I absolutely recommend this wash. They have excellent vacuums and candy was so nice and helpful! She helped me find the membership that’ll work best for me! Edit: This wash used to be my favorite wash to go to and now that candy is gone it’s nowhere near what it used to be. The vacuums never work, the customer service is not what it used to be and my car has been coming out with soap all over it every single time since candy left. Won’t be coming here anymore and my friends who used to go said the same.

Worst Carwash In Town Older man employee has a horrible attitude, if he hates his job he should retire, makes everyone wait till he is good and ready to come out of the office. Doesn’t pre-wash your car. I asked him why? He said they don’t pay him enough…. They shouldn’t have people dealing with customers with bad attitudes. This affects the company reputation. Dirty grounds, vacuums never work. The brushes has scratched my truck. Leaves soap all over after rinse. You get what you pay for.

I’m shocked! They are at the old ZIPS location on Babcock & Fredricksburg. I was told iMay that they had a new program for $10.00,. I was a FOOL, gave them my debit card. They have charged me 5 times from May 10 thru July, &30.00 a pop!!!! Wh n I went to speak with them they have a new sign, “Finish Line”, but all the ZIP signage is still up!!!!! I reported to my Bank & want to share this information with ZIP customers. I now drive to Fredricksburg &Prue or Helotes for my car washes!!

It's nice when everything works. There's always something broken in the car wash. My last trip there were four items broken in the car wash. Only part of the car got washed and the other part got a little bit of a rinse. You always have soap and dirt on the back of your vehicle. Rotating brushes don't always work. Oscillators usually don't oscillate. Rinse nozzles are clogged. Other than that the place is always clean.

I used this place once and they have charged me $20 every month for almost a year, I don’t even live in the state anymore. I had to cancel my card and they STILL try to tap my account every single day this month. There is no phone number and no way to stop this. If the owners read this, please contact me. I have tried the BBB multiple times and will continue to do so.

Ever since they change the company name this place is terrible, today I went to wash my car and horizontal brushes doesn’t , vertical brush doesn’t work, there was no soap, ,pressured air doesn’t work no rags, and the best part no manager available to be talk to till Tuesday , felt that I’m paying for a terrible “car rinse”

Candy is the B-O-M-B at this place and this company should take notice because she’s a fantastic employee that goes above and beyond for this place. I often take trips to Corpus Christi Texas and my car always gets salty from the seawater , and I REFUSE to go anywhere else but this location It has gotten so much better from the days when it used to be Zips car wash. Candy is an excellent head there and knows how to run this place like it’s the navy

This place is awesome! I was in the area and decided to try this car wash out and I must say, I was not disappointed. Candy was super sweet and attentive and made sure I was greeted when I arrived. Not to mention they have free vacuums, so that's definitely a plus!

I was happy to have a car wash so close to home, but I will not be coming back. Old man rinsing the vehicles had the worst attitude. I could actually hear him complaining about me when I rolled my window down. What a way to make your new customers feel welcome.

This car wash is by far the best in San Antonio! The workers are great when it comes to customer service, Candy was very helpful when we had questions about our car washing needs! They offer free vacuums after your wash so it is very convenient!

Benny and the team are very attentive and very helpful. Nice place down the street from the Original Donut Place. Drive in with a dirty vehicle drive out with a nice shine. The vacuum system is top notch and love the dash blowers great

Everything is wonderful including the amount of available clean towels to use on a Tuesday. Only draw back was the man next to my car wacking his car mat as if the vacuum wasn't working. Third world dude for sure.

The kids that pre-wash the vehicle's before they go through the wash do a terrible job. They should lower the price to $13 and get rid of them. They're lazy and mope around like their half asleep

since they changed their name they have stopped providing service, before there were towels and the vacuum cleaners worked, today the vacuum cleaners do not work or are broken
