STORE WITH EXTRA SPACE!!! I was on the hunt for storage as I just moved and also had a baby, so being stressed is an understatement. With no prior knowledge to storage, I walked into the Extra space at the 64th Street location in Brooklyn NY just to take a look at some spaces when I was greeted by Dion. He showed me a few spaces and built rapport and to say the least, was very homely. By the time I left I was knowledgeable about pricing, building security, insurance just to name a few. My apologies as I didn’t want for this to be lengthy, but I just wanted to say thank you to him again for all that he did YOU ARE A GOD SENT!!

The staff here is friendly and very helpful. Thank you. The only thing is that your price of your storage unit may increase and they will send you a physical mail to you to let you know in advance. I really don't like that idea of that.. but for now 5 stars for a place where I can store my belongings safely and friendly staff here. If that price dramatically increases I will change my rating. Edit: I've just cancelled my subscription service here and moved elsewhere today. No complaints and I just want to give a shout-out to an employee named Bisham who has helped me consistently whenever I needed help. Thank you!

I can see why this particular location is so highly rated! I had an awesome experience today when I stopped by to ask some questions about renting a space. I hadn’t planned on renting a space today. However, Kelesa was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly that I ended up signing up for a space right then. She answered all my questions and was an absolute pleasure! I would highly recommend this location because it was super clean and the staff is great! The prices were very reasonable.

Prices are higher then other storages. Getting a unit (second time already) very far from any elevater that i need to turn around corners couple of times. Floor is bumpy, ventilation could alse be improved. The only great thing - is front desc people (managers?), very polite and helpful, really doing their best. They ask everyone to leave 5 star reviews tho, not their fault, they were told to.

Excellent staff, didn’t mind walking back and forth with me to gain access. Very accommodating. Went there for an auction unit, they didn’t have any carts available so I had to make many trips back and forth. One of the gentleman was kind enough to meet me at the elevator with a cart as soon as one became available. I didn’t get his name, but that’s service!

James gave us an amazing experience. Extremely knowledgeable about all the units and information he gave us. He was 1 of the reasons we rented the unit. He didn't push anything on us and we came up with our own conclusion of what we needed. We asked a ton of questions and he didn't skip a beat on everything he knew. Thanks again for everything James.

James and Joe were extremely helpful and nice! They took their time to explain to me the differences in the locks they sold and they took their time to show me how to use the access code. The space is super clean and you can tell James and Joe take pride in making sure the storage facility is clean and running smoothly. 100% would recommend.

The service here is amazing. An employee named Kelesa was just great and I really appreciate her help, she was very kind and had amazing energy. There's a guy that works there I think his name is Bishop or something similar. He is the absolute best employee. Been a customer for years. Just met the manager Jose. These guys have always been good to the neighborhood. Always willing to help even in hard times. Jose just helped me get a better unit for my needs

UPDATE: The manager on duty (Sunday, September 17, 2023) was super patient and helpful, as we had forgotten our key. He was able to get the issue addressed fairly quickly. Thanks! Highly recommended. Jose did a great job helping me secure my unit over the phone and even help led me choose the coreect unit for my needs, by explain the locations of the units and the sizes they had available based off what I would be storing. He was very polite, respectful and patient throughout the process.

Joy lives up to her name! She was so kind and graceful while helping me on the phone and it really made my day. I just lost my discounted online rate so my monthly payment jumped significantly higher and she helped get me a fair deal. This location is definitely lucky to have her.
