Don't go by the website for pricing folks, I ordered a large double deal, and the total was $32 according to the website, picked up and the total was closer to $43, first rule of business keep your advertised prices up to date or honour what your Putting out on a public forum... Got home and the pizzas were average at best, this place used to be our go to once a week family treat but upon pick up I noticed all the staff were new and had changed from the guys that were there months ago, I can only assume these people changed the prices as well. It's a shake but our family won't be back and after reading the reviews I can say confidently we won't be the only ones Empire cafe, Two wells is still kicking goals and I think thats where I will he taking my business, it's a real shame cause we loved fat Jesse's but I'm not Gunna throw good money after bad when there is better quality around the corner

Given Fat Jessys a few chances because theyre the only pizza place that will deliver to us through Menulog. When I order between 6-7, the pizza doesnt get sent out til the last run and it arrives around 9.15pm. When I call for ETAs, I just get told all pizzas have been sent out. Then wait and wait until they get here. Tonight the pizza was here fairly quickly but was completely black underneath. Went through the Menulog customer service, just to be told the restuarant says all pizzas went out "well done" and we have to call the restuarant. Then told not to call now because the restuarants closing at 8.20pm on a Saturday. Obviously dont care about what they send out.

Friendly service but the food is a bit of a joke. The chips are never good. Also for the price you pay is a disgrace. $22.40 for a chicken parmigiana pack, all we pretty much got was chips. The schnitzel was absolutely tiny. More like a one piece chicken tender pack. Also over cooked. When we first move to Virginia 3 years ago, this place use to be great, but not so much now. We would much rather travel 30 minutes and pay less money for better food from another pizza/chips shop.

The pizza here is the best I've had in the northern suburbs and my family orders here semi regularly. However, whilst the food is amazing, I've consistently found the customer service lacklustre, whilst polite enough, it's far from friendly and if the pizza wasn't so good, it would have put me off ordering.

Placed an order through Menulog at 5.55PM for it be delivered 6.45PM. Food didn't arrive until 7.13PM, 28 minutes late. It would have been nice to have been notified. It's been raining and the weather is terrible, I am less than 10 minutes away. Menulog says to keep my phone on me so I can be contacted and I will get an SMS for updates. It's good to be kept in the lurch. Nearly half an hour late. Food was soggy when it was delivered.

I would give half a start if possible. Customer service was absolutely horrible. Rang up to tell them my pizza was wrong. Told them I lived too far to just come back now and replace. Was basically told "bad luck". Generally if this is an issue anywhere else, they just replace it when your around next. Genuinely disapointed, I was really looking forward to a good meatlovers. First and last time ever going to this place.

Ordered a pizza , Saturday night, was told 25, 30 minutes, so I waited. A little while later, 2 guys come on, Ordered 2 large pizzas. To my horror, the 2 large pizzas were ready, as the guys, asked if they were ready. So I did the same, and amazingly, there it was waiting, my complaint, if they can't make a 9 inch pizza , before 2 large ones, 10 minutes later, you need better service, oh, the pizza was good

Huge servings reasonably good tasting for take away. However shop was filled with flies making it a terrible experience to eat in. Very good service from staff no complaints on that front

Seriously, Fat Jessie makes the best steak sandwich with the lot in Australia, if not the world! Stayed in Virginia for a couple of weeks and this joint took plenty of money off me for them. I couldn't keep away from the place! I challenge anyone to inform me of a better steak sandwich, anywhere!!! I am prepared to travel to find a better place.

Well tonight placed order at 5:45 for delivery at 6:45. Rang up at 6:55 and was told it had left the shop. Now half an hour later and still no delivery. I believe they lied to me. Not at all happy

Ordered a family deal pizza price was posted as $45 plus ordered a burger with the lot advertised at $9 was very disappointed is an understatement. My daughter goes in to pick up and didn't know the prices which came to $78.so cost $24 extra for what ?? The pizza's weren't even that good. what a rip off never ever again.

Ordered a chicken Yiros. Had zero flavour, and chicken was very dry. I'm not sure if any sauce/dressing or flavour was put into the yiros. And tasted like dry roast chicken. Literally, plain, flavourless dry chicken, tomato and lettuce..... Very disappointed, I couldn't even get half way through. Chips were nice though!

We love coming here. Sometimes we wait a little longer and other times it’s all ready within 20 minutes! Worth the wait and consistently good!

Lamb Yiros was tasty. Chips ok. Fish a little oily. Pizza ok but would probably travel further out of Viriginia in future. From what I could gathered food was well cooked in advance before pick up time so affected the quality. Not sure if this is an issue through the online ordering system or with restaurant.

Are they doing too much? It always makes me a little uneasy when I see a take-away doing every meal possible form burgers to chicken and then pizza! Not focusing on the perfection of one thing comes at a price. Burnt pizza is never acceptable and should NOT be given to customers, very disapointing.

Walked in stood there for 5 minutes and not 1 person spoke to say we will be with you in 5 minutes customer service is tge worst I have ever seen so we walked out and took our money elsewhere and won't be going back

Meatlovers pizza was very ordinary, king prawn pizza was watery and soggy the pesto was bitter tasting and the prawns were over cooked. Wouldn’t recommend the pizzas.

Best schnitzel hot pack I've ever had. You actually get a whole schnitzel! Instead of just chunks haha. The chips and gravy were amazing as well. Definitely coming back again when I'm in Virginia next.

9 inch pizza was as thin as I've ever seen, over cooked and not particularly tasty. I've honestly had pizza just as good from a supermarket. Wife asked for a steak sandwich without tomato, got tomato.

Love this place! Living out a bit further, it’s hard to find good and still affordable pizzas. Perfect amount of toppings and a great thickness base as well! We will be back for sure.

A great place to grab a pizza and coffee. Great Vegetarian pizza also. Stop by on your way to Port Wakefield or the Barossa or St. Kilda. There is also a pub across the road.

Stopped in on public holiday drive. Just ordered a hamburger. It was really really good. Very friendly staff. I will go back to try what seems to be the main dish...pizza.
