I was searching for a storage space and what caught my attention was all of the positive reviews about Justin and how clean this location was. When I called, Justin was super friendly and made my reservations smooth and in a timely fashion. Every encounter I had with Justin has been consistently pleasant and he seriously goes above and beyond to provide the best possible customer care and service. Justin should lead customer service training because many businesses lack his skills. The facility is also very clean. This location is reasonably priced as well when I compared with other competitors. Overall I am happy here and highly recommend! Thank you Justin!!!

The place has great customer service. The staff here is very friendly and humble. When I started off with them about two years ago management was different but again they were awesome and just called to speak with them about renewals for extending the service contract for the unit. I spoke with Justin who is an absolute delight to speak with very professional and very friendly. As far as storage units are concerned this definitely serves purpose and whenever you need any help or addressing issues the people when you call them with are very polite kind and helpful. Lastly they are very good for the rates compared to market value.

Me and my husband are relocating to NYC and we needed a nearby storage facility and without a lot of time to find one. We were serviced at the facility located at 1037 Zerega Avenue Bronx, NY. Our customer associate Hector was very accommodating and helped us through the entire process. He made us feel very welcome at the facility and he spent a lot of time explaining things to us. He was very honest and he somewhat apologized for the high priced insurance requirement for the rental unit. He was very compassionate and professional. We are now glad to be new customers.

Came in with my son to rent a locker and was blown away by the warm welcome i received from Veronica. Not only was she friendly but she also went above and beyond to make sure it all went seamless. Im also thankful to Chris for assisting me with storing my items. He saw that i had my son in a stroller, so he offered to push the trolley all the way to my space and waited with me until everything was stored away. People like this are very hard to come by and I’m truly grateful for their help! Thank you so much!!

The experience at extra space has been a phenomenal one especially with the help from LALA! . She is the epitome of great customer service with taking her time showing us other units, helping us out with a little issue of transferring from another place, above and beyond customer service. If in need for a place COME HERE not the other one across the street. My family had to rent out a storage as a last resort when our moving plans didn’t go as expected.. it’s our first time ever having to use a storage. Justin did a great job of explaining the options that we had, mentioning the trade offs involved with each unit. We got a very large unit on the first floor and couldn’t be more happy with the decision. From the beginning, Justin was cordial, patient, and helpful. Very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

When I arrived I was greeted by the store manager Jamie, she was beyond helpful and informative. She gave me a great recommendation because I couldn’t decide on the size I wanted. She put things in perspective. Hands down I will recommend this place If you’re looking for a unit. I was very pleased with the staff and their help. Just had to move my items from another storage facility due to a leak in my unit. The staff was so understanding and extremely helpful with this process. She helped make the move seamless. The unit looks brand new with nice lighting as opposed to the other that looked liked a scary movie. All the security cameras give a good sense of security. Very grateful to Ms. Lala for her exceptional help.

Lala was superb ! We had just arrived right before closing and as she was leaving for the day on Sunday, not only did she take time to cut our key (forgot ours) but she helped us collect our things in time for our move in the morning and patiently waited for us to finish loading our uhaul, despite it being way past her shift ending ! I just recently started renting a space at this location! I’ve been there three times and twice I have been assisted by an associate named Justin. He has made this experience not only tolerable, but enjoyable because of his excellent customer service skills and professionalism! Brandon was also a tremendous help, went above and beyond, excellent customer service skills!

Customer service from Justin was amazing, he was knowledgeable about company policy to assist with a courtesy to wave the late fees because of unfortunate circumstances with my card...I was relieved that my belongings weren't sent to auction....I've never had a late payment! The facility is always clean and the equipment is operable and ready for use!

Christopher and Brandon were absolutely awesome. They were very helpful and had a very pleasant demeanor. I lost my key and needed my lock broken and they didn't make me feel like I was bothering them or creating extra work for them. They were professional and provided all around great customer service.

Definitely liked my experience. Very convenient and well kept facility. Just two things to keep in mind for future renters, facility access is only accessible during certain hours and your storage unit fee will increase about every 4-6 months. But again great experience for the convenience.
