Customer service from man pictured is the worst. I waited to go on the track before entering the wash because he was not at the wash. No big deal. When he finally came over. He gives me Guidance to get on the track and pointed left and right a couple times each. I heard a bit of a scarp and stopped and he continued to tell me to come forward. Immediately out the wash, I continued to hear scrapping. So I put my car in park at the end to check and you can see the damage in the pics. I drove over towards the vacuums to let him know. His response. "If you heard something, you should've stopped. What am I suppose to do." I explained this is due to your 'Guidance' on to the track, this is why I waited. Before getting on them. He responded he was rushing, because he had other stuff to do. They're closing. It's just over a hour before close time. I told him I come through here all the time as a member and haven't had any issues. He's response. He had people come through here all day and ain't have no problems either. I asked, there's damage so who can I talk to next. He said he can give me a card for customer service. Called twice and left a voice mail.

The car was is fine. It seems like they made some repairs and upgrades. The vacuums are just ok. The one side closer to the car wash is always blocked off for some reason and the little blower/duster guns are on that side which makes them unusable which is a disappointment. They put out towels and glass cleaner by the vacuums but it’s inconsistent when they are put out for guests to use. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly.

This is now a Wash N Roll. If you have Wash N Roll Platinum Plus Package. (The $45) Only go to an original Wash N Roll. This location just uses whatever the old car wash had. Completely different Wash. I think the previous owners top package was 25 and it doesn't include all the things the other locations have. Just FYI

Never a long wait. Staff is helpful and friendly. Wash gets every inch of my Tahoe clean whereas other washes always miss my running boards and tailgate. Vacuums are strong and they provide towels and glass cleaner if you need it.

After reading a review about how one customer keeps having money deducted from their account without their consent, I prefer to swipe my card myself, and every time I do swipe my card myself, I get harassed by staff members.

I have a personalized plate and the scanner can not read it. However they are still taking money out of my account monthly. I’ve been trying to speak with the owner but no one has returned my messages.

Poor service, no dry clothes provided, half of the vacuums doesn't work. Broke my side mirror during wash, some rollers doesn't work. Completely rip off.

Guy talked me into joining a club but have no idea anything about it and the car washed or off part of my headlight very powerful

$10 wash - Absolutely DO NOT get. Pictures attached. Also some of the brushes were not spinning. Car is still dirty. Ugh!!!!

The vacuum cleaners are very poor, they should pay attention to that.
