Excellent and Superb customer service from beginning to end. The team was super professional, organised, polite and efficient. Their phone manner and pre-prepping and organising tips were fantastic and as a female booking this Fair and Square gave me the confidence that they were the right people to do the job. They were also are really good at following up compared with other companies because they make an effort and want your business. As a busy person, I really appreciated the follow up. On the day they were very energetic and were honest and transparent about logistics and timing. They are knowledgeable and can think outside the square to accommodate any potential challenges. The team was strong and fit and also looked after your items as if it were their own. If you're well prepared as well it makes it easy for the team to get on with the job. Different payment options too which is great. In the past decade i've used 3 removalist companies, including Fair & Square and hands down Fair and Square have been the best to date. I wanted to say how amazing Joe, Harvey and Jimmy were for our move. It’s the second time Joe has moved us and he is extremely professional, nothing is ever too much, and he is just a pleasure to deal with as a person. All the guys were wonderful and my only regret is that in the 8 times we have moved in the last 7 or so years, we only found you for our last two!! The day we moved marked the one year anniversary of my mum’s passing. I was dreading the stress of a move on top of the difficulties of that day, and it was done with such ease and kindness that it took an immense load off. I was introduced to Pete and the team via a referral from a friend and thought they did a great job. Firstly, Pete was responsive via email, quote was accurate and he went through the process well. This was our first big move and I under estimated the amount of belongings we had massively but this was never a problem for them. The two removalists we had this week were JP and Camillo, two lovely lads who made us feel calm throughout. As it was my first move between two places and being a bit of a stressy Person it was nice to have good people who I could just trust to get on with the moving whilst I took myself out of their way and went to our new place. The guys found the place quickly and were just very nice throughout. Given we are in the middle of a Pandemic where the nature of their work is made more difficult with harsh Government Restrictions I would like to thank the team for being super professional despite this. Ridiculous price. Extremely slow. No trolleys. Two suitcases went missing. Rude people after a negative review. It cost us $1000 to move a one bedroom apartment. We didn’t have a fridge or washer, and everything was ready to go in boxes before they arrive but we still couldn’t vacate the apartment within the allowed time. Although access had been arranged to both apartments at the origin and the destination by ourselves in advance, unfortunately, they still failed to provide timely service. The locations were nearby, but they were very slow because they just relied on workforce instead on using tools or trolleys. Two high-quality suitcases and stuff inside them went missing, and they never apologised. Very aggressive towards negative reviews. Never recommend them to anyone unless you get fooled like myself by smooth talks before you confirm the order with them and enough money to go way beyond your budget.

I moved with Fair & Square on Monday 5 August 2019, meeting them at my storage unit in Rockdale, travelling to a second location in Earlwood, and then to my new residence in Croydon. They were punctual, efficient, organised, helpful and friendly. Moving is a stressful time for everyone, and it was great to have a team who were professional and experienced to handle all my accumulated belongings. They helped me to relax, and I honestly enjoyed their company throughout the morning. Fair & Square were recommended to me by a professional house hunting company, and also by a work colleague, and I can now recommend them to others having experienced their service. Based in inner Sydney, the time charged for travel was less than those from the outer suburbs, and they have a variety of vehicles to accommodate different needs. We locked in 2 men & a truck for 6-7hrs starting first thing on a Fri. Mon prior they had someone come out to survey & help quote to see if more time was needed, yet come Wed hadn't heard back. Chased them up and was told it was a bigger job needing more men and they didn't have any spare. I said no dramas, let's stick with the 2 already locked in for 6-7hrs and I'll do what's not done by the end of it. Was told the men and truck were no longer available. Spent the next 24hrs trying to work out an alternative whilst my pregnant wife and I desperately tried to change daycare and days off work. Ended up going with someone else after this became too difficult. The initial consult seemed professional but they really left us in a lurch. Not sure what quality of work they would have done, as we used someone who showed up when they said they would. Not a pleasant experience

The most incredible move experience I have ever experienced. Peter Wilson and his team from Fair & Square were recommended by a friend who has used them and given them 5 stars. I shared my concerns with Pete leading up to the move that I had a few large items I was concerned would not fit into a narrow house with narrow stairs and he assured me, if there is a way, we will find it! And that the team did. They managed to handle tricky maneuverers, move large heavy items over the balcony and were absolute professionals, fit and hard working, delightful personable people. On first meeting Joe who came around to give a me a quote I knew these were the removals guys for me. He was super fast and efficient, giving me excellent advice on packing up certain areas of the apartment. On move day Wilbur and he’s team arrived promptly on time and we’re on the job in a matter of minutes. They were all so helpful and friendly but above all respected our belongings and took there time without time wasting to make sure everything was moved correctly. Being 7 months pregnant I couldn’t do much to help but the 3 man team delivered everything to the right rooms and set up the washing machine everything was over and done within a few hours. We have used fair and square movers twice now and the experience both times has been excellent. Most recently we had Joe leading the team who would excel in whatever vocation he chose. Polite, well spoken and mannered. Extremely customer focused and you can trust him with your furniture, and in and out of the house. I'm just sat in my new rental after moving and feel compelled to write a review tho not normally my thing. The boys were so good and worked like trojans, covered in sweat but still happy and went above and beyond and even helped me put a new table together. Nothing was damaged and even if it was I'd have lived with it as I saw the care they took, wrapping it better than I'd have probably done myself. On top of all that they are reasonably priced without skimping on quality. They moved me from.a 4 bed unit and took the stress away...not sure what more I could ask for!!

On a personal note, I would like to thank you and your team for what was phenomenal service. Your men were perfectly on time on both days and were of great help to us. Also, your adaptability on Thursday afternoon was greatly appreciated. Special mention must be given to Jo. You often hear horror stories about removals gone wrong or unexpectedly expensive, but these guys laid to rest my fears not once but twice. I hired them to move my stuff into storage under very stressful circumstances at short notice, and then back out of storage and into my new apartment about a month later, again at short notice. They handled the job efficiently, relatively inexpensively, and with great service. The guys who did my move were all friendly, helpful and professional. As far as I'm concerned, they've got a customer for life in me!

We've had to move half a dozen times over the last 15 years. With 5 kids, it's never been a particularly enjoyable experience. However, we used Fair & Square for our recent relocation on the recommendation of friends. To put it bluntly, Pete and his team were bloody amazing. And that was across every aspect of the move. I highly recommend Fair and Square removals - super fast, easy and accommodating to deal with. Chris, Jose and Ramon moved us. They were awesome- super friendly, respectful of our things and very quick! I have used fair and square removals four times now for a very good reason. Pete is a complete professional who stays in touch throughout the process and effectively manages expectations and costings. His removalists are always friendly, down to earth caring guys (often from the UK) who have good banter, take the time find the right place for your furniture and nothing is ever damaged. They are time effective whilst being careful. I would never use anyone else and have referred them many times over.

These guys where phenomenal, fast and the best priced.. I usually hate moving days but this time it was stress free thanks to these guys. We opted for the packing service and the ladies breezed through our 3 bed in no time at all. The next day the guys arrived at 7.30 and where running up and down non stop - I don't think anyone could have done the move faster. Really nice bunch of guys and the service was half the price of the other quotes we got. Cannot fault them at all- highly recommend.

These fellas were awesome. We couldn't have asked for more. From the initial call with Joe and when Simon turned up with his team nothing was too much trouble. I had been dreading the move as I have a dodgy knee and can't really lift anything. They came early in the morning and did everything from emptying the attic to disassembling and reassembling the beds. Pete and his team are the best removalists we have ever used and we have moved a lot. Joseph headed up the team who did our removal on the day and he was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, polite, well-organized and very careful with everything. We asked for the empty boxes to be collected and Joseph came around on the Saturday and the Sunday after the move to make sure that all the boxes were out of our house before our working week started. Absolutely excellent service!!

This is definitely a five star service. I was quite stressed before they turned up because of a very heavy object I wanted them to move along with house hold items. These guys weren't "bad" but they were no better than average. They were not particularly quick or careful and in the process of moving they ripped my sheet, damaged my clock and spilled a large amount of water on my carpet without saying anything. Accidents happen though I guess. They were both polite native English speakers which made things easy. Overall they were the same as any other company I've moved with except more expensive.

Easily the best removalists I’ve ever had. Highly professional, responsive and a can do attitude that takes the stress out of moving. It was a tough move with 100+ stairs at the pickup location and the team didn’t complain once. Also the pricing was very reasonable - living up to the fair and square brand in every way. Did a great job for us a few weeks ago. We would definitely use them again. Our removalists, while young in age moved things like they had decades of experience. Pete and the team from Fair and Square are a pleasure to work with. I have used F&S to move houses, offices and even on events and the team has never found anything too difficult, even when really pushed. Having reliable removalists makes the prospect of moving house not quite so nightmarish. From the original quote to the last box, the team have always been my go too.

Top service! I usually rent a van and move my stuff but decided to get a removals company this time. I chose Fair & Square Removals after a recommendation from a friend and was very happy with everything. Even got the boxes from them so the whole process was very easy! Would recommend to anyone!
