Never thought I would say this as someone who suffers from anxiety and dislike dental visits. I was pleasantly surprised as this dental visit was different. When I called in the friendly dentist who I thought was the receptionist at the time was willing to assist me last minute. Even though they do not work by appointment for extractions she urged me to come as soon as I could in order for them to assist. Once there, I walked in and was assisted by the lovely receptionist Zainu who was so friendly and calmed my nerves a bit lol.I waited for about 5 minutes and was greeted by the dentist Dr. Motlekar she was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. She immediately remembered who I was and advised that I have an infected tooth. The extraction was a breeze I felt no pain at all. She took her time before and after the extraction to explain the aftercare. I have visited many dentist before and very few dentist take the time to do this these days and are this caring.This was such a pleasant experience from the receptionist Zainu, dental assistant, Asonele, the dentist, Dr. Motlekar and the dental hygienist, Kay thank you so much! They offer affordable dental care, professionalism and empathy. This is hands down a 5 star review from me. Dr. Motlekar at Gamaldien's Dental is my new dentist!

Dentist visits for me all build up of Anxiety days before and leading up to me setting my feet through those doors. Today was filled with anxiety leading to my 4pm App. That needle is my worst just cannot get over this!!!! Huge thanks to Aunty Zainu (I Know for years) and Ayshia & Dr M for putting me at ease before they started and talking me through the whole procedure. Thank you Thank you Thank you so so much!!!! Needless to say I need to go back for more work and Know they will offer their best as they always do!!! I went there today 24/10/2023 to abstract a rotten tooth. Must say the staff are great taking their duty very seriously. I was warmly welcomed by receptionist Zaino on arrival. The Dentist did an excellent job abstracting a tooth and cleaning it at the same time. I was shocked when the Dentist[Dr Monekar] told me we're done. I didn't feel anything and she chat me up during the whole process. A Job Well done. Keep up the Good work going forward. Can't wait for my next appointment in 2weeks time

Never did I think of singing the praises of a dentist but I do. From the receptionist to the Doctor makes you feel welcomel. They understand people like us. Went for an extraction. Extremely impressed with the service at Gamieldien Dental Clinic Westgate Mall. From my first interaction with Dr. M (Motlekar), she made me feel comfortable, was very gentle/caring, informative and gave sound recommendations. My tooth extraction and even post extraction were handled to the highest professional standards. But most importantly her expertise and passion shines through her eyes and smile.

Friendly assistant awesome and helpfull receptionist Very straight forward dentist love her telling you like it is. Not many appreciate people like that, but i do. Thanks for your advise you gave me yesterday regarding bottom dentures. Much apreciated. Other dentist would have just done what i asked but the advise the dentist gave me was solid. Very happy with service all round.

I was helped very well firstly by the receptionist Zainu she was very nice,polite and helpful with a friendly face. This was actually my second time there. The Dentist Dr Parker whom extracted my tooth was just so helpful and friendly and also chatted to me to make me feel comfortable. The assistant Asonele was very nice and helpful aswell. I recommend anyone to go there.

Arranged a visit early December 23. The receptionist was very kind and made me feel special. On the day I felt a homely atmosphere, knowing I’m visiting the dentist! The dentist was amazing. Very professional, attentive and had a calming disposition. Their care is second to none. Place needs updating though but with staff like that! It’s overlooked.

I'm still stunned by the great service of Dr Motlekar. She eased my anxiety and extracted my tooth in no time! I was still bracing myself for the worst part when it was in fact over! Quick and painless. Very impressed! I'll definitely recommend this dental practice to everyone. Another plus is that the staff was friendly, efficient and helpful.

It's hard to find a good dentist!!! and I am glad the day I walked in there not knowing what to expect but the friendly staff and quality service helped to put me at ease when getting an extraction, cleaning or just getting information, also good with kids very important thank u to Dr Motlekar and staff for great service

So it was my second time at the dentist yesterday for an extraction and I was shocked because I didn’t feel anything , and I was surprised when doctor showed me the tooth , and I must say that staff is very welcoming Aunty Zainu and Dr Motlekar and I would recommend them to everybody 10/10 service and staff .

We had daughter there for extraction of wisdom tooth and another. The service was warm and friendly. That helped cut the tension she was feeling stepping into the dentist. She also received good advice regarding timing for getting braces etc. Definitely will recommend them. Five star service

Went for extraction of a problematic tooth. Being very fearful of dentists i had a pleasant experience. The dentist was patient and gentle she kept me calm and it was over quickly, well after a few attempts of getting me to calm down. The best dentist i have ever been to.

The staff are friendly since my first interaction with Zainu when called about an appointment. During my visit everyone is so Friendly and the Hygienist Dr Karriem made me feel very comfortable during the appointment. I am looking forward for my follow up appointments :)
