Since 2012 when I first walked into Euro Sport Sales show area, I have constantly relied on Euro Sport Autos for my vehicle fascination. I like cars and I love to try a variety of SUVs and Trucks. Ferris, the CEO quickly took interest in my repeat business and we established an excellent rapour. The customer service at Euro Sport is Second to no other place in the city. The manager and his team will listen and respond to any kind of complaint and help to get a solution. I have been referring my friends and colleagues to Europe Sport Autos. One will have something interesting to choose from the lot. Fascinating is the negotiation the management will allow to encourage purchases with a minimum profit. My most recent trade in occurred with the purchase of Nissan Xterra in good condition. I have been proud of having this SUV Truck and my friends and colleagues praise the deal as an excellent one. I have no hesitation recommending Euro Sport Auto to anyone looking for a good deal. You will find price deals that will be hard to obtain elsewhere. My present vehicle, Hyndai Veracus is Awesome!

Anyone who rated this sad excuse for a car dealership anything over one star is either getting money under the table or is just delusional. I bought my 2006 ralliart from here for $5000, and ended up spending $3000 in maintenance. The shady salesman told me the car was fine, according to their shady inspections, but when I mentioned that the AC didnt work he told me "I don't need AC". What part about that sounds professional? The things he said to me when I bought my car, make me want to kick myself in the head as I right this. My AC compressor went about 2 weeks after I bought the car, along with the struts and timing belt, EVEN THOUGH THE "INSPECTION" SAID EVERY THING WAS FINE. NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. Sure the price tag looks great, but any car at that dealership is guaranteed to be a money pit. These people have no clue what they are doing, especially the "mechanics" that work there.

I bought here my Chrysler 300. I'm from the Yukon so I needed some time to go down to edmonton and check the car but I wasn't able to go before 20 days. Mr.Fares; the manager, kept the car for me 20 days even though he was receiving better offers than mine just because I was very interested in the vehicle. When I arrived the car was exceptionally clean , detailed and with new oil . The car indeed runs like a rocket. Before leaving the team checked my vehicle again and they topped the fluids taking care of the big trip I had to make to go back to my place. I was really surprise how great businessman is Mr.Fares, he is a man who keeps his word and that takes care of his customers. I've deal with many people and I can say that he is a great man. Thank you Mr.Fares & team.

it was my first time buying a used car at a dealership here and this was nothin like the other 'shady' dealerships I've been in. The guys that work here are very friendly. Fares, the CEO, was such a genuine guy and always gives you the best deals. He's very reasonable and he's got that 'grandfather' vibe off of him and will always try to work something out for ya if you really want to buy a car. I feel like he's not really after the big profit but rather just to keep his business going. Sure, they make a just A BIT of profit when selling but their pricing is really cheap/reasonable . Check them out! they got some really great stocks parked in their lot.

So I spent 3 weeks scouring the city trying to find a minivan with certain requirements and in my price range. I must of hit 20 dealers. It felt like I was getting an absolute runaround or at some places flat out lied to. Then I came across Euro Auto and what a difference! It's not hard to see why they have been around forever. Honest upfront answers and pricing, amazing customer service, and no games. Take it from someone whose been to every corner of the city used vehicle shopping, save yourself time and money and go to Euro. If I could give them more than 5 stars after my 3 weeks of hell I definitely would.

Purchased a 2001 Toyota echo for my wife to drive the kids around in while I work out of town. Car came with "mechanical safety inspection". Got home from out of town, car didn't feel right. Took it to my mechanic, engine was mounted crooked, bent frame, missing engine mount bolts, front end completely out of wall, suspension and breaks bad, and at that point my mechanic stopped the inspection and told my wife to never drive it again, unsafe for her and kids. Took back to euro sport, got the money for the car back, but they specifically said they will just resell it again. Very shady and unsafe!

Okay this home of the $5000 and under is bullshit. These people operate a very shady scheme, when you get a "lemon" you squeeze to see what its really got for problems, they are happy to take it back and hope you'll step up to a better vehicle. 99% amvic inspected is load of horse crap. Walk far far away and save your money. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS HERE> all these cars tell a rather different story . When you cant start a car, or waste a persons time going back and forth.They will try to sell you usless warranty, and cars with salvage/rebuilt titles.

Arranged to come in and look at a car. When I showed up, the gates were pulled shut so I tried to give them a call - went straight to voicemail so I left a message. I ended up calling a couple times and never got a response or a call back. I was previously warned that this car lot was dodgy, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I should have listened to others advice instead of wasting my time and fuel driving in to meet someone that didn't even have the courtesy to show up or return my calls.

Excellent selection..cars from 2000 to 7000 dollars..Outstanding customer service..no high pressure sales..Fred was awesome really listened to what we needed and gave us several options..this is our third car from EUROsport..our first lasted 7 years and we finally retired it at over 320 thousand kilometers ..our second car from EUROsport a Pajero Mini 4X4 was imported from Japan by EUROsport we have had for 5 years and are still using ...this is the only place I will EVER buy a used car

Great service. My truck's key switch, battery, alternator, relay, and starter were all in good working condition yet the truck engine would not turn. They found the problem behind the dash and very reasonable price I was in shock.

Spoke with an employee about purchasing a car - Long story short I showed up to look at it two separate times and both times he no showed me. 1/10 would not recommend.
