It was more than a month that I was looking for a sofa that is comfortable, nice, and affordable. However, any store that I went to was either expensive, did not have enough options, or the extra delivery and other fees added up too much it was not worth it. When I finally found redwood furniture, Mr. Safa and his colleagues took more than half an hour in their store to show me their in stock sofas in the store, patiently showed me different options on the catalog, and helped me navigate their website to find what I want. They were very welcoming and answered all my questions patiently. Their prices were shockingly lower than any other store, for the same brands and models that I was looking for. When I finally found a sofa I liked, Mr. Safa helped me order it online and personally followed up its delivery. He made sure I receive the sofa way sooner than what was expected. Their delivery fee was very reasonable, bringing up the sofa from three flights of stairs was not easy but they were very careful, efficient, and on time. If my family, friends, or myself want any more furniture, I will definitely go back to redwood furniture since they are trustworthy, on time, have reasonable prices, and a broad number of brands and models. Best experience with shopping for my apartment so far!

I had the pleasure to meet Ahmed and his his coworkers when I went to look for bedroom sets for my kids. Everyone at the store is very friendly and helpful and we ended up buying two bedroom sets for kids. They gave us the delivery date and showed up on time and charged us a reasonable delivery fee from San Jose to San Francisco. They showed up on time and brought all the boxes where we needed them and Ahmed personally came in on his day off to make sure we got all the items that were ordered. I would highly recommend them and Ahmed is very honest and overall a nice gentleman to deal with.

So glad we found this place through OfferUp! EB helped us to find the right seating for our media room that fit our sizing, lifestyle and budget needs. We settled on a loveseat that was completely different from what we envisioned but was sooooooo comfy. He testified it was his favorite and we asked his colleague when he wasn't looking which was his favorite for comfort... his answer was consistent! I purchased my sofa/ futon at Redwood Furniture. I was looking for a specific features of the sofa futon. They have a large selection of furnitures in the showroom but also can order from their catalogs. They have options for financing as well. Delivery was the following day. Friendly, caring and nice merchants. One of the few furniture stores that are honest regarding their inventory status and shipping times. If they have an item in stock, they will deliver it within a day. On the other hand, if it's delayed by the manufacturing warehouse, they will do their best to deliver as fast as they can, and will keep their promise of estimated delivery time.
