I’ve had the pleasure of meeting the co-founders Sean and Lucas summer of 2020 and began working with them closely. During the first year of the pandemic I was at my worst physical/mental health and It wasn’t until after our encounter that I started getting more active and regaining my own strength. Before having met Sean and Lucas I was malnourished, under weight and struggled with maintaining a consistent lifestyle. After having trained with them from the bootcamps, 1 on 1 training and their monthly challenges I was able to regain the 20 lbs I had lost and reclaim myself. I’ve never met people who were so dedicated in improving the lives of their clients and who were so willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my objectives were achieved. I’ve worked with trainers in the past and quickly fell out or never returned, during my time with Sean and Lucas I’ve shared many laughs and grown a passion to being a healthier individual. I would highly recommend booking a session with either of them to see for yourself how much your life can change for the better.

I’ve been working out with Sean 2-3x times a week for nearly two years and I can’t say enough good things about how this has gone. My lower body strength, endurance, and mobility have all reached levels I never thought I’d be able to achieve. Sean takes the time really listen and understand how you are responding to different approaches and tactics and customizes his workouts for you to get maximum results— without injury. I’ve got fewer aches and pains now than before I ramped up my fitness regime with him which is a testament to how attentive he is to building recover and mobility related habits. He has an encyclopedic knowledge of human physiology and workouts and thinks critically about what is right for you. He’s also very demanding without being abrasive or a drill sergeant- he makes sure you get the most out of your time with him. Coordinating, planning and logistics related stuff are all a breeze- a must for me given my calendar. Definitely would recommend (and have).

I have been a flex fitness client since the company started. I owe all my happiness, health and success to these guys. I was in a real rough spot really not excited about taking my health seriously. That totally changed when I started working out on a regular basis with these guys. The best part is how emotionally involved my trainer became in my success. I was amazed at how much my trainer really cared about what I was eating and everything I was doing when I was not training with him. It’s been five years now and I’m in the best shape of my life, my mental and physical health are so optimal that everything else in my life just started falling into place. I owe everything to these guys and they’re one on one approach to improving someone’s health and lifestyle. For me my trainer is not just a fitness trainer he’s a life coach and now one of my close friends.

Flex Fitness is the place to be if you want to lose weight, keep your shape, or grow muscle. Their plans are centered around you, what works for you, and are tailored to your individual lifestyle to guarantee that you can maintain and achieve your objectives. Sean designed a really specialized program for me after I had surgery and was discouraged by my limited abilities. It has been a lifesaver and I finally feel good again (-: So thankful! ❤️

Lucas is an extremely talented fitness trainer! I have been very lucky to work with him for several years both inside the gym and outside in the park. Lucas has customized my training programs to help build and improve my overall strength and mobility as well as to complement my cardio workouts. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics to ensure that I can execute exercises properly and maximize results. Lucas is an excellent and enthusiastic motivator, always encouraging me to achieve higher levels in a fun and safe way!

Lucas is an incredibly knowledgeable, patient and personable trainer who holds you accountable for your goals. Love the convenience of being able to work out from home or outside at Ramsden park during the summer - so much nicer than a gym! Truthfully I’ve always hated working out but Lucas makes the experience enjoyable so that you actually want to keep going! Best trainer in the city!
