I paid for my furniture in February 2021 for it to be delivered in June 2021. The set of furniture I paid was already in the store when I paid for it and Mark stated he would put it in the Warehouse. I checked in with Mark in April and he stated he sold my furniture to someone who paid their layaway late (mind you its technically mine because I paid in full). Mark stated he didn't know if he would have my furniture in by the time I moved. At this point, I'm checking in with him weekly to make sure ALL of my furniture would be here. June rolled around and Mark stated he didn't have my original furniture I paid in full for and that I could choose another couch set or get a refund. mark called the day before my move in stating my bedroom furniture had a dent it in from the warehouse and if he ordered it he had no idea when it would get here. I tried to explain to Mark the inconvenience he caused over the last couple months. After explaining the inconvenience he stated "it is what it is". I've sent numerous people to his company I'm sure averaging over $3,000 or more and he was not understanding of that at all. Mark was VERY unprofessional and his customer service was even more disappointing. I will never do business with Mark again nor will I send anyone to his business.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. THE OWNER IS RUDE AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE. I BROUGHT A SIMPLE TWIN BED AND MATTRESS FOR MY DAUGHTER. THE FIRST MISTAKE WAS THE SALES GUY FORGOT THE HEADBOARD SO I HAD TO DRIVE BACK THE NEXT DAY TO PURCHASE IT AND WASTE MY GAS. I TRIED PUTTING THE HEADBOARD TOGETHER AND NOTICE THE HEADBOARD WAS MISSING CERTAIN PARTS, SO I COULD NOT PUT IT TOGETHER. I WAS UPSET AT THIS TIME AND CALLED AND TOLD THE OWNER THAT I NEEDED SOMEONE TO COME AND BRING SINCE THIS IS ANOTHER MISTAKE ON THEIR PART. HE STARTED YELLING AT ME AND BEING VERY RUDE AND I TOLD HIM I NO LONGER WANT THEIR MERCHANDISE AND I NEED A REFUND. HE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THEY DON'T DO THAT AND HE DON'T SEE WHAT THE BIG DEAL WAS. I TOLD HIM I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AND I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS. ANY REAL REPUTABLE COMPANY WOULD HAVE MADE THE CUSTOMER HAPPY AND NOT START AN ARGUMENT. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT SUCH A HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

The Manager/ owner, whoever he was was extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! Google maps says that this location opens at 10am on Sunday. My fiancé and I went over to check it out... As we arrived, we noticed the sign said they opened at 11am. We decided to check the door anyway because google maps said 10am... As I was reaching to gently open the door, I was greeted by violent, repeating honking from the owner/manager. He yelled at me to not jerk the door as I would set off the alarm (and I wasn’t even at the door yet). I mentioned that google said he opened at 10am. His response, “I don’t know how they got that.” Then he sped off blasting his music down Freedom and just left us without words. Extremely unprofessional. We will not be going back EVER. As a business owner, you should respect potential clients. A simple, “excuse me miss, we are not open there is a google maps mistake” would have suffice. LEARN YOUR MANNERS, sir! Where did you get your home training or lack of?!

First off me n my husband walked in and this thuggish man walked up to us with his pants saggin eating chicken (unprofessional) so we ignore that. My husband proceeds to ask questions about the mattresses in the warehouse he gets an attitude cus the prices are posted on the back of the warehouse. Then he rudely walks away leaving us standing there so I said this a ghetto a$$ place and told my husband lets go.my husband goes to him tell him how unprofessional he was he says yall don't have to buy nothing from here and I said and we won't and walked out.... I wouldn't send my dog here for NOTHING!!! UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Purchased from this store the owner walked me through the store showing what he had and I felt he was very honest not pushy. Purchased two beds a mattress and a dresser. He had them delivered and set up that day. He worked around my schedule and called as promised. I never had to chase him down. The delivery guy was insane he moved everything and had it set up in no time. I will be back in the future for sure! Best shopping experience I have had. Honest hard working locals that went above and beyond for me I am beyond impressed. Thank you so much

My wife and I were in need of a new bed frame and had been to several stores. When we arrived at Factory Direct Furniture, we immediately saw the huge difference in prices from the other furniture stores. The staff was very attentive to our questions and concerns. They made the search for the bed frame quick and easy and gave us details on the payment options available. They provide catalogs in the event that a customer has not found the specific item they want within the warehouse. Great place and amazing staff. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SPOT!!!!

They may have the best prices in mattresses but the manager Curtis is very unprofessional and rude. I was talking with him today concerning my purchase of a mattress and he got up while talking to me and started walking over to another female customer and talking with her. I will never come back to the Freedom Drive location again. I seen another staff sitting in a car with a female looking like something freaky deaky was going down in the car outside.

This place is great. My father came here to purchase 2 full size beds to put in spare rooms in one of our homes. The staff was very helpful in helping us make our selection. Further, I came in to see about purchasing a king-sized bed frame. I wasn't ready to purchase then, but the staff was still very helpful in helping me learn of my options. I plan on purchasing the king-sized bed frame soon.

This place is outstanding my wife and I went there to purchase a bed outfit, and got more than we bargained for we didn't realize it comes with nightstands and two dresser drawers... surprisingly my wife purchase another mattress for our other bed. The prices are really affordable stop in check it out what have you got to lose but a lot to gain.

Bought a bedroom set including a bed frame, chest, nightstand, and dresser/mirror. Also got a mattress and dinette set. Delivery date and time were very flexible. They built the furniture and disposed of all of the packaging. I would 100% go back for any future furniture needs and would suggest it to anyone currently looking for furniture.

We bought $1900 worth of furniture at this store. The inside of our king sized mattress collapsed (the most expensive mattress they sell) and they refuse to honor it's 10 year warranty. Plus the stitching is coming out of our Ottoman and sectional couch already and it's only 7 months old. Don't buy here. Scam artists.

Let me start off by saying Mark is fantastic. Their prices are beyond reasonable. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We paid on our stuff for a year we got an mattress, a sectional, 3 livingroom tables, a dining room set and a carpet. For under $1300 and they delivered all waht we ask/paid for after a year and Set it up... AMAZON! Now we paying on our king size bed room set under $500

What a messed up place! After I didn't respond to his questions of how may I help you I got kicked out! Unbelievable! Talk about customer service. Don't go here unless you want to be threatened. My wife was terrified of the deligerent attitude. Horrible experience.

This place is a gold mine for furniture! Especially sofas/sectionals. They have every configuration, every fabric, in every color, and you can probably take it home with you! Plus, you cannot beat the prices!

No warranty on anything that they sell. I was very disappointing a after paying over$1000 on a living room set less than a month one of the legs broke off. I called to here there no warranty on anything.
