What a pleasure to do business with. I was a 'walk in' emergency who they did not know before, but went the extra mile to ensure I was taken care of. Clean & modern premises with friendly professional reception staff, and an amazing Dentist who explained everything step by step as she sorted the problem. An X-ray clearly showed the problem and she even has a TV screen on the ceiling above the chair so she could show me the X-ray and detailed what was wrong, why the tooth could not be saved and what we needed to do. The Dentist was so careful and considerate about pain relief while performing the extraction and afterwards made sure I understood about care while it heals and gave clear printed instructions. I cannot thank them enough for ending the days of excruciating pain I have been in after having been turned away from most of the other dental practices in Table View & Parklands who were 'too busy' to really care about the intense pain I was in. I will recommend this Dental Practice to anyone including family and friends and will certainly use again when the need arises. My life long gratitude for ending my plight in such a professional manner.

Undoubtedly, this is one of the BEST dental practices I've ever visited. Despite having spent a significant amount of money on my teeth at various other places, this practice stands out as being the most remarkable. For the past couple of years, I've been a regular patient here, undergoing numerous procedures such as teeth whitening, building, and extractions. Dr. Reddy is an incredibly calm dentist, making it feel as if she's hardly doing anything, yet effectively so with absolutely no pain. Though I could write volumes about my experiences, I'll simply say this has been the best dental experience I've ever had. Given my extensive history with different dental practices, this endorsement is not given lightly.

I am glad that I changed to Dr Reddy at the Table Bay Mall after been referred to by a family member as it was only Dr Reddy that has been able to relieve me from gum & tooth pain after suffering for at least 3 years. Dr Reddy and her staff make sure that you, as the patient, are always feeling comfortable while she is working on your teeth. So happy to see my family dentist (Dr Karamchand) has found a forever home with Family Dental Care! Definitely worth traveling from the southern suburbs to Table Bay Mall! I was always afraid and anxious going to the dentist and Dr Karamchand is by far the best at making you feel comfortable and at ease! She is kind, gentle and shows great patience with all members of the family from my gran all the way down to the toddlers!

It was a fantastic experience. From receptionist to the doc. Dr Karamchand talks you through the process every step and and focuses on the absolute necessary. In that way you go through an informed step by step process of elimination and save on costs as the problem seems to be solved. The place is very neat and clean. My previous visit to an Intercare was met with a large bill and I didn't find that experience pleasant.

Dr Reddy is the most thorough dentist I have been too! Extremely gentle and caring. I won’t go to anyone else nor will my boyfriend. Anri the receptionist is the most lovely and helpful person. From hating going to the dentist I now love it! Would highly recommend anyone who needs anything done to go and see them! Especially the aligners, I’m currently half way and see such an improvement.

Incredibly thankful for Dr Reddy. Very quick and efficient. Martin handled my broken bridge like a pro. The temporary bridge was done so well, that a week later, I was seriously asking if I needed a permanent set at all.
