If anyone reading this review and like me has anxiety or has had a bad experience at previous dentist don't worry . Today I had the complete pleasure of meeting Dr Baz who from the very first phone call made me feel calm and reassured I was in excellent hands . Yes I was anxious the night before and the morning I woke up but as soon as I walked in the door I was reassured that I was in the right place . I had a chat to Dr Baz had very easy images done and my teeth cleaned which was absolutely painless and the best dental visit I have had my entire life . We talked about my treatment plan which was nowhere near as bad as I thought it was going to be . I was made to feel so welcome and everything was explained to me , nothing was done without me agreeing and the whole process was calm and caring. I now have a treatment plan moving forward which was emailed to me which we discussed together. Next appointment booked . I only went to the dentist once as a child, which has now left me with needing a far bit on dental work at 23. I didn't have much luck with dentists before here, but I don't think I'll be searching for a new one anytime soon. I'm an extremely anxious person, but the detailed explanation of everything that they will be doing to your mouth and what they're doing when they're doing it, really helps with feeling okay. Also the constant reassurance that you're doing a good job is really nice. Dr Baz is really genuinely caring, and does everything he can to make sure you're happy and comfortable, and that he has your consent before doing anything, which is a lot more than I can say for previous dentists. I had 2 wisdom teeth out at once, and it was the best dental experience I've had. I was checked up on personally by Dr Baz, and also the next day by one of his staff. Overall, a really great experience, and definitely recommend for people scared of the dentist or who are just anxious in general.

A massive shout out to the incredible team at Evergreen Dental clinic in Wandin. 6 months after my first proper dental appointment in years where I walked out feeling completely shattered and heartbroken due to the dire initial prognosis of possibly losing 6 teeth due to my lack of self love and self care, I'm happy to report that I've only had one removed and the rest are as solid as rocks. By following their advice, I feel like I've changed my life. 5 fillings over the next couple of months and I can then remain on a maintenance program with them, as we also look at future plans to restraighten some. Their kindness, empathy and compassion is second to none. Dr Madeleine Townsend is a highly compassionate, trauma informed practitioner who has given me back so much confidence to even talk to people let alone smile. The reception staff are amazing and just great to talk with too. Any fears of going to the dentist are all gone. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Great services! I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Baz. I was told by numerous other dentists that I would have to go into a hospital and have them removed under a general anaesthetic. This was a very scary and costly prospect. Dr Baz reassured me that he could remove all 4 at his practise. I felt safe and well looked after. The whole process was pain free! I got to watch a movie through the whole procedure which relaxed me. The after care was also really personalised and caring. Dr Baz called in the evening after the procedure to check up on me as well as the day after. I also had two follow up appointments to check how everything was going which was included in the cost. So happy I finally have them removed.

Have just had 4 wisdom teeth extracted with Dr Baz today. Being an anxious person who hates the dentist, I was sold on seeing another specialist to have the procedure done under anaesthetic. As I genuinely thought I would not cope. Dr Baz explained step my step how the procedure would go, Dr Baz prescribed me some anxiety medication to take for the appointment to ensure I was as mellow as I possible could be. Dr Baz checked on me throughout the entire surgery and his little therapy dog sat on my legs the whole time to ensure I was calm whilst I had friends playing on the TV. Dr Baz offers a much more affordable, tolerable and comfortable surgery than as if I were to go under in a hospital. Highly recommend!

I have been recommending Evergreen to everyone I know since I became a new patient there a couple of months ago. The clinic is beautiful and new and the technology they have is amazing. Dr Baz is so thorough and you can tell he really wants you to understand as much about what he's doing as possible. My 4 year old son had to have an extraction and filling yesterday and I was so worried about scarring him for future dentist visits at such a young age. Hand down best dentist I have ever been to!! Honestly don't know where to start. I had a fear of going to dentists before I found evergreen! The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The dentists are so educated, professional all whilst taking the time out to make sure your comfortable and your health is at best interest. I've recently had 2 wisdom teeth removed took less than 20 minutes. I cannot recommened this dental clinic enough. I travelled more than 30kms to visit Dr Baz and the service was exactly what I expected . I had 4 wisdom teeth taken out at once. Dr Baz explained the whole process to me in full detail and the procedure was completely pain free and very quick! Recovery only took 2-3 days which speaks volumes about the kind of work Dr Baz and his team do! And not to mention how affordable they are compared to some of the other prices I've been quoted. My son who is 3.5 years old saw Dr Madeline after he fell and injured his teeth. She was amazing with him. I had been concerned he wouldn't like the dentist as his mouth was very sensitive post trauma but they made him feel so welcome, special and had lots of little ways of encouraging his cooperation. We came back today to check up and saw Dr Narosha. Again, she was so good with him and my son has really positive associations with 'the dentist'. They even have a few toys in the waiting room and the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

I was impressed with the personalised service and care I received today! Dr Baz listened to any dental concerns I may have had, asked me questions and explained the process, in a nice comfortable office. He took several X-rays and digital photos to keep a record of my dental health. My check up/clean was quick and easy. I had a fluoride treatment to help prevent further cavities. Afterwards, Dr Baz thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth and referred to the photos and X-rays. Best dental clinic! Thank you :)

What a wonderful experience!! My ASD daughter had to have 4 teeth removed. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with smiling faces and a beautiful decor with sitting area. Dr Baz was amazing, kind and explained everything to us before the process began. My little girl got to choose a movie to watch, he checked on her constantly throughout and made the experience calm, lovely and not clinical! Highly recommend! Due to a broken tooth and not being able to get into my regular dentist, I needed to make an appointment and be treated at very short notice. The clinic was very accommodating, were able to fit me in and even offered me an earlier appointment that I wasn't able to take up. The clinic and staff were very welcoming, the dentist explained my treatment options and put me at ease. The treatment and service was first class and I'd have no hesitation in recommending them or utilising their services again.

Baz has been looking after our families teeth for years and words cannot explain how much we trust and enjoy our appointments with him. Yes I said enjoy my time at a detist LOL! We live in Cranbourne South and we still travel 65km each way just to see him and receive his amazing advice, professionalism and A1 work on our teeth. I have been afraid of dentists all my life. I booked in with evergreen dentist and had the privilege of having Dr. Madeline and all I can say it was the best experience I have ever had at a Dentist. Baz recently removed all of my wisdom teeth. For a surgery I was initially very nervous for, he made me feel totally at ease and checked in on how I was going throughout the entire procedure. I can't recommend Evergreen dental care enough. Dr Judith Ho has been so amazing with my children from the very first appointment. The way she interacts with them, making sure they feel comfortable throughout the procedure to how gentle is. My daughter recently had a tooth extracted and didn't feel a thing, while the other one is excited to come and see Dr Judith to finish off the dental work she needs.

Had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning. I walked in the door at 10:30 and was out the door by 11:05 with all 4 removed. Already feeling great and super minimal pain today. Was super accessible cost wise and everything else that comes with it. Also super useful having a chemist right next door so makes it really easy to pop over there after the appointment to get any medication.

From the time I walked in I felt at ease, The staff were welcoming. The assessment was very thorough and various treatment options and costs given. Very professional service, love Ollie the comfort dog so adorable! I cannot recommend Evergrren dental clinic enough. Our whole family goes there for their dental care and my two teenage daughters were actually happy to go to the dentist.

Ive never been a fan of dental surgeries however from walking in the door initially i felt at easy, it was great calm environment and they took things slow and Dr Baz was very reassuring. Would highly recommend this place to nervous or uneasy clients. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Im due back for another appointment soon but i'm definitely feeling better about it now.

Not only were they really gentle during the extraction, but also so supportive and encouraging in regards to my anxiety towards the extraction. The communication from Dr Baz regarding my cracked molar was upfront and direct. I knew what my options were, what the risks entailed, and felt empowered to make my own choice without pressure. We had the best experience at this Dental Surgery. Dr Nirosha was so great with all my kids aged between 3 and 10. she was calm and patient and explained each dental instrument to them helping them feel at ease through out the appointment. I just had the most amazing dental experience with Dr Baz. My wisdom teeth extraction with Baz was very peaceful and calming bedside manner, is very gentle, and explains softly every step of the dental work he is performing. Dr Baz Gosh removed a very difficult wisdom tooth for me that most dentists would have struggled with but Dr Gosh did it with calm, confidence and ease. He has an absolute talent when it comes to all dental works. And to top it off, he’s caring and sensitive nature to anyone nervous or anxious is next level.
