así es como hacemos las cosas en México" No le daría a este conseciomario de Enterprise ni una estrella, pero tenía que hacerlo para publicar mi reseña.

Ricardo fue el que nos ayudó al entregó y a la devolución de el carro. Excelente servicio al cliente y fue muy amable y además paciente con nosotros mientras yo resolvía unos problemas de el banco para que pasara nuestro pago (para los que vienen de USA sugiero que llamen a su banco antes de viajar para dejarlos saber que usarán su tarjeta por acá y no tengan problema con que marquen la transacción como fraude!). La única razón por cuál di 4 estrellas es porque el carro que nos tocó no tenía cruise control y también no aceleraba muy bien como que se ahogaba el carro. No se si fue normal y así es el carro con un mecanismo o que pero no nos afectó mucho. El carro estaba demasiado limpio y bien cuidado. Regresaremos hacer nuestro negocio aquí cuando estemos de nuevo en Mexico, Gracias Ricardo y enterprise! Excelente experiencia de todos los locales de renta de carro asta mejor que los de Estados Unidos!!! :)

SCAM! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I rented a car and when I returned it, the car was inspected and I signed papers saying that I returned it in the same condition in which I rented it. My credit card was charged the original amount and I was given a receipt. They then pulled the car around back to the garage and 10 minutes later they came to find me and tell me that the spare tire is missing and that I will be responsible for paying $3,500 Mexican Pesos (~175 USD) for the missing spare tire. When I refused to pay they tried to negotiate the price of the spare tire down to a level that I would be willing to pay. I refused to pay and left. Two days later they charged my card an additional 113 USD for the "missing spare tire." I had to get my credit card company to investigate and refund this charge. BEWARE! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I honestly had a great experience with my car rental the few times I have been to Mexico. However… I am almost 100000% sure they stoled my credit card info. I had a few transactions made from Mexico City after I came back to the states. This was the only place I used my credit card besides Zacatecas airport for my luggage. Be very careful everyone! Las veces que hemos venido a Mexico, la rentada de carro fue buena experiencia. PERO estoy casi 100000% segura que también me robaron mi numbero de tarjeta. Por la cual eh tenido algunas transacciones en la Ciudad de México aun yo ya estando en casa en Chicago. Fue el único lugar donde utilize mi tarjeta de crédito aparte de el aeropuerto de Zacatecas cuando pague por mis maletas. Tengan mucho cuidado!!!

Muy mal servicio segun su seguro que ofrecen cubre todo cualquier daño en el carro al momento que regrese el carro me dijieron que estaba dañado y que tenia que pagar los daños y le dije que el carro ya estaba asi al momento de entrega se negaron y aparte me dijieron que la cobertura del seguro que pague no lo cubria cuando en si pague la mas cara. No usen su servicio son unos rateros STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE They make excuses to make you pay more for the rental car and when its time for returning They will do anything to charge extra telling you the car has Damage and the cover you got for the car wont cover the damage the cars has. Be careful

Excellent service and quality cars at the rental center. Just be careful as soon as you leave the airport as police are waiting to give “the tourist” a ticket and get a bribe. Must me a common occurrence as they warned us about it when we picked up the car. They said I could either take my license or pay a fine of Mex$8000($400 us) , they eventual negotiated and we agreed on $100. Absolutely ridiculous. The definition of a Narco state / banana republic. I would avoid an expensive flashy car if you don’t want to be a target. You would think the car companies would have some arrangement with the local police not to harass their customers.

T2 terminal saved us after a neighbouring horrible “America Car Rental” put us in a helpless position. They’ve offered us a very good reasonable rate for the 2 drivers with one of them being 24 years old and with full insurance coverage. Deposit hold is very low with full coverage of insurance too. Very happy that lady on a desk could speak and understand English better than anyone else we’ve spoken to so far. Whole booking process took 20-30 min with them driving us on a shuttle to the place where cars are based. Thank you!

*SCAM* Be carful, they will force you to buy overpriced insurance. When I asked the person who was helping me if I can have the VIN number of the car I will be renting so I can purchase my own insurance online he did not allow me to do so to force me to buy their overpriced insurance wish is more expensive than the rental. Never coming back to this place and I will be reporting to BBB, as this was never quoted on the original reservation as the manager claimed. Erika Pardo the manager was of no help.

Menos cero estrellas ofrecen promocion y a la hora que vas a recoger el auto te piden una garantia de 4000 dlls siii escribi bien 4000 dollares y te niegan la reservacion la srita de mostrador se molesto xq interrumpi su platica personal en el corredor del aeropuerto me dejo sentada sola en la Oficina por mas de veinte minutos para regresar a pedir esa ridícula cantidad de dollares x un auto de 200 pesos diarios Pésima experiencia NADA RECOMENDABLE

Llegué a mostrador encontrando un letrero de marcar a un número. Me avisaron que esperara en una puerta de la terminal y me hicieron esperar 40 minutos (tal vez más) para pasar por mi en un coche y decirme que las camionetas habían salido a dejar al personal y que por eso no habían pasado por mi. Tuve que marcar al menos 4 veces para ejercer presión de que seguía esperando. Hubiese sido mejor yo llegar directo de saber el lugar.

The service was good but I was left with an impression that I was taken an advantage of. To explain - Mexico requires liability insurance by law. When I came to the counter first they try to sell me liability at $950 per day then went down to $800 (MX) and claimed that it was the lowest they carry.... And that's where the problem is - I do not believe that the lowest liability that can be had in Mexico is 46USD per day....

Beware. Bait and switch criminals. We were quoted $702 (usd) for a week long rental of a minivan. Upon vehicle pickup the price was changed to $1,200 - $1,750 usd depending on insurance option. When we dropped the vehicle off they tried charging us further based on the us/mx exchange rate. If you arrive with a quoted reservation, be prepared to cancel the reservation and use another rental company.

Exelente servicio! Nos apoyaron con la reserva en su página web, nos resolvieron todas las dudas. Al llegar al establecimiento por la noche nos atendió la señorita Perla y todo súper bien. La unidad limpia, en buenísimas condiciones no hubo cargos ocultos, lo marcado en la reserva fue lo que se pagó. Olvidamos un objeto en la unidad y nos ayudaron a recuperarlo. Los recomendamos ampliamente!

Worst enterprise Ever! Please avoid! Does not follow protocols! I arrived to drop of car and went to restroom, I came out and inspection of car was already done without me and moved to the cleaning area, so I move to the waiting room assuming all is good, next i am told a rim cover is missing!!!!! Chargeda rim cover!!! I kept it cool, I will never come here again!! Advice, stay away,,,

Mala experiencia con esta compañia OJO por telefono te dan un precio y cuando llegas ahi cambian las tarifas no respetan el precio que te dan aparte te van a vender un seguro que te cuesta el doble de la renta del carro jajaja chistoso pero cierto y te tratan de intimidar diciendo que el df esta muy feo para andar sin seguro y puedes chocar bueno igual yo le pusiera 0 estrellas

I had an amazing experience with this company. Nancy Diaz and Perla were outstanding they went above and beyond. I totally recommend this company everyone was amazing. We received top quality service from the person at the airport counter to the transportation to pick up the car. The car I received was new and in excellent condition. Receiving and returning was fast and easy.

Logré alquilar el carro que necesitaba sin ningún problema. Lo hice por internet, donde todos los cargos y condiciones estaban expuestos de manera clara. Tanto en el aeropuerto como en la sede donde te entregan el vehículo (la empresa te transporta entre el garage y la terminal) me atendieron de manera amable y atenta. Alquilaría otra vez con esta empresa.

I will never rent from this Enterprise location again! They tried to force us to buy the additional insurance (which is not required). Then upon returning the car, they wanted to charge us for new tires? They said the tread was worn and that was apparently our fault. I refused to pay the tire fees and let them know we would never rent from them again.

Muy buena experiencia yo recomiendo pagar hasta recoger el carro y hacer la reservacion solo por la pagina, ahi te explica bien como son los pagos y de que y para que son cada cosa esto no lo tienen varias de las agencias que busque, creo que la relacion calidad precio tambien fue muy buena, en resumen quede muy satisfecho con la renta

Buena arrendadora, los precios son un poco elevados, comparados con otras arrendadoras. Los vehículos están en buenas condiciones y en buen estado higiénico. Deberían ser más flexible al momento de extender el contrato, en lo personal no veo la necesidad de ir hasta la agencia a renovar o extender el contrato.

Nunca renten con esta compania . Me cobraron un llanta. Q porque la rode con poco aire. Cuando asi me entregaron el carro y me querian cobrar un golpe abajo de la defenza. Nunca contestan para hacer el reclamo. Se aprovechan de los tourists que no sabemos como se manejan para robar en esa oficina.

Horrible servicio, rente una Van para quince personas por la pagina web del establecimiento, y al hacer la transacción la pagina web decia que mi Van estaba en el estableciento , al ir a recojerla me dijeron que la reservación era con anticipación ya que las camionetas estaban en puebla.

My card was declined by their terminals due to chip not working. I am still using my card everywhere else with no problems, called my bank and there were no blockades. So it was their terminals not working. They were really not helpful and I ended up not renting the car at all.

SCAM!! Locked in a good rate, attempted to waive insurance with a letter of eligibility from my credit card company. It’s a benefit the cc offers. It was declined price more than doubled. SCAM! Walk over to Avis and save some money get quality card and deal with great people!

2 meses con anticipación reservé una Suburban y fuí muy específica con eso, pero; nunca explicaron que NO PUEDEN ASEGURAR QUE ESE MODELO EN ESPECÍFICO ESTÉ DISPONIBLE. Llegó la fecha me dan una Tahoe no cupimos cancelamos y nos penalizan con 173 dólares HORRIBLE SERVICIO!

Rente un vehiculo por 3 dias, hice varias preguntas las cuales me dejaron en claro todo lo que necesitaba hacer, a la hora de la entrega del vehiculo no tuve ningun problema, ademas de que me ofrecieron transporte hasta mi hotel, volveria a rentar con ellos sin pensarlo

Same, online rental was on fee. Enterprise tried to over price us for $1200 for additional car insurance. The rental was half of that. I told them that I only pay 350 for full coverage for two cars in the US. How isnthat even possible. Horrible don't there

Terrible, unprofessional and unethical people to do business with. Add undisclosed charges to your credit card once you depart to the airport as they know its unlikely that you would return to the office to have another conversation. Bad taste.

It was my first time renting a car !!it was a great experience renting from them no issues with anything ,very friendly staff we pay for the insurance just to be protected!!! Returning the car was easy and fast!! No hiding charges ..

Rente un auto por la tarde noche 8pm,con las prisas no me di cuenta que no tenia gasolina,ok sin problema le lleno el tanque.cuando entrego el auto dos dias despues tenie medio tanque, y NO devolvieron el excedente del mismo.

Hacen cargos ocultos no hablan con la verdad y sobretodo dijo el representante que el internet no dice la verdad de los precios por día de 15 dollares cobraron 85 contestación nose puede ha er nada. No recomiendo este lugar

Nefasto, llegas con una tarifa de 400 pesos y te dicen "que por LEY" tienes que adquirir un seguro que vale el doble de lo que vas a pagar de la renta, te piden una garantía excedida... Son una basura.

I made a reservation months before my trip. When I got there they couldn't find my reservation even after showing them the confirmation number. We had to go to another place to get a car.

No where on the website did it say insurance coverage is mandatory. The cheapest offered was 900USD for 10 days. I would not have taken this trip had I known I had to spend another $900
