I have been a returning client at Fiorio for a little over a year now. Every single experience has been exceptional and I have left the salon feeling beyond satisfied with the results of my hair cuts and colours. Today I was BLOWN AWAY with the incredible job Stephen did on my hair. I needed a colour correction and I know the job was not going to be easy. His enthusiasm and passion made me feel so comfortable and excited about this big hair change. He was patient, welcoming, and ensured I knew and understood every step of the process which made me feel so valued as a client. The results have exceeded my expectations and I was essentially at a loss for words when I looked in the mirror. This has been my best hair experience to date and I am overjoyed with my new hair. I highly recommend visiting this salon and I can confidently say that you will leave with something better than you could imagine. I have had the pleasure of having appointments with Dina, Raf, and Christine as well for a variety of services and have always left the salon thrilled with the way my hair looks; they’re all amazing. They have good stylists but they aren’t able to help every style of hair. I went there multiple times and bought suggested products but they didn’t work well. Maybe it was a one off experience but I felt like I had wasted money not receiving what I wanted. The biggest issue I have is the customer service. The person I spoke to was very stand-off ish and rude. On top of that I had an appointment timed in advance for my schedule and they cancelled it 8 hours before it happened. Because the stylist had a better hair styling opportunity that day. I would’ve been happy if they gave me a replacement stylist but the said they couldn’t do anything. You can go there and have a great cut but there’s a chance they may just cancel your plans on you without notice. Considering if I had cancelled, there would be a fee under 24 hours I feel like they should hold the same respect in canceling appointments from there side.

I had been going to Fiorio 20 yrs ago and moved out of town and then went back to seeing Steven at the Cumberland location in Yorkville for Colour/highlights. He is very patient and listens to exactly what you want. He tells you the truth and will not do anything that would damage your hair. My hair is originally very dark brown and he is able to achieve the rich beautiful baby blonde highlights without damage and also he works along with you to make sure your comfortable at all times. He gives me great advice on how to repair and take care of my blonde. And I also watch him working on other clients and he always does a great job . I get compliments from strangers and always tell them Steven is your man !!! Freda L

I am absolutely in LOVE with the styling they did to my hair. Not only have they styled it beautifully, they changed my life. Before this I wasn’t able to handle my overly thick hair, I wasnt even able to put it in a high ponytail without my hair weighing it down. It constantly gave me headaches and never even gave shape to my face. My hair stylist Philip was able to change it all for me, meeting my preferences perfectly. He made sure I was happy with every step, I was never second guessing anything he was doing. Now my hair feels lighter, even without taking away any length. I can now tie it back with ease and a huge amount of weight is lifted off my shoulders. I highly recommend this salon.

Amazing amazing experience!!! I was very anxious to get my hair colored and cut here but Sebastian and Kara took great care of me. I usually dont write reviews or buy stuff at salon but I was really impressed by the service I got, and really happy with the results. They were able to accommodate me at the time I was available. Sebastian was very kind and considerate. Understood my needs and colored my hair the way I wanted, with great expertise. Advised me on the products that I can use to maintain my hair color and my healthy hair. Kara was super awesome with the layers and framed the cut perfectly!! Would highly recommend this place! :D

I absolutely love Fiorio! I have been a long time client from as long as I can remember. Even when I moved to California, I would schedule my hair extensions with Raff & cuts with Mark when I came to Toronto to visit. I have always had an amazing experience, with above average stylists and great customer service. I have so much admiration for the Fiorio brand. Now that I live in Calgary, I feel that I will have to wait a long time to enjoy that level of professionalism and level of understanding for going-beyond-type-quality. As soon as this pandemic has loosen up, I will be back! :)

Amazing experience with Daniel. This was my second time having my hair cut by him. This time I came in unsatisfied with a cut I had done at another place, and he really took the time to understand what it was I was looking for, and absolutely nailed it. He has a very clear understanding of how hair will naturally fall and what will flatter your proportions. He's also super enjoyable to converse with. This is definitely a higher-end spot in the city but honestly, the price was worth it to walk out feeling so confident and I will definitely be back. Lovely staff and calm environment.

Raffaele and Emily listens and gives you the exact style you want. They will be honest and set the right expectations. I am really picky with my hair and they won me with one appointment. Emily is great with balayage. I had dark hair and now she has been slowly going lighter and lighter as I wanted. Raffaele trims my hair giving me beautiful, healthy and full body layers. No damage and my hair is the healthiest it’s has ever been. There are many talents under this roof that I haven’t had the pleasure to work with. But when I have Emily and Raffaele I won’t try anyone else.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service and talent at this location. I was very fortunate to have worked with hairstylist, Stephen and bring our vision to life. His skills, effort and patience is highly respectable as he ensures that the client is always comfortable and satisfied. He also took me to through the process, explaining each and every step along the way, thus I am grateful I was able to witness the magic unfold. Reception staff is friendly and efficient. Colorist (Kerry) does highlights and lowlights to show off the best effects of your hairstyle. Stylist (Daniel) has given the best cuts I have ever had. Not cookie cutter everybody walking out with the same style but a cut and style that suits the individual and their hair needs and desires. This is a very professional, clean and efficient salon who listens to the customer and hears what you are saying. Chrisy gives the best men's cuts. My husband is always pleased.

I am blown away by the service and talent at Fiorio Cumberland. I came in for a consultation on a bad perm from another salon and they were immediately able to offer me some options – the selected being a proper styling to fix it, free of charge. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with the owner and stylist Steven, and will never again go elsewhere! They were also more reasonable in cost than where I went for the bad perm. Thank you both for helping me, and I am really looking forward to my next visit!

I have been going to Fiorio Cumberland for well over 10 years. I love it. The service, the atmosphere and the skills of the stylists are second to none. Daniel has cut my hair throughout this time, and my husband always books with Linda. I have never been dissatisfied with a cut, the attention to detail is above and beyond. It is worth the trip downtown and worth every penny to be treated this well. I find it hard to believe that some commenters seem so unhappy with their experiences.

I called in this morning and right away someone named Alyssa answered the phone and she was very friendly and organized. She booked me in for a haircut and style same day in the afternoon. I got my haircut and styled by Leah (not sure of spelling). I am very impressed and happy with my haircut. Leah really listened to what I wanted and did a great job. Worked here when I first moved to Toronto a looooonnnnggggg time ago. I was looking for a new place as my hair stylist of 10 years decided to make some professional changes. After a few months of searching i bumped into and reconnected with Daniel in the spring and I knew right away he was my guy. I met Emily for a colour and she is absolutely fabulous!!! I've been going to Fiorio Cumberland for 15 years for both cut and colour. I like to change my hair colour and style often (ranging from various shades of red and blonde in highlights, ombre), and they nail my vision every time. I always feel amazing after my appointment, the style and colour last and outgrow well, and I've never once had a bad cut or colour. Stephen Russell and Daniel Vaitovic are an amazing duo! One gives the most beautiful soft glowing highlights that compliment your skin tones and grow in so gradually they always look gorgeous and shiny; the other cuts your hair is such away that you feel an artist has delicately shaped your hair exactly for your individual face ! I have been going to the Cumberland salon for over ten years and it always feels like I am going to see family! they are courteous and welcoming from the moment I arrive until the moment I leave with a perfect cut. I have difficult curly hair but Maurice always makes me feel like I am luckiest girl alive because of it and Kerry gets my colour just right - I think they perform miracles and I strongly recommend them !!

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Fiorio’s since the early 90’s. I have never had a bad hair cut. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. They are sincerely happy to see you and treat you like family. Over the years I have had to get my hair cut elsewhere on two occasions, due to my tight schedule. Both times were a disaster. Last time that happened was early 2000’s. Only Fiorio’s touches my hair. Period!!!

I enjoy the experience @Fiorio Cumberland. I love the location. I had a bit of a disaster on my hair that needed fixing. Chrisy gave me a beautiful blunt cut, my hair is super fine, it’s perfect now. I am a retired stylist and I do have a difficult time getting a good haircut. Thank you :) All the staff right from my check in upon arrival are super friendly and professional.

I have been going to Fiorio in Mississauga for many years, but recently I went to the location on Cumberland as it is closer to me. I had a haircut with Christine. I got my usual preferred cut and she was very nice, efficient and offered advice on how to manage my hair. The salon was bright and open and clean. The staff were welcoming and kind.

After trying lots of saloons, finally I found a nice place for my hair. You don’t need to be worried about your hair here because they won’t be damaged after colouring, the materials they use are great. Also, the their professionals are honest and they care about you. I was with Emily and I can’t say how great she is. Happy to find this place.

Ask for Phillipe. You won't be disappointed. It's pricey but also honestly, you get what you pay for. Service is on-point. The salon is clean, they offer you a beverage right after they check you in, the staff is friendly. This is my favorite salon. Costs me an arm and a leg but the feeling of walking out and feeling gorg is totally worth it.

Fiorio Cumberland is a very relaxed salon. All the staff are amazing. They are genuinely friendly people. It is not pretentious as you might expect since they are in Yorkville. I go to Marc for my colour and I am always pleased with my colour. I go to Raphael for my cut and love how great my hair looks when I leave. This is a great salon.

Worst haircut. The stylist did not even ask me any questions regarding how I wanted my hair cut or styled and ignored my requests. I asked for a trim and to have it curled and ended up with 4 inches taken off and straight hair. I told the receptionist and they told me they did not have a stylist to fix it. Will not return.

I've been going to Fiorio for more than a decade now, and even though I've spent various years living abroad, I save my hair cuts or colours for when I'm back in Toronto - they are that good! Rafael is the just the best stylist, and Rebecca an amazing colourist. Everything about the experience is always top notch.

What can I say, I love Fiorio Yorkville. I started going there a number of years ago because my wife and daughter were going to their favorite hairdressers, different ones. That did it, I got hooked and now have Chrisy. They treat you great and welcome you back every time like family.

If you want to pay the min. of $150 for a hair do it is completely worth it. Bill Rowley is amazing. Absolutely worth the hype. He spent a good amount of time on my hair, listened to me and what I had to say and gave me a haircut that instantly boosted my self esteem.

There are a lot of stairs to climb in order to get into salon. After having knee issues I had to choose a different salon for a bit. Otherwise the salon is ok, the staff are friendly and chatty. Good colour techs and generally a good hair cutting experience.

Alison is amazing as always - been going to her for the last several years. Went yesterday for the first time after Covid - the precautions, cleanliness and sanitization protocols are extreme and meticulous - I had zero concerns about Covid during my visit.

I did balayage with Marco and I am extremely dissatisfied with the color, it is basically 3 colors dark low lights and high lights, there is a big contrast between the colors and doesn’t look natural at all
