As I was in the process of selling my home, my realtor recommended I store my household items in a clean safe and reputable facility. He personally utilizes Extra Space storage at The 1326 location also. He specifically recommended that I speak with Chanel Pickens, as this is who he deals with and has a great working relationship. It says a lot when a business person recommends another business, and specifically names an individual. It says that "this is the person that can get things done." I called, came by and rented a unit. I was absolutely blown away by Chanel's professionalism, knowledge of her store and her caring customer service! I wasn't quite sure what I needed but after a few quick questions, she assessed my situation and showed me the perfect unit for my needs. Chanel was so wonderful the whole time we utilized the unit. Due to our situation, we were at the storage unit just about every other day for a month. Every day we would see her ,she would greet my family and I with a smile and asked if we needed anything. She truly made the stressful situation of selling a home and having to move so much easier and pleasant. I will happily recommend Extra Space Storage, and Chanel Pickens to every one that know who is in need of a storage unit. Not all storage places are the same and the ease, cleanliness of the property and professionalism of Chanel and the Extra Space Storage team at the Westchase location is a cut above the rest! I have been with Extra Space Storage since 2018. I had move for circumstances beyond my control. The staff was very kind and helpful with every step of the moving process. On the day of the move, we almost didn’t make it to the storage place on time (that would have meant more expenses on top of what was already spent). Needless to say, we made it with a few minutes to spare Now in 2023, the current manager (I want say Tamika) and Extra Space Storage made paying for my storage affordable as she worked tirelessly to help address my concern. I put it this way if finding a place to put your belongings gets tough for you, then call Extra Space, because at these trying times Retailers are becoming harder and harder to do business with. In need of a storage unit that had a manager that I could trust. Met with Joshua, who has been in the business for over a decade. He was very professional, polite, and thorough. Joshua took the time to listen to my needs and requirements, while going above and beyond my expectations. The location is also very easy to access with little cross traffic. I am salso very impressed with the condition of the units, very clean with doors that still look brand new. Highly recommend this location on Westchase.

After driving up to see the property, I immediately reserved online a 5x10 unit. Chanel came out from the office right away to greet me and show me around the grounds. She was very helpful and friendly and I felt at peace entrusting my belongings into ExtraSpace. The entire process was painless and easy and you get 7 days/wk access all day including holidays. They even prorate your payment if you notify them in advance for those active duty. I'd use them again in the future.

Kendra was well professional. She was nice and sweet but also made the process smooth as it can be as it was My first time getting a storage with her. She was helpful, polite and made me laugh. I'm the manager of Lockaway Storage on Bandera. I visited several competing storage facilities in the area and this was one of my stops. I was happily greeted at the door and received a warm welcome. I spoke with the store manager, a trainer, and a district manager ( I hope I got all the titles right). All 3 were courteous and took a little time out of their day to chat with me, which I greatly appreciated.

Amazing service. Was able to reserve online with no problem and was immediately greeted by Jan when I arrived with my info ready. They were very accommodating, after being shown size of storage, I realized it wasn't gonna be big enough. She was able to quickly find another storage unit. Friendly and expedient service. Reviewed everything with me and we tested the code so that I was good to go in the end.
