Pam is our new Farmers Insurance Agent and she went above and beyond for our insurance needs! We did "the Bundle" with Home and Auto. The plus is we are SAVING MONEY compared to the other company that I had since I was 19 years old! When she's saving us this much money, and we added more to our policies, how could we beat that!?! We just bought a house and she had to be in contact with the lender showing them proof of insurance and was ready and waiting for them to contact her to send them what they needed and being time sensitive we had no worries about Pam getting things done in time!! Marlana Studebaker is a pro. I first went to her about two years ago to insure my house, guest house and a couple of cars. She quickly and competently saw my needs, suggested changes, sought out discounts and made the whole process painless and easy with her range of knowledge, in-person communication and subsequent calls and emails to make sure everything went smoothly. Recently I had to add another house, van and umbrella policy. She integrated them seamlessly into my current policy and suggested some tweaks and changes to make sure I was adequately covered. Marlana went to bat for me after another office tried some decidedly shady shenanigans when they found out I would be pulling my business from them. I've never felt rushed when speaking to her on the phone, even when she had the flu (sorry, Marlana!). I have been working with Marlana for a few years now. Before her I would usually switch insurance companies every few years or so because I didn't really see the difference between any of them. I have been with Pemco, Progressive, and All State, to name a few. Marlana very responsive to all my inquiries, is very knowledgeable, and is easier to get a hold of than most of my relatives. In my household I'm basically in charge of like 3 things; taking out the trash, my kid's bath time, and insurance. Marlana has covered a third of my workload by responding to all matters, no matter how big or small. 5 stars for sure.

Not so good experience... I inquired about getting a landlord policy for a rental property. David picked up the phone and said he was out of the office, but would email me when he returned. Never heard from him again after that. I called back again a week or two later to see if I could reach Chris for help with a policy and again David answered. He said that he couldn't really give me any information over the phone and that I would need to call Farmers 800# directly. Too bad as I would have referred them a ton of business had this gone differently.

David Drake has been a wonderful agent for both my auto and home insurance policies for over 6 years, and I cannot recommend him and the Chris Elliott Insurance Agency enough! Very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful, David has been great to work with. The good ole federal government is requiring me to have business property insurance, which admittedly, is not a bad thing to ask me to do, but its so TEDIOUS.
