Never trust this company. I made a reservation online and I get a confirmation email. I went to the Queen’s branch as it was my pick up location. The employee told me we don’t have any car right now !!!!! I showed him the email and he said I cannot do anything for you. I wish I could give this company less than one star.

The Staff here is super nice. their internal system is mess so i didn't even get a confirmation with branch number and location but it's the nearest one to Me so i do a walk-in Service directly. the stafg helped me to contact with other branches and I can get the car today
