This storage unit is a rip off. When I first moved in the price was 175 now I’m paying 300 within a year. It gets better one of the employees broke into my unit and stole majority of my belongings. The changed my lock and stole all my clothes sneakers my daughter stroller and highchair and so much more. It took almost 2 months for someone to help me from the insurance company. I feel like I shouldn’t have to check on my belongings every day or week to make sure it’s stuff especially if I’m paying monthly and on time.

I forgot who helped me but he was an Assistant Manager ( Kelsey After reading other reviews i found it !)I believe. He was an absolute pleasure and respected my time. Explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He also made sure throughout the entire process we were always on the same page and was super transparent. If a his boss reads this PLEASE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! ( I don't know what he makes but he deserves 45% more ) Super thoughtful!! I can't thank him enough!

The website offer you promotion and units that are not located in the address listed on the website and you only find that out when you go to the main office to receive the unit. Like I said before, I have storage in this place and I know everyone that works there and they are real nice people. I have my storage in this place for almost a year and I have a small storage compartment so I pay 26.00 a month. Go there it's worth your while and their prices are reasonable.

Moving (imo) is never fun but it’s a bit sweeter when you have kind people to help you along the way like those working at this Extra Space Storage facility. I came late in the afternoon and they still were extremely patient, kind and supportive. I highly recommend this location!

Great customer service. I initially went to another storage place in the area and was disappointed by the customer service representative. I turned around around and came into extraspace storage. I immediately saw the difference and how much they value their customer.

I’ve been at this storage for 2-years-now and was about to move and Eddy encouraged me not too! EXTRA SPACE 1045 Webster is by far the best in customer service and cleanliness and being that it’s an older building it’s well kept!!!! Looking forward to another year :-)
