"Rented a car the day after the storm couldn't pick it up till 3 days later when I got to the lot the entire lot was frozen over all the cars had snow and ice on them they had to hold me and walk me clean across this lot trying to do the inspection on the car we can even see the back of the car cuz it was frozen over with ice well the car that I rented the check engine light came on the windshield wiper blade quit working there need to replace so I returned the car to trade it for another car and the man told me and went around the car you told me there was a dent on the back I said no way because I hadn't even barely drove the car but to church and I'm parked in the handicap nobody parks near me at my house so he asked me for my insurance card told him they already had it so he told me before I could trade cars I had to leave the $500 deductible for the tiny little dent they could have pulled it out with hot water on the dent and a sink plunger I switched credit cards told him to put it on the new one so we charge both credit cards the same amount the man told me if I would go service the automobile and then I wouldn't have to pay my deductible till next week I told him that wasn't my job so I paid I was off in my other rental a jacked up the price of the rental during the snow storm so I'm ended up with a clown car"

First of all - good luck finding the place. It's in the service department of a car dealership. Would have been nice to have that indicated somewhere on the confirmation email or even the confirmation call I received the day I was supposed to pick up my car! Had to wait forever to even be greeted since apparently only one person works the counter and if he is off checking in or out a car - you wait standing in the hall of the service center while technicians and dealership people scoot past you. The first car I was assigned was so terribly smokey that I couldn't even sit down in it. The smell was strong as soon as the door was opened. The second car smelled better but I had a hunch it was a class size lower than my reservation. When asked about it the agent lied and said it was a standard class. I got one mile down the road and noticed that the car was almost on empty. So I turned around and drove back to the agency to complain and get a different car. I checked the enterprise website and indeed - a Ford Focus is an intermediate class NOT a standard class. (Although it SHOULD be listed as compact - but that's a story for a different day) The third car I was assigned had a slightly smokey smell but by this time I had spent over an hour on this whole saga and I needed to get out of town. Thankfully the agent upgraded me to a full size, although I have no idea if it was due to inventory or him trying to make up for the awful experience. I suspect it was due to inventory since he never gave any sort of apology whatsoever. This car happened to be full however the agent informed me they don't fill their cars up and you only have to return them with as much gas as you got when you rented. Sorry - I'm not going to try and time my trip and mileage to end up with a quarter of a tank and hope it matches what you drew on that little sheet of paper. The "upgraded" car still had a faint smell of smoke in it and it was strong when the car was sitting closed up. It did fade though after a few minutes with the windows cracked (or I just got used to it) so it was manageable. It had over 30K miles on it and stains on the seat. Mind you, it was still the best of the options I was presented. Upon returning the car - the agent was so backed up with people waiting on him that he said I could turn the keys in and he would give me a call to confirm the return went as expected. I did so against my better judgement but I had a ride waiting on me and I needed to go. I never received that call - but thankfully my card was charged the correct amount so I can only assume the return was processed as normal. Overall I would suggest that you choose ANY other location but this one. And I would suggest Enterprise make it CLEAR when you are choosing a CAR DEALERSHIP location, or take them off of the website completely.

If you can avoid going here, please do. The manager, Mario, is nothing but a liar. When my boyfriend dropped off his car, he was unknowingly signed up for driver protection. His card was charged without his consent. When we tried to resolve the issue, Mario agreed to take off a few days for the inconvenience. Which, great, that was okay with us. Then when we dropped off his rental last Tuesday, 9/7, we told him that we cannot payoff the remaining balance that day or that Friday. But guess who charged us anyway, AGAIN, without our consent? Mario. Which put my boyfriend and I in a bind. We called customer service who sent a request to the branch to have him call us. We never got a call from him that Friday, and were unable to reach the branch at all until today, because we still hadn’t even received the refundable $50 deposit. Mario then told us today that he put our refundable deposit towards the days he took off. Which he did not explain to us when he did! He said he took a few days off to help us out, not “oh yeah I’m using your refundable desposit towards that”. He is nothing but a liar. Avoid here at all costs.
Enterprise is recommended by my insurance company, GEICO. I called and made a reservation with an Agent who gave me a quote after taxes, $26.00 and a confirmation#. I get to Enterprise, speak w/Mario Wiggins, and the price goes to $39.00 and a Different confirmation# than what I was given over the phone by that Agent. The rates where switched. All Enterprise is going to do is apologize and Do Nothing to fix the problem. Will choose Rental Option w/GEICO in the future as if a rental is needed, I can be reimbursed for the rental charges. I am on my own with the out of pocket expenses for this Rental. Hope I get my Deposit back. Also, the Light keeps coming on in the Mini Cooper (I originally requested a Toyota Corolla) saying it needs oil. I was assured by Mario when I called back that it has oil, and that the system was unable to be reset to clear that error message. This is true when these "high tech" vehicles (I had a Smart Car) are serviced by non car Manufacturer mechanics. Burn me once, Never again. Enterprise, don't bother to respond. It will be Lies, anyway.
Mario Wiggins is an asset to Enterprise. His great customer service skill was demonstrated throughout our experience. On arrival it was obvious that it was an understaffed busy location, he made several touch points with us to ensure we knew that we mattered to him and he had not forgotten about us. Mario also drove 100 miles into the middle of nowhere to pick us up when we had a blowout in a SUV that had no spare and your absolutely inept road side assistance (I use the word “assistance” loosely) failed to help us and took 12 hours to respond to us just to say they were not coming… we were already asleep in our beds because of Mario!!!!! Mario did EVERYTHING in his power to make it right!!! You can thank him personally for this review and for the reports you didn’t get on Social Media and the Better Business Bureau. Thank you again Mario for your unrelenting efforts to ensure my family got home Monday night!
Horrible customer service and borderline fraud. They waited SIX WEEKS after we had returned the car to charge us over $100 because they said that the insurance didn’t cover it. We have been given the runaround from every single person we have talked to at this branch, and are STILL waiting on a refund for over a month. This same branch pullers a similar scheme with us early in the year in which they brought a different vehicle than what was requested, told me that I would not be charged extra. Low and behold, well after the car was returned, they charged us for the difference of the car that I never asked for, and was told that I would not be charged. This took several days and multiple hours on the phone to get a refund. I have used Enterprise many times at many branches before, and never had an issue anywhere but here. You should pick ANY OTHER rental facility other than this one.
My car was totalled by an illegal driver. The owner's insurance arranged a rental at this place of business.. After assuring that the driver's (me) credit card be on file (required) for damages or incidentals (none incurred), Enterprise tried charging me for the rental. I drove over to speak to them (since they don't answer the phone). After conceding that I didn't arrange the rental or sign a contract to pay, Enterprise management SMILED and said 'no problem' - the insurance was on file to pay. The next day I turned in the rental. Two days later, Enterprise charged my credit card, adding additional fees after saying the bill would go to the insurance company. This was no error on their part, rather lies and deceit. My credit union is processing a fraud investigation. I have used Enterprise in the past, as I travel frequently, NEVER AGAIN!
The absolute worst customer service at this location!! We received a voicemail about making a reservation for our priority pass rental car thru our insurance company. We called back multiple times and it would go straight to voicemail. So we went up there, there was only one lady working and she proceeds to tell us that there are no vehicles available today that's why we need to call to make a reservation. I told her, "we did call and no one answers so that's why we came up here". She then says, "oh well, that's because I'm the only one here." That is extremely poor customer service when you were just telling the lady in front of us that you had a few vehicles left to choose from. We ended up going to another location since she was so anxious to get rid of us and help the person behind us. Do not use this location! That's all I can say.
Worst experience ever! First off they are supposed to be in the service king down the road and they are not which took longer. I was supposed to get a car $30 and under and they brought me an SUV that was more and never asked me if it was okay or if I was okay with it and basically made me think it was the only vehicle they had and I had no idea that it was going to be more. charged my card 3 different times and never called to ask or tell me if it was okay to charge my card and I never approved any of the charges. When I called to ask about the charges to my card they lied to me and told me that they would give me $72 back still have yet to receive that back and it has been over a week. Do not go here. If you do do not trust the liars that work here. Hopefully they are not stealing from enterprise either.
My husband was needing to rent a vehicle while his truck was in the shop. Thank goodness for Andrew at this location. He was super helpful and friendly. Because of my husband’s job, he needs a larger vehicle to hold tools. When he went to a different Enterprise first, that staff was extremely rude and argumentative-even when she clearly messed up his reservation. BUT when my husband spoke with Andrew in Burleson, Andrew took the time to listen to what my husband needed, understood the issue, and did everything he could to rectify the problem that the previous Enterprise caused. The process was quick and painless, and Andrew got my husband into a vehicle that fit his needs. He took a poor experience, and turned it into a positive one. Because of Andrew, we’ll definitely go back to this Enterprise.
Mario saved me today!! The Weatherford location mixed up my reservation leaving me stuck at their location and completely without a vehicle since mine is in the shop for a week. They told me they had nothing available all week, and that all locations were most likely without any cars so there probably wasn't even a reason to call around. They also said they cannot check with other locations for me. I went outside and called the White Settlement location and spoke to Mario. He had me in a car within the hour! I got a ride with my best friend and we headed to White Settlement. Very polite, helpful and transparent. And really what I needed in such a lost feeling situation. I couldn't be without a vehicle for me and my son, and Mario absolutely saved the day.
I did not have the same experience as everyone else but I'm going to assume that's because they've heard you all and made the proper adjustments. I brought my car in to have it serviced and wasn't aware that they needed to keep it for 2 days so I had to rent a car. Enterprise took care of me on the spot. The next day, I got a call that my car was ready 1 day sooner than they thought. Unfortunately I didn't receive the call until after I had already passed my 24 hour mark of having the rental car. When I explained the situation to Enterprise they were more than happy to accommodate me for the extra time and only charged me for one day instead of 2. They also gave me a ride home. Thank you for you listening to past complaints and making it an easy process.
Worst rental experience ever. Geico made the reservation. They slipped in some coverage without explaining there would be a cost. They also billed me for fuel when I returned it with 3/4 tank just like I picked it up with (as they noted). When I tried get it fixed they are impossible to deal with. After many attempts to call without reaching a humane I finally got the local office, and was told I needed to talk to the manager. Manager was on the phone and would have to call back. Never did. So I went to their website. Was advised there the best way to handle a billing issue was by email, which I did, and never got a response. I finally contacted my credit card company, we'll see how that turns out.
I had a reservation at this location. I was supposed to be picked up through the pick up service...apparently I'm still waiting because they never showed up! I attempted to call the location several times only to get the answering service is TURNED OFF. The reservation center was unable to contact them. I called another location and the manager attempted to call the location's manager's cell phone to confirm the pick up and they still never came. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Thankfully, the other location stayed late after closing until I was able to get there to secure a rental under the circumstances. Please DO NOT rent from this location..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
RUN, RUN as fast as you can from this location!! I would give them ZERO stars if offered. I was called 15 minutes before pickup and advised that they didn't have a car for me. It had been reserved for over a week. They advised that they would find me another car at another location by the time I arrived. When I arrived, I was told there were none available in the area. I called the 1800 number and got a car 15 miles away. The prices was higher. No one would do anything about it. The agent was very RUDE and ARROGANT at this location. He told me that the customers with the service department come first. He couldn't even promise me a car for the next day. NEVER AGAIN!
If I could give zero stars, I would. We had a reservation, and the "branch manager" desk clerk was less than helpful. When I asked for a supervisor he gave me the 1800 reservation number and a name no one knew. Our insurance company's Enterprise coordinator attempted to call the location to speak w him and he would not answer the phone, she emailed and messaged him and he did not respond. She was able to get ahold of the area manager who stated the clerk lied to us about the Enterprise policy and could have offered us an alternative. Do not deal with Mario when you go to this location. He is dishonest and disrespectful.
The reservation part of the process was seamless, easy and quick. The pick up part of the process was ok, but the first two cars had mechanical problems and couldn’t be rented. They put me in a Jeep, as opposed to a more fuel efficient car. The turn in process was ok, except that it was a different location which I did not know about until I rented the car. The worst part is that 2 full days after the rental, my contract and the deposit, are still “pending”. I called customer service because my contract was not available online, only to be told it can take 7-10 days for the deposit refund. Very disappointing.
I was involved in a car accident. My insurance company quickly authorized my rental replacement in less than 2 hours. I spent the subsequent 8 hours trying to get someone to answer the phone, but as of this writing, they still haven't. I eventually got transferred by an automated system to a call center and spoke to an agent who spoke down to me and was incredibly rude. Do not expect customer service from this location. Do not expect to be treated as a valued customer by Enterprise. This is the single worst customer service experience I've ever had with a company. Do business with someone else.
This location inside David McDavid Ford dealership, they are terrible on customer service and no car to give out for the customer and they told me to call around the metroplex see if any available. This is the only place I've seen so many peoples work at small places. My car was in the shop for 4 weeks and need a rental the manager put my name on waiting list he told me about one week later will have a car for me. This is ridiculous I have to go another rental company to find my own car, and Ford dealership will not paid for that. Unsatisfied for this location not very helpful either.
Gary Was Rude And Inconsiderate. He Does Not Listen To Your Statements, Questions, Or Concerns He Just Rambles Based On Pre-Trained Assumptions And Refuses To Work With Clients That Don't Look Like His Fellow Counterparts. I've Never Had An Issue With Enterprise Until Today And I've Used Several Over The Ft. Worth Area. Most Locations Are Filled With Patient Kind Associates. His Customer Service Skills Were Unacceptable And Prejudice. Go To ANY Other Location But This One.
I have been calling this location for 3 days now trying to figure out how to return my rental due to my car being ready at the repair shop nobody ever answers the phone and when I finally got a hold of someone (not at the same branch) they told me I would have to take my rental to the place I picked it up from which is 45 minutes away from where the body shop is this needs to be fixed how are people suppose to drive 2 cars at one time
Horrible..called the reservation line for vehicles they told me this location has several to choose from at the insurance rate. Got there two hours later and was advised that they has one vehicle way above the insurance rate. The manager told me that reservations doesn't actually know how many cars they have. Horrible way to run a business. Using Hertz for car rentals moving forward.
Waited for 45 minutes to get a rental car through insurance which was supposed to be paid for by insurance and then was told that I needed to put down a $50 deposit as a driver the insurance company is covering it I should not to pay anything and then told that they don't take cash out memo or chime so I was screwed out of a rental car waited for 2 hours for a ride back to my work
I’ve been here for someone for about 15 minutes and the person ahead of me has been waiting for 30+ minutes. The enterprise representative has not been at her desk. We were advised she is a woman and someone would call for her. She didn’t even come to help us when the Ford representative called her on the intercom. Absolute horrible service at this Enterprise Car Rental location.
I returned my rental to David McDavid location on Saturday. Enterprise wasn't open. I had no way to go pick up my vehicle from the place that i had my car repaired. The man i talked to was very rude, i assumed he's a salesman.I can not get ahold of anyone at any Enterprise location to let them know where the rental is. Answer your stupid phones!! Very upset with this situation.
Would give 0 stars if it was available. I called to set up an appointment for an insurance claim. They said they couldn't get me a car for several days. Rather than help me determine another Enterprise location that may have a vehicle, the representative said I was welcome to call around to see if anyone else has a vehicle. Do business with someone else if you can.
I’ve rented from here several times! And every time it’s an awesome experience. Very friendly, fast and courteous individuals who seem to love what they do! The whole experience from start to finish was unstressed and flawless!!! I would give 10 stars if I could.. Thank you again for making me feel welcomed…… I got my baby back …
The agent, Nancy, was very friendly and helpful. The car was clean and easy to drive. Really appreciated the air conditioning, it kept us as cold as we wanted. The vehicle also had good power and was comfortable to drive. Returning the vehicle as super easy, and again, Nancy was a star. Will be doing again soon. Thanks
Pick up and drop off process went very smooth. Car was clean and only one problem. Took several minutes to locate fuel release door. Car performance and gas mileage was very good. One thing to note is the agent did not know about the Plenti program. Will use Enterprise for next rental.
Horrible customer service, tried to get on the phone with them for an hour and was still on hold. Hung on me and had to call them again. Sent my car to the wrong location and left me stranded at a auto shop and said it was my insurance fault when it obviously wasn’t. Horrible company.
Staff was friendly, but car was junk. Car was smelly inside, had damaged flooring, maintenance light on throughout rental, low tire pressure lights, very worn outside. Enterprise always seem to have the worst cars. Location is convenient for car repairs, but will not return.
Very professional and friendly. They brought the rental vehicle to me at the shop where I was as promised, called a couple of times to make sure everything was good with the rental and when all was done refunded my deposit withno problem. Highly recommended.
Ross Wilson was a remarkable agent, I got to pick which car I wanted, it wasn't a long process because he carried a iPad with all the documents to sign. The vehicle I enjoyed the most was a Chrysler Pacifica Van it was awesome. I'll never forget Enterprise.
Taylor was a great help on a very hard day. After a bad accident this morning he helped me get into a comfortable car and was willing to double check my insurance coverage while being able to multi-task and assist others. Good staff and excellent service.
Unhelpful, reservation made through insurance and called enterprise to confirm. When I showed up to pick up rental I was told no pick up time was listed and they were about a week out. I’ve already scheduled drop off with the body shop. Very inconvenient!
When I set up my appointment for my Lincoln MKZ I also schedule a Rent-A-Car but sadly when I went to the desk to get the vehicle they did not have any available until three days later which did me no good since shuttles aren't run and no ride back home
This is the 1st time using this particular Enterprise and the entire staff is outstanding!! They were friendly, polite, professional and they go out of there way to make you as comfortable as possible. I will be using this location from now on.
Same crap as the people described below. This location is a joke and will make reservations online. Then once you get there "they don't have any cars" except for ones that cost twice as much. Stay away from this crap location.
I've rented from this location multiple times. They are are always professional and accommodating. I've gotten free upgrades and even an extra day when my insurance company was dragging their feet. I never go anywhere else!
I wasn't able to get anyone to drop me off, so at the last minute, they sent someone to pick me THEN my trip got extended because of bad weather, so they extended my contract with just a phone call. Mike was sooo helpful!
This is in the Ford Dealership easy to get to. As always Enterprise picked me up and was on time! The person picking me up was cery nice. Everyone at Enterprise was nice and friendly. Got a nice truck that handles well.
David McDavid Ford/ Enterprise car rental was very easy to find and quickly got me in and out from initial renting to returning was only there about 15 minutes in both instances will be renting from here again.
They blamed us for damages that were there when we picked up the car. I took photos but they still blamed us! Their rep even acknowledged the damages but we still got the blame. Never going back!!
Careful with this place they run a scam. You can talk to three different people you'll get three different prices and when you get to the location it will be a different price BEWARE BE CAREFUL

Called this morning on a TUESDAY to rent a car and was told it was to late and they couldn't rent to us under a insurance claim until next TUESDAY
