Terrible customer service. My fiancé and I went on two different occasions and both times, we did not get good service and the store missed out on a shoe sale. The first time, my fiancé wanted to try on a pair of shoes. We asked a worker to get his size for him to try on. The worker never came back with the shoes. We waited for 10 min and then left. The store wasn’t busy at that time. There was no excuse. The second time, the same thing happened. This time, we asked the worker about the shoes. He said he would remind the workers in the back. We waited for almost 20 minutes before the worker finally told us they didn’t have my fiancés size. He told us he could try on the sample. My fiancé liked the shoes and wanted to purchase online to have shipped to us, but the workers never came back to check on us or help us place an order. We were already upset about waiting so long for service, so we left. We will be purchasing the shoes online, but not from Finish Line. From other reviews, it sounds like the customer service at this store needs a lot of help. Don’t waste your time here if you want to buy shoes.

Shoe: Men’s Nike free run 5.0. Shoes ripped after a few runs within a month. A joke, like David the “manager” at the north park center at the Dallas, TX location. Guy is pathetic and should be far from managing. Humble him and start him back to scrubbing toilets. He needs to learn how to perfect customer service because he’s clearly far from great customer service, much less a manager lol. Worst experience along with his little fan girl associate. Didn’t get her name, but she’s also irrelevant as she had an attitude from the time I asked for assistance from the get go. Not like the exchange I was attempting was effecting her pockets directly. Don’t take your job too seriously, it’s retail and you won’t be working there your whole life. Second thoughts, with that attitude, you might. I’ll pray for her and the “manager” that walked in with chic-fil-a as I was asking for assistance. He absolutely was in a rush to get to that back room to eat and didn’t care a bit to assist me. Guess you were hungry :) hope you enjoyed your lunch over doing your job.

I would never ever shop here unless you really want terrible customer service. The first time we came, this employee asked if we needed anything (which took a while to get any service to begin with). As we were talking, she literally turned mid sentence and started talking and laughing with another employee. We waited until their conversation was done before she turned to us to finish our question. We decided go return the shoe, but forgot to bring a receipt in. Apparently they cannot look up a purchase with your credit card either. Get with the times people. The girl at the counter said we could only exchange because the store ran out of gift cards. WHO RUNS OUT OF GIFT CARDS? She was completely unapologetic. The attitude was, “take it or leave it.” To whoever is responding to all of these posts with a generic response: save it. Clearly customer service has been an issue here for a long time, and nothing has been done about it.

I can’t even begin to wrap my mind around the African American girl with the snake eyes piercing in her mouth would treat her customers that way. When item was brought into exchange she refused saying the item was dirty but it was bought the day before with tag and receipt brought in not only that she rudely said she can’t reach that when asked if a bigger size was available to exchange! Then when items were handed back they were just dropped in the counter instead of handed to us! This was the worst service I have ever gotten out Finish Line. To make matters worse we were in there earlier to exchange we had just forgot the receipt and they were going to complete the transaction. I know finish line has always been a favorite but I know how a bad taste in my mouth and at North Park mall in Dallas! Where people are there to spend and enjoy themselves… disgusted with her behavior

On January 7 2023 I had an incident with one of the guy employee. my husband had a shoe in his hand for about 10-15 minutes, and he was was trying to match the color of the shoe with a shirt When all of the sudden the guy approached us and ask my husband if he could see the shoe, looked at the shoe and said "oh yea" & walked away! I then walked towards him to get a explanation of why he took the shoe and all he said was that he had sold the shoe. so I asked why he just took the shoe and he kept on repeating himself, & said no matter what I told him he was gonna sell the shoe to the other guy. so we both got out of hand and I asked him to see the video footage of how he just took the shoe with out letting us know why did, and he said yes let's go, walked away to the back part of the store the manager came out and apologized, the other guy got out the other door.

the reason for this review was because i went in with my friend today to this store around 7:15 and we were looking at shoes and we both saw some we liked and we were obviously looking to purchase them but there was a guy with a silver chain and he helped us at first i asked for a 4 on the pink new balance shoes they had which he said they were available and i asked him if he could get me the pair he went to the back then gave some other shoes to another person. Then he looked at us and he went to the back and then he came right out after like what 5 minutes and he came and said “oh the other pair i couldn’t find it it’s not there we don’t have it” so then I told my friend to go with another lady, which was so nice and the lady said sure and she did and guess what she brought the shoes when the other guy supposedly said they didnt have the pair back there

I order the Nike vapormax 21 online and when I got them delivered I had order a size 4 and got one shoe that was size 4 and the other one was size 6 and didn’t look the same color one look darker than the other one so I returned them and that same day I bought two pairs of shoes in the men’s section and when I got home I realized that one pair of the shoes I bought were used so disappointing don’t even bother to ever shop here there plenty of shoes store avoid this store I went to return them and the manager came out and said that she won’t accept them because they are used and she wouldn’t be able to sell them but they were sold to me I did some research and in another store in Allen wanted to sell used shoes but noticed in time so it isn’t the first time that it happens don’t shop here the first and last time I shop at this store

Didn't help when I came in the store at all, then when we went to the register, my 14 yo was on the wrong side and one of the cashiers said in a condescending manner "The line starts over there" (it was the attitude not the redirect)... THEN the other cashier did not greet us, and after I swiped my card a survey popped up and I was about to HONESTLY rate them and she reached her hand THROUGH the plexiglass and chose the 9 rating, the highest they could get. I WAS LIKE ARE YOU GONNA PUNCH MY PIN IN TOO?!?! (I didn't say that... but the audacity to be so bold and blatant when you know your service was a hard 2. Then after I paid my money, she handed over the bag and said NOTHING. The service is trash and they falsify the ratings for corporate.

My husband, son & I are huge sneaker heads. They hesitate to sell you shoes. My husband & I are the same size & they couldn’t sell us 2 pairs of dunks? You can clearly see that we have good sneakers on, INCLUDING my almost 3 year old. They treat everyone like resellers when they are the ones who backdoor & resell. Not only that, we had asked for some Jordan 1s pollens, they clearly had the size because it was the one on the floor just to say they didn’t have it. LIKE HOW? Its a kids size. Yall just have a random shoe out? Smh… JUST SELL IT TO ME! I can come in with 10k willing to spend money & they don’t want your money. What a joke of store! Take your business somewhere else.

I called the store about 7 times and no one answered. The fact that a security guard that was driving around had to pull up to my car to ask if I was here for a curbside pickup I said yes but even he said that why is it taking this long so he called security to call the store and why the store answered their call. I was waiting for a good 30 minutes and calling customer care. So I called back after they had answered them and they finally answered me. Supposedly they haven’t received no calls. Doesn’t make sense if you guys are doing curbside make sure you answer. If I Would have known the mall was opening soon I would have just waited.

I just went to the finish line inside Macy's in north park mall and I chose these tennis shoes (under armor for $50.00 tag)and when I was ready to pay the lady said it was not the price, I told her that this is a false advertisement and that I was not going to respect the price, I told her I wanted to talk to the manager and she said they will tell her the same, it is not the fault of the client if they do not update the prices, and 1 hr later they send me a text on messenger and they said only if I was a status member they would do something (add reward to my account) so I guess these specials are just for status members

Horrible, lady (Amanda) walkwa up to help. While helping someone ask suggestion on best running shoes. I ask to try another pair she went a retrieved the other pair. Once she handed me the pair she walked off to help the other customer and never returned. When I walked to the counter she kept sorting hangers and never came to help me. Her co worker finally walked up and started checking us out. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before anyone came to check me out and it was 5 or more staff and the counter and I was the only customer at the counter.

After waiting half hour to finally be helped, I finally bought the Adidas I've been saving up for - got told I should get a size up, it made sense, I read this, but they sold me on a whole size instead of a half size, went on one very uncomfortable treadmill run and tried to return them. Literally two weeks later, and got told I could not get an exchange or refund. The manager mocked me for asking for help, and told me finish line doesn't even take care of their employees, why would they take care of me? Extremely unprofessional.

If I could I would give this store 0 stars.White lady manager was so rude didn’t let me buy multiple pairs of shoes I even asked just to buy one pair and she told her associate not to sell me anything.When I ask why her associate can’t sell me anything she said she can’t sell to resellers. I’m not even a reseller I gotta buy shoes for my family manager making assumptions.Never go here again rather go to Nike store downstairs or other finishline service excellent finishline at North Park Horrible.

The customer service at this store is outstanding! I'm usually a Vans girl but I've decided to change it up so I went to Finish Line to try to find some Nikes. My mom and I were greeted in a friendly manner, multiple people offered to help and the vibe was just super friendly. I was personally assisted by the store manager who had such good energy and was super helpful! It was such a great experience and I definitely recommend this store.

This store is located in North Park Mall. Way overpriced, wrong shoe sizes and stinky attitude, wrong sizes, way cheaper at jc.penny. Bad customer service from top to the bottom. I bought size 9 Nike, I usually wear 81/2 and these shoes were very tight and small. From bottom sales person to the manager, they were all extremely uncooperative to change the size from 9 to 9-1/2. Even though, I wear size 8-1/2. Size

Ladies at the register 7/28/23 around 5 pm are very rude, they couldn’t help for get their uneducated attitudes out. Refused to reprint a receipt because they didn’t feel like swapping up to look for it. I did have the credit charge showing time amount and date still refused. As much money as we spend in shoes at finish line services isn’t worth it. Will take my business elsewhere.

I walked in nobody helped me. Then I asked someone if they worked in the shoe department and they said “no but he does” and the proceeded to walk away. The man she pointed to didn’t say a word to me and argued about what shoe size I should get, even though I obviously know what size to get. Then he took a long time to get them to me and after that I didn’t see him again.

Drove an hour away to get here that google showed the wrong hours and the fact I get there they tell me that they are closed and registers are closed there was still customers. I had my stuff on hold for ready to pay to be in and out. I understand it isn’t there fault but come on why stand there and lie to my face. Terrible

I went to North park store after I received an online finish line order that was sent form the memphis store incorrectly. Roy and Gus made a wrong a right they went to great lengths to correct another stores mistake. I got what I needed and their customer service was superb.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. Just wanted to buy some kicks today but within less than 1 min of being in the store, I'm getting stared down and followed around the store by FOUR employees... There are plenty of shoe stores in this mall, go somewhere else not here.

The kids that work in this store need retraining. I absolutely hate the service I receive at this store. They lack education, customer service and social skills. Im soo annoyed by the staff that I have decided not to ever shop here again.
