Today's breakfast didn't go as planned. We ordered too much food and had to take some home, but we left it on the table by accident. When we called the restaurant to get it back, the person who answered was really rude. They said they threw away our food because it could be unsafe, even though it had only been a short time. They accused us of being mean, which was confusing. I asked for the manager's contact info, but they wouldn't give it to me. I even asked for their name, but they didn't tell me that either. Our group spent around $100 there, but the staff's bad attitude makes us not want to go back. I think the owner should know about this, but it seemed like the employee we talked to didn't care at all. It's a one-star experience for us. In the end, we couldn't help but feel that the owner of the establishment should be made aware of the incident, as it could have a significant impact on their reputation and business. Regrettably, it seemed that the employee we encountered was indifferent to the potential consequences of her actions, leaving us with a sense of disappointment and disbelief about the entire experience.

Delicious! We came here for breakfast and I ordered a meat and cheese manaoush after gazing at the seemingly endless amount of options. The staff were friendly, and service was quick. The food couldn’t be better, and the outdoor or indoor seating was Delightful. If you want a Lebanese meal experience, there couldn’t be a better place!

Dietary restrictions
They had food for anyone. If you were vegetarian, you could enjoy vegetarian options. If you had allergies, that would be fine. And if you have Religious dietary restrictions, those are fine here too!
Kid-friendliness
Adults and Children could all have fantastic meals. The Arabic scenery and food would be a great experience for children and many foods are either easily split able or have small sizes.

Such a pretty and most elegant and lovely halal bakery and cafe in the north western suburbs of Melbourne! It's clean, bright and looks so gorgeous with large displays of beautifully stacked fresh baklava, kanafeh, sweet cakes, pizzas, wraps and so much of the Lebanese cuisine. The hot long black coffee was smooth and full-bodied, just the way I believe good coffee should be. The Lebanese coffee is wonderfully laced with subtle cardamon flavour. We've brought overseas guests for a pleasant light introduction to Middle Eastern lunch. We can't wait to keep coming back again and try more dishes and cakes/sweets.

We just had breakfast today and because we ordered more than we should have, we took a Take Away box for untouched Chicken Wrap. And we forgot to take it from the table, but having remembered within 10 minutes of leaving the place, we called up the store as we wanted to pick it up. And the lady working at the counter arrogantly told that they THREW IT AWAY! Unimaginable that within 10 minutes my food that I paid $16 for was just thrown away because of apparent "health hazards". The lady working was so unapologetic about it and twisted the narrative that I was abusing her. I asked for manager's number and she wouldn't give. I asked for her name and she wouldn't give. We were 5 people who spent around ~$100 and we are not coming back ever because of the arrogance of the people working there. I am sure the owner would care about a one star review and losing business of "at least" 5 returning people. But the worker didn't give a shyt about it.

We arrived at Fayrouz around 1:55pm to have lunch and upon arriving, we had 3 servers walk right past us without greeting or helping us get seated. We then came up to the front counter where a man and a woman stood chatting, looked at us and then carried on with their conversation. The staff did not care to acknowledge our existence so we had to ask if we can sit down or order at the counter and finally, a server actually came and told us to sit wherever. When sitting at our table, there was still a left over dish from a previous customer and the server just took it and left the dirty table! This entire exchange took several minutes and after looking at menu and deciding what to get, we called over the server to order and to my surprise, she said the kitchen closed at 2pm and we could only order what was displayed at front! We just upped and left, horrendous service. Note to staff: If you’re seating customers 2 minutes before the kitchen closes, at least inform them!!!

It is a Lebanese cafe and restaurant for you to enjoy the middle eastern food and desserts. They have almost all of the Lebanese food and desserts in the menu. It is pretty tasty, and the quantity of the food is just right to fill you up, you will not paying for extra food or not to fill up. The location is great as well in front of a lake with fountain that sometimes works for a nice walk in a good weather. Halal and vegetarian friendly.

I had an enchanting visit to Fayrouz for their delightful drinks and sweets! The variety of beverages and confections they offer is simply mesmerizing. I tried their signature drink, which was a burst of flavors in every sip, and it paired wonderfully with their selection of sweets. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, helping me choose the perfect combination. The atmosphere was charming, with a cozy and inviting vibe that made me feel right at home. It was truly a sweet escape, and I can't wait to indulge in their treats again!

Took my friend and her 2 kids here and they have never felt so uncomfortable at a restaurant before. We weren’t acknowledged at all whilst we waited for a table, the person serving us once we sat down seemed like she didn’t want to be there.. and after asking for water for the table from her she still didn’t bring it, I ended up scanning the room and grabbing it myself.. Even as we were leaving, there was still no friendly service from the staff.. just to acknowledge your customers and saying “thank you, have a good day/night” really makes a difference.. I hope it’s not a common experience for others as I wouldn’t wish this upon any family that just want to enjoy dinner together with a friendly service.

Went to fayrouz Cafe by recommendation from a cousin who claimed they were one of the best places they've eaten at so had to give them a shot. I was NOT disappointed The customer service, the atmosphere and the food was spot on. Portion size is pretty decent. If you sit outside the view of the Caroline Lake is infront of you which was nice ! The foul mdamas had a bit too much cumin to my liking but that's just personal preference. Definitely recommend

I'm not sure why, but we assumed we would be safe at midday to indulge in some skewers, maybe have a Fattouch Salad for lunch. Unfortunately, that joy was only available on the menu from 5pm onwards. From the 7am-2pm menu, both of us opted for the Middle Eastern Brekkie. The portion size was generous, but the poached eggs were overcooked and the sujuk and grilled halloumi were cold. However, the beetroot dip was incredibly delicious! My long black coffee was perfectly brewed, and the mixed Baklava I took away was delightful. The service was okay. We are eager to return in the evening and explore the menu starting from 5pm. We also look forward to trying more Arabic Sweets.

We came here for food, we waited at the door to be seated for about 10min, not ideal my wife who is heavily pregnant. There were no waiters to be seen. Ordering was very confusing, didn’t know which counter to goto and the who thing was very unorganised and unprofessional. The food was extremely overpriced, especially the mango smoothie, we were charged $14.90 but on the menu on their website it says $13, so not sure why the extra charge. I asked for it in a takeaway cup but it was given to me in a glass, and when I asked again for a takeaway cup the top part of the cup was empty and yet I was charged the full amount. Very disappointed and feel ripped off.

A variety of delicious delights ranging from appetisers, mains and desserts. Delightful Lebanese flavours with a twist of Mediterranean! A welcoming greeting by the staff as soon as you enter and pleasantly accommodating. Seatings indoor and outdoor was plentiful yet cozy. The pick for the night was fried chicken with sour yet calming sauce a chimichurri style, fresh Tabouli salad and a platter of mix pastries! Fresh and prompt service with a smile! If dinning outdoors be mindful it is designated for shisha so it is slightly smoky

we inadvertently left behind our takeaway box, which contained items worth $18. Understandably concerned, we promptly called the cafe to inquire about the lost box's whereabouts. To our surprise, we were informed that it had been disposed of. This revelation was quite unexpected and left us feeling somewhat shocked. We understand that accidents can happen, but we were hoping for a more accommodating resolution to this situation.

Ending 2023 with nice Lebanese breakfast at Fayrouz cafe. Very traditional breakfast consists of foul mudammas in tahini, falafel plate and Shankalish plate. Foul tastes good but has too much tahini. Shankalish is lighlty salted aged white cheese with onion and tomatos. Falafel was the best of the three dishes. Overall nice experience and recommended if you are around this area and like to taste good quality lebanese food.

The food is amazing aside from their oregano pizza. There's not enough oregano and it tastes very bland. I'm having to ask for extra oregano and I'm paying for it just so it's edible. Their pricing is too high compared to other lebo bakeries. It's only Caroline Springs, not Toorak.

The photos speam for themselves! All the food is sensational esp their zaatar and Falafel. Dessert plate is also amazing value but forgot the photo! Slight feedback - The staff seem a little tense though, would be more enjoyable overall if they all just relaxed a little in both talking to each other as staff, and some could be a little more attentive to customers. Overall great experience and will be back.

Went for dessert and shisha. The Shisha was good however the sweets baklava was very dry, the cheese knafah was an absolute mess, the cheese was brought out hard the first time barely warmed up, when sent back the knafah was completed melted not in one piece. Very disappointing as their sweets were much better. More

Walked past this bakery/cafe at 4.30 pm on Thursday 27th Sept to see a male staff member in uniform on the footpath out the front, wearing gloves and smoking. Absolutely disgusted to think that this person could potentially return inside to prepare food wearing the same gloves. Not a great advertisement!
