I recently bought a recliner leather sofa set, dining table, and sliding double twin bed and mattress from them.. mike was the one whi helped us and showed us their small display.. mike was very professional and friendly he even offered us a synthetic leather version of the recliner sofa that we were eyeing for a cheaper price.. but we went ahead the leather and expensive one.. mike gave us bundle discount and the delivery was on time. They even assembled it. Randy, mike's son and one of their employee was very nice and took csre of the assembly... We will surely recommend this place and we will surely come back if we need more furnitures... Just FYI. You have to throw the boxes by yourself. I really dont mind since they deliver all three for FREE.. Mike and randy thank you.

The customer service is great. They were patient with all my questions and let me look through all the items I wanted. They gave me some discounts too, which made my decision making easier. There was an old lady, who was the mother of the owner, and she was very nice too. The delivery was superfast. I live on the third floor and the furnitures were heavy. But they finished the delivery and the assembly within a very short period of time. Most importantly the furnitures are great (looks and quality).

When we bought furniture we were treated greatly after that everything bad , we wanted to cancel order Mr mike said there won’t be any return on special orders , the delivery is so bad they left all boxes and styrofoam outside apartment and made complete mess on front of my apartment , They even left large screws and plastic stuff on floor , don’t you know kids and pets walk around hallways , I would not recommend this place .

After visiting a large chain store and experiencing buyers remorse we happened upon Factory Direct. Randy was so helpful and made it a stress free experience. We got exactly the couch and loveseat we wanted at a great price and the delivery/setup was flawless! Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time elsewhere. I bought a sofa recently from here. with in a week, it started shrinking too much when I sit on it. Overall, I am bit disappointed with this. I called this guy and told him about the problem. He said, some one from the factory will come an visit to check the condition of the sofa after a week or two. Then they will decide what to do. I was expecting a prompt response.

Mike is excellent! These were the best prices on Homelegance furniture out of 9 other stores we looked at! Originally, we wanted a couch that wasn't in the showroom, but Mike was able to order it for us and saved us $400! His delivery team is excellent and got it to us and assembled in a week. Highly recommend checking them out!

Bad quality items. They claim one year warranty but if you asked for it they will give you hard time to avoid it. Never pay them in cash even if they offer you discount. This will be the only proof you bought from them if you lost your receipt. My advice , go to big names who care about their reputation and their business.

The man I talked to was really helpful in trying to find the right bed for me and went above and beyond to contact their providers to ask about how long it would take to get an item that was out of stock. They have good prices and excellent customer service.
