Over the last few years Enterprise-you’ve really begun to be my last resort. Tell me, would you put your mom in a rental that had not been cleaned or sanitized? ABSOLUTELY NOT? I think, by the time I made it home-I needed an asthma pump because COPD is what the ashes and the smoke still floating around from the previous renter. The throw up on the passenger back side. Probably from some scrub who was hanging out the passenger side of his best friends rental. Because the smoke is foul. Adrian, next time do me this one favor-sit inside the returned rental, ask yourself this-“has it been cleaned and sanitized?” If the answer is NO?! Please DO NOT just give it to someone who will take whatever-risking their life is what not sanitizing is. Could you please call your buddies at Enterprise in Houston? They have a whole station, old school detailing dude-who washes, waxes and details interior by hand-it’s show room quality before the next customer is in it. I’ve already closed my enterprise rewards account because I can’t say that I’ll ever rent through you guys. If my insurance says I’ve got no choice-I’ll drop them too!

This is my first time dealing with this Enterprise location and it had to be the best. Came into the location to get a car for a trip and Dave was pleasant from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away in my rental. He answered all questions, throughly explained all add one, and did a detailed walk through. Even with the rental industry having low inventory at the moment Dave worked hard getting me into a vehicle. This will be my go to rental location for now on. Dave if you see this thank you! Always keep your amazing attitude. We need people like you!

Huge special thank you to Robert and Evan!! It’s so hard getting a rental these days, but these two guys were honest and genuine with no BOGUS EXCUSES. After calling many enterprise locations for over a week and getting the run around, Evan helped me book the reservation and Robert assisted with my pick up and drop off. Thank you big time to these guys!!!

Everyone here is friendly and helpful! I had to rent a vehicle from this location on three separate ocassions and each time the process was smooth and prompt (thanks to the manager!). On the third ocassion, I needed to request a pick-up and Ugo Bosah was so polite and friendly during the ride. I'll definitely recommend this location to all my friends.

Very reliable, friendly service from this location. I lost the key fob and the guys lined me up with roadside assistance. They were there in less than an hour. All good!!! Every time I called I got a live person. I’d definitely rent from this location again.

The manager (believe her name is Chloe), was extremely condescending and rude when I raised concerns that the rental I was being given was filthy inside & out. It seems I’m not the only one that has had this issue at this enterprise location:

Picked up two different vehicles, both of which had extremely dirty interiors. Have tried calling multiple times over the course of the last week and nobody ever picks up the phone. Very frustrating when having to modify reservations.

Useless staff, Sam at the Ed Bluestein location was able to accommodate me multiple times. Only came here because that location is closed saturdays. Literally wasted money coming here for nothing. Don’t waste your time

Had a great experience at the North Lamar location. Both Sean and Ugo were really helpful, quick, and efficient. They gave me a nicer class vehicle than my car which was under repair, and it made things much easier.

Everyone was great! they made the prices so easy to rent a car!
