I have rented from Enterprise in Mexico City several times since January 2022. They play a bait and switch game. Most recently I reserved a Nissan X-Trail 3-row SUV, which is a mid-size SUV. I was given a Toyota Avanza 3-row MPV, which is a compact size. The representative at the counter stated they were similar because both seated 7 people. It was take it or leave it so I had no choice in the matter. When I turned the vehicle in, I was asked if everything was okay with the rental? I told them I was very unhappy to have been given a smaller vehicle than I reserved, which had happened on every previous reservation, and that I would be renting elsewhere in the future. To help illustrate the difference in the vehicles, the Nissan X-Trail 3-row starts at about $600,000 pesos, about $30,000 dollars. The Toyota Avanza AT starts at about $348,000 pesos, about $17,400. So you get less size, comfort, power, passenger space, luggage space and no side-impact air bags. The agent did take 15% off the rental price, though the purchase price of the Avanza is over 40% less than the Nissan. Because the Mexico City Enterprise locations are run by an independent franchisee, I doubt calling U.S. customer service would change anything.

This place has barely anybody working, and it is always busy. It took over an hour to pickup my car and now it's taking 30+ minutes just to return it. Hire more people. Edit - After waiting 45 minutes, I called Enterprise customer service. The attendant had been gone at least 30 minutes at this point with six people waiting. Enterprise said they couldn't find my reservation or contract number, and said they were going to contact the location directly. Because nobody was there to answer, they told me the "location was closed" and I needed to drop-off the car at the airport. What? I have no intention of going to the airport and I'm not responsible for babysitting the vehicle due to the incompetence of your company and lack of staff. Do not rent at this location and consider another company altogether. A complete waste of time.

Mi experiencia fue muy distinta a los demas. Rente en el Aeropuerto de la ciudad de Mexico, y es de esperarse el tiempo que toma uno. Decidi devolver en esta sucursal de Plaza Universidad por ser cercano al lugar en donde me hospede. La entrega fue sencilla y rapida. Uno tiene que meterse al estacionamiento directamente y no detenerse enfrente del hotel. Ojo con esto, son negocios diferentes. Durante el proceso de entrega, la Srita Vianey me atendio de una forma expectacular. Hubo un problema con las marcas de previos golpes en el coche que ella supo manejar de la mejor forma con un final justo para ambas partes; por eso estoy dando esta calificacion. La atencion fue excelente y volveria a rentar en esta locacion.

I rented a car at this location since it was near the place where I was staying during my visit in Mexico. The attention was nice and good. I was served by Vianey. At first, I tried to make the reservation in person, but I was given a higher rate for TPL insurance than what I saw online for the same scenario so I decided to make the reservation online and prepay right while I was sitting on their desk, I did everything from my cellphone. Once I was done, Vianey pulled up the reservation on their system and showed me the two cars they had available for me on the category I had reserved. The process was quick and smooth. I'd rent again at this location.

Reserved a minivan. Uppon arrival they did not have. They did not offer a valid alternative, not even bother to check with the airport after I specifically asked for it. Attendant assured me they did not have a minivam in all of mexico city. So i took uppon myself to find one and I did find one at the airport. What took me 20 min and a lot of stress and anguish could have taken the clerk 1 minute.. but I guess she did not feel like this was her peoblem to solve.

Debo agradecer al servicio de la agencia Enteprise en esta sucursal del Holiday Inn, en especial a Vianey y su magistral atencion al cliente. Llegué a recoger el coche como media hora antes, y ya estaba la unidad a mi espera. Luego fue una entrega rápida y con lujo de detalles para el cuidado del auto. Hoy lo entregué, y también fue una entrega con todo en regla y ajustados a tiempo óptimos. Gracias por tan bien servicio, les recomiendo mucho!!!

El peor lugar. La señora que atiende no sabe lo que hace, tarda años en hacer algo que solo debería tomarle minutos. Teníamos reservación desde las 2:30, son las 4:21 y seguimos sin tener el auto. NUNCA RENTEN AQUÍ.

Excelente servicio, el auto fue entregado muy limpio , un carro en buenas condiciones lo disfruté mucho en mi viaje. La srita Vianey atenta siempre a mis preguntas y mis dudas . Seguro regreso . Gracias .

Pesimo servicio en lugar de buscar la manera de conseguirte un carro en una sucursal o ayudarte solo te dicen... "no hay... si quiere vaya a otra sucursal a buscar un carro"... sin ganas de trabajar
