Obnoxious, horrible post sales support, deteriorating product quality. Save your hard earned money and shop elsewhere! Don't be fooled by their claims of "world class durable products" and "worry free warranty"... it all evaporates once you receive your purchase, which will be at 3 months after they promise it!
