WOW. just wow. We just showed up to get our van to catch our flight to Cancun tomorrow morning, it had been reserved weeks ago, we're taking our family tomorrow morning with two small children and.... There's no van. Nothing, nada. They didn't even have the decency to contact us that the van wouldn't be available, or have an alternative for us. When we asked the front desk person how can this be, his response was: "well, this is Mexico." This is the worst customer service I've ever received from Enterprise. And now, we're left scrambling at 8:30pm to find a van for tomorrow first thing in the morning.

The best place to get a car in Merida. We had tried to rent a car from Budget through Expedia, but turns out there's a lack in communication between third party apps like Expedia and rental companies, so Budget ended up not having any cars available. We walked to Avis who tried charging us an arm & a leg for a car, but then we went to Enterprise where Josue took perfect care of us. He gave us a great car at a reasonable rate & was overall very warm & welcoming. He literally saved us money, time, & frustration. Thank you, Josue!

They do not respect their rental prices, and they try to force you an insurance, my rental cost was less than 18000 pesos and they bump it up to 30000, and the excuse was the system automatically adds that extra insurance, and "according" to the person who was at the counter is a must, so why do they give you the option when making the reservation? According to the polices on their own web page the only mandatory insurance per Mexico Law is the third party liability anything else is optional.

Despues de haber tenido una pesima experiencia con Alamo, fui con Enterprise (sucursal aeropuerto) y el servicio fue excelente! La experiencia fue muy buena, Me atendio Armando y todo fue muy facil y sin problema alguno como debe ser! Incluso me dieron un mucho mejor precio que lo que Alamo me habia ofrecido segun ellos en "Descuento". Gracias Armando y el equipo de enterprise de Aeropuerto por su apoyo, despues de la pesadilla con Alamo tratar con ustedes fue un alivio!

Terrible!!! Rentamos un coche a un precio y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que por obligación teníamos que pagar un seguro que no estaba incluido. Eso hizo que el costo del carro saliera al doble de precio. Haber sabido lo alquilaba wn otro sitio!

En otras sucursales te tratan muy amigables aquí raro no me entregaron el vehículo con tanque lleno, eso es un problema, primera ves que no me aceptan tarjeta carnet y no son extremadamente cuidadosos con la sanitización del vehículo.

It was a pleasure to rent a vehicle from this location. No unnecessary coverages were pushed on me. There was a minor discrepency in the final bill that they helped solve quickly and efficiently.

Ottimo noleggio con Enterprise. Macchina nuova e pulita. Gentilissimo il personale al check-in. Prezzo onesto e fantastica la possibilità di poter lasciare l'auto alla sede nel centro di Merida.

Buen servicio, sin embargo. Uno espera que la renta de un auto "full size" sea por un jetta o similar. Y no un cavalier que a duras penas le caben 4 personas, para 5 ya es demasiado pequeño...

$40 car plus $40 "full coverage" full of holes. I exercised my only option as a consumer in the face of mendacity: walk away. So much for seeing the Puuc Route.

A little disappointed, the car I reserved was not there and I had to talk a sedan instead of an SUV, worst thing about it was, they charged me the same price.
