Manager Sam took great care of us! He welcomed us to his office and got us fixed up with a car very quickly. He has great customer service skills. Dealing with Sam was good for my morale after I got rear ended in an accident and needed a rental to take care of post-accident business. This old disabled veteran was treated well.
My experience with Enterprise was most adequate and a pleasant experience as a first-time renter. The staff was accommodating and provided great customer service. From making a reservation online to picking up the car at their location, the process was a breeze and Vivienne made sure I had everything I needed and more.
We made a reservation confirmed they would pick us up at 10am. They never showed up then we called for 30min and no one ever answered. Called the main customer service line and the representative was rude. I have exclusively used enterprise for years and never had anything like this happen. Sign of the times?
We had to rent a car when ours needed repairs and Jordan at this Enterprise made the process so easy. He also let us know what we needed to tell our insurance, how to arrange things with the repair shop, etc. Just really impressed at how well he knew the process. Highly recommend.
Will not recommend this location, the employees here are thief’s. I drop off a rental and my daughter forgot her airpods pro instead of getting a call back letting us know they where kept and taken out of the case soo they won’t be located.
