I can only describe it as a miserable experience. I had a reservation made by my insurance company while my Genesis G70 -V6 sedan was in the shop. Expecting a comparable loaner for the week (as stipulated in my insurance contract), there were two cars on Monday morning at my disposal, both sub-compacts : Ford EcoSport and a Toyota C-HR !!!!! Talk disappointment .... That coming from an Entreprise location that supposedly specializes in luxury rentals !?!? . Simply false advertising, if you ask me. I grudgingly settled for the Ecosport; I never realized that I was putting my life in danger taking that car. Not only is it cheaply made (yes, I realize that this what some people can only afford, and that's fine), but merging on the highway it took between 12-13 seconds to get to 100Km/h ; I thought the 18 wheeler that was once in the far distance in the rear-view mirror was about rear-end me. And to add insult to injury, when I called the location the day after, hoping that I could replace the vehicle with something more suitable, the rep who served me the day before tried to make me believe " ... we tried to call you yesterday for another car, but we got a busy signal" . I pointed out that I have my cell at all times, that I have call waiting , and their number never showed up on my call list. When I asked when they called, the rep deflected with: "... Oh, I don't know. It's my colleague who called".... what Bovine Scatology!!! I understand the pandemic has tremendously affected the car rental business model and the scarcity of vehicles, but please STAY AWAY away from this location. I informed my insurance company of my experience. I would have been kinder, if maybe if a little effort had been made to see if another location had something more appropriate ,

We used to deal with Mitch for the last three years. We never had an issue. Sometimes our credit card was overloaded. They would take the $500 hold on the credit card and we would freeze on our company debit card. The estimated total cost this time I went in there we’ve had an account over 3000 points never an accident dealing with them for years. The district manager did not wanna do anything to accommodate us. The new girl working for exotic automobiles did not want to accommodate us instead, they refused to rent us a vehicle because we could not put the full 1500 on the credit card because they decided that a valued customer is no longer important as such we will never do business with enterprise ever again we have two of our vehicles on the road, and we will be removing their vehicles from the road and returning them. It was insulting and embarrassing to be treated the way we were treated and I anyone who’s had a problem with enterprise feel free to complain SLC , Innovation, and SLC contracting that is Canada wide will never do business with any enterprise location in Canada again

Had a great experience renting a Jaguar F-Type for a Saturday. I dealth with Robbie, who provided professional and efficient service. They dropped off the car in the morning at exactly the time they said they would and the car was very clean. Unfortunately there were limited options for dropping off the car at the end of the day, but this was due to reduced hours because of the pandemic. The whole experience was also a good value for the money. Overall a great experience and will definitely be renting the car again this summer.

would give a zero if i can, everything is fine on the phone but once u get there in person nothing is available and all the cars are out, nothing is available other than there 70k dollars 5.0 mustang gt, like what? 70k for a 5.0 mustang gt? like are you guys buying parts and reassembling everything yourself? or what, and said based on the car i drive we can only give me smt better than a corolla, and when i asked for the corolla then it’s not available, it’s full of cars on lot, but just gotta make ur life harder for sure

I had an excellent experience. When the SUV I had reserved was unavailable, an Audi Q7 was substituted, which turned out to be an ideal vehicle for our trip. When the staff was informed that my flight was changed and now would arrive near closing time, they drove it to the airport to meet me. Will definitely rent here again when next in the Ottawa area.

It was crunch time and I was referred to this location by the airport. I was told I would get a call back shortly on what cars are available. Waited a few hours and called back to no answer. luckily found a vehicle on Turo that saved the day.

Absolutely would recommend renting here, especially if you’re dealing with robbie. He went above and beyond upon my early arrival, and my late return. The customer service was phenomenal, professional, and all around a pleasant experience.

Do not rent a car with this guy at the exotic enterprise. We booked a sport car long time and today he said it's not available and apparently he called me (didn't get any phone call or voice mail to confirm with me). Such a bad service.

I have rented two vehicles from enterprise exotics. Their range rover and the ftype jaguar. Great service, they drop off the vehicle at your house and pick up. Very clean detailled vehicle arrives to your door.
