This place deserves a negative 5 stars! I brought my car in for a car wash. The guys doing the vacuuming was very disrespectful. The second the guy open the door, he said “ahhh!” My car was not crazy dirty. It was a few CRUMBS from my kids eating in the car. He’s getting paid to vacuum it so i didn’t see what the problem was. I told him that was was being unprofessional and he laughed in my face. He started talking to another guy who also does vacuum in Spanish, talking about my car. Yes, he stood right next to me and was talking about my car in Spanish, thinking i didn’t understand because I’m black. When i called him out he said “relax” That in itself is an issue as well. The next guy who he spoke to also started talking about my car in my face. I paid and spoke to the manager. The lady that take the payment said, “they are not from here, they don’t know..” ABSOLUTELY NOT! take accountability. Your workers are unprofessional. The fact that they would stand next to someone black and talk about them in their face because they think they don’t know what’s being said say a lot and the worker and the business. That is why the act this way. They look to be 22-30 years old. Regardless of where they’re from, they know right from wrong. The business is making excuses for the workers disgusting behavior. This was actually my second time experiencing this at this shop. I came in 2-3 weeks prior whit a different car and had the same experience with another worker. I will NEVER return and I’m telling my friends and family to NEVER go there again. If i can give them a Negative 5 stars, i would!

I paid $13 for a regular wash and a tire shine and they forgot to shine my tires. I did not notice until I left that they did not shine my tires. I called to explain the issue but the lady that picked up the phone did not seem to understand what I was explaining to her. I have also used this car wash prior to today and i had to remind the staff's before I left that they forgot to shine my tires. For the price I would say that this place is okay because they do try to have your car cleaned but the employees seem a bit disorganized. Also you if like your tires shined you have to remind them at the end because you might pay for it and they forget to do it.

Not advisable to come here. We came here for a car wash, a guy was washing our car outside while we were inside paying and our car got stolen. Footage showed a guy wandering around, clearly suspicious and none of the workers even noticed the shady guy. The guy drying our car walks away without watching it and the shady guy took it and drove off. Very unprofessional place. Go somewhere else. If I can add a video I would. Usually, there is a line and a wait to this car wash, but once you get to the entryway, it moves pretty quickly. The price is better than other car washes in the area (hence the line). They do an okay job with the exterior. You would need a cloth to dry areas they miss. Their work on the interior can be better. Overall, for the price, they're decent.

The shop isn't bad but some of their employees on occasion, rush the wash and miss certain areas. The interior wipe down has always been mediocre. A few times had to point out areas that were missed. Price isnt bad either. If they can do the wash and add "consistency" to their work ethics... Shop would be 100%

The staff here works hard and I am grateful because I'm sure they work off tips. This place is perfect for a quick wash, dont expect perfect detailing but it gets the job done. Just beware that they have a decent cab special and lunch time can be a horror with the line reaching around the block

$14 to wash a suv. It’s one of the best prices you’ll get besides a self service. It’s not machine so your paint will be okay. I don’t know if they have grit guards for the wash mitts tho.
