Factory Appliances went above and beyond with my delivery and installation. They had great selection, were clear with their pricing and warranty, and the same day delivery has made moving into a new apartment from overseas very comfortable. I had measured several access points in my building poorly but the Factory Appliances team were unfazed, adapted, and totally nailed a complex move in, up tight stairs, down a tight hallway all with no damage to the the fridge or my apartment! They even had to take the doors off in order to complete the installation in my kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again. 10/10 would highly recommend!

BE AWARE IS A SCAM!!!! I Ordered online, paid, receive the confirmation email, never received my order, the mobile phone registered is always off and the emails bouncing back. Reported to the NSW Fair Trading and Police authorities for fraud and scam! Received an email of refund, never received the money!
